      I have purchased micromax Q 392 mobile on 3 april 2016 from that day till today i have given my phone for 3 times in approx 3 months in your service centre for repairing and every time they take 10-12 days to get it repaired but every time after repair i have to face the same problem.

      Problem - mic of my phone is not working
      and after 3rd time repair now its speaker is also not working.

      please change my handset .

          I had a micromax canvas knight cameo a290

          1 month was over but i have not get my phone to service center. They made job sheet amount 4500/- instead 1450/- without ant intimation/without telling me. They all are thief. The helpline desk tell me that your device has to be repaired and service center explains this lie. So what should be on the trust.?
          Job sheet number is n[protected].
          I just want return my phone i don;t want anything else to micromax because i can't expect from you.
          They don't want to work seriously..
          To submit a complaint they will not helf because they are thief. To write a complaint the only comforting thing to heart.

          Facing network problem.No network comes with any sim. Pl. advise me to resolve the issue.I have puchased it eleven months ago.When i try to call it give mesasage that it is in aeroplane mode.But, really it is not in aeroplane mode .Pl.help me.

            I alok had taken the mobile of your company by thinking its one of the best company bt ur service is too poor
            I had buy ur mob in the mnth if dec and i didn't complete a year mob touch and display is not working. So i had given my mob in ur authorised service center in andheri west at cell care point with job sheet number[protected]-24518825 and i submit my mob on 21/07/2016 and on 29/07/2016 i had recieve the sms by saying ur mobile is ready by til today 11/08/2016after visiting service center they are telling ur procduct is not ready and it will take more one week to get ready..
            Pls tell is i had buy the mobile to keep in ur service center
            I need a proper responce and my mobile as early as posible

              Mobile get auto switch off & power does not switch on. Maximum time since purchase mobile is with Hira Mobile care (2 times) but matter not get solved. Please arrange to replace the mobile with new one.

                        Respected sir/mam,

                        I had purchase micromax canvas 5 e0481 in june 2016.
                        I have lost the power button (Small one button) of my mobile and ordered a new power button at micromax service center, shopping center kota.
                        (Note:- without power button my phone is in working condition without any problem.)

                        On 6th august 2016 i go to micromax service center and they put the new power button on my mobile and charged rs 500/- by me.
                        After putting the power button on my mobile phone, the mobile phone has failed to start.

                        After that they opened my mobile phone and said that the motherboard has damaged.

                        Please issue me the new mobile phone or i need to go consumer court for justice.

                          What the he'll is doing micromax.. One of the rubbish service provider.. I had submitted my phone a311 on 1/6/2016 in warranty period but this is 10/8/2016, but i didn't receive my phone.. I am physically and mentally tourched from this.. I need my phone in 2-3 days otherwise i will fire a complain against micromax.. I had submitted my phone in rishu raj services in muzaffarpur, bihar they had told me that your phone will submitted you in 30-45 days but it is over 70+ i had not received my phone back..

                            I am facing so many problem as follow:-
                            1. I want beg phone for calling. It make shame to feel
                            2. I want can not contact any body.
                            3. I can not wake up at time because the alarm system so i late in college
                            4. My all important message son whats app, facebook, twitter, hike etc.. Are stop down
                            5. My all friends want are balming me for the late timing


                            So please understand my problem & please summit my phone as early as possible

                              I have lodged my micromax mobile a311 for service repairs with authorized service center i. E. M/s service city, ambala cantt on 08.7.2016 vide imei no [protected]. I regulirly track my serice status on micromax portal & it everytime shows the same "thanks for your query, we shall further be taking 7 days to deliver your repaired device. We are earnestly working towards resolving it asap and shall keep you informed."
                              I may please be suggested the next level of stringent against the company and service center to teach micromax & service center a befitting lesson and resolve my issue. More than a month now, no response.

                                  After purchasing in the month of nov 2015, the tab touch pad not working". On april28, 2016 we have submitted the tab in an authorized micromax repair center in nashik with job sheet number n[protected] with problem when i enquired after four month on 08 aug 2016 the reply was still under repair due to required part is not available. Answer was"still the required part is not available". When it is in warranty period why not they provide a new piece instead of continuously saying required part is not available and consuming my total warranty period for the piece. Kindly look into this matter and do justice.

                                    This is the second time i am writing to you guys in past 1 month and this is my last warning to you. I have submitted my micromax nitro 2 phone on 13th july and that was the second time i have submitted my phone in warranty period to you guys. Job sheet no of my phone is e[protected] and from past 10 days whenever i am checking the status it is showing that it will be delivered in 10 days time. Talking to your customer care person or any representative is worthless and futile. So take this as my last warning, if you failed to deliver me product 10 days from now i. E. 8th august 2016. I am going to file a case against your company for the third class service they provide and for the mental harassment.

                                      I have procure a micromax canvas laptop l1160 through amazon. The delivery was on friday june 10th 2016. I have hardly use the laptop fo 20 days, found it not getting switched on. Complained and received a list of service units at chennai.
                                      While i found the service stations found most of them closed, shifted and only doing service for mobiles.
                                      I have give one of them for service. He said its out of warranty and takes three months to send that to main service station and get that serviced with service charge.
                                      This is my last request to replace the unit or else i force to complain the same on consumer legal service.
                                      Kindly do the needful and replace the same with a new one.

                                      My micromax mobile problem is network not comming i am going two time micromax care center what problem is not solve only two day work properly &than same problem i think my choice micromax mobile is v bad i dont happy micromax service & mobile next time i don, t looking micromax mobile isnot good plz improve your mobiles ok

                                        I have purchased micromax moblie canvas tuice # q[protected] from balaghat mp from renuka communication on dtd 22.12.2015vide r. No 269.
                                        From yesterday my mobile not charging properly, i have contact but renuka communication informed the service centre closed at balaghat from last month.

                                        My mobile under warranty n insured also, pl inform what action i will take?
                                        Pl booked my on line complaints n as per t&c pl do needful action.
