Dear sir/madam,
I, rajtilak, a customer of micromax tablet (model p480) purchased on 14th june 2015. the problem was that the tablet was dead and it was not getting on. thus, i given my tablet to service centre (ms galaxy micromax service centre, kochi kerala) on 4th may 2016 with job sheet no. s[protected]. as suggested by the service centre that there was one year warranty so it was going to either replaced or repaired without any additional charge. it'll be issued back within 21 days (proposed date 25th may 2016) so with patiently i waited. afterwards again i contacted them they said it wasn't ready thus again i waited for 21 days. still they didn't issued me my tablet. again i contacted to service centre they said that try to contact to micromax customer care[protected] they said its not ready yet, so again you've to wait for 21 days. again after 21 days i called them and even talked to customer care seniors but still they didn't issue my tablet back to me. they all are making me nothing but just a fool.
I had given my tablet in kochi, kerala but my native place is patna, bihar. i have completed my course and i'm going to my native state soon. so try to understand the situation and issue tablet asap because it's very difficult to travel back 3000 km for sake of collecting the tablet.
Please register this complaint and take necessary action against micromax informatics. it's beyond 3 months and they unable to solve my problem. either they replaced or repaired or gave back all my money (rs 6500) fastly. please do justice with myself.
