Dear cc team,

I am sorry to bring you a complaint, buti have to. A one year old micromax yurekha which i have, had been very hot while even you use normal phone purpose. Now the situation is getting very frequent rebooting automatically. No proper audio and calls getting disconnected.

I had given at chennai velachery centre for this purpose. They siimply reset the factory setting & given back.

This is not a quality service. I do not have any other details.

My family has 3 micromax users. From now on i want to move to different company.

I bought my phone 1 year back in this time it went software complaint for 6 times.Now after the warranty the people in service center says they can't repair it.
My phone micromax knight 2 is not working properly...
sim not detected
memory card not supported...
camera not working properly
on/off problem
battery problem
and gets hot

    I gave my set selfie a255 (imei no-[protected]/[protected] to m/s jain telecom berhampore, murshidabad, west bengal on 14/04/16 but till date i have not received my handset, i don't know what is going on. i have paid 16500/- for that. local service center is telling the problem was not been able to resolve by them it has taken to delhi service point. my no-[protected]/[protected]

      I had purchased a device micromax knight2 e471 from amazon. com, few dats later it started heating & strucking. when enquired service center person asked me to leave the device, after 2 days he gave me back. again the same problem persisted later on 14-june-16 my fone got struck & later shut down. i had reached service center, he asked me leave it for check up, later called after 10 days said device sent to company for repair as he couldn't do it. on 5-july-16 my another job sheet got prepared & i am every week receiving sms says i had to wait 21+ days to get me device repaired. when called customer support[protected] dumb executive always says 21+ days are required for your service. every time it is the same case. worst mobiles & employees. i know my rights how to reach consumer forum & other court to file case on your company.

      Job sheet no: s[protected], dated:[protected]. i[censored] cant serve your customers then refund the amount. otherwise you have to pay for everything. beware & be warned.

        Hand set esn no.[protected] purchased on31.03.2016 vide bill no. 1938/16779, mobile store shop panipat. this set automatically sw on /off and hand set get heated up very much. first time battery faulty. again on 06.07.2016 vide job card no-*n[protected]* sent to company for reair, set recieved on 28.7.2016 after receipt it again with same problem. how many time cusotmer will run to the repair center for this. what company had done in last 21 days.

        Hand set ESN NO. [protected] purchased on 31.03.2016 vide bill no. 1938/16779, Mobile Store Shop Panipat. This handset automatically switched on/off and hand set get heated up very much. First time i visited the repair center on 20.04.2016 vide job card no. N[protected]they have changed the battery. Again same problem started just after 10 days. This time they had sent the set to the factory for repair vide job card no. *N[protected]* on 06.07.2016. received the call on 27.07.2016 your handset is ready. Set received on 28.07.2016. after 1 hour call from the center that are you satisfied with set. It was told to the caller that let me check for one day.
        Next day again same problem started.
        Now inform me what to do with set. Should i send it to you directly for the display in show case..
        on 29.07.20165 i have made a call to to your customer care cell he was not able to give satisfactory reply (Mr. Pardeep Kumar - Delhi), Nor he had forwarded the call to his next supervisor or head of the customer care after many request.

        I have purchased Micromax Phone A177 model and recently its connectors, which connect to Touch Pad, got broken. I went to Micromax Authorized Service centers in Pune, they are charging 3800 to change complete motherboard.

        Please suggest what to do.

          Hi, i had a word with ms. Priyanka regarding my micromax canvas 5 issue of micromax support service at the head office. She contacted the the mobile care, micromax service center in nirman vihar. The customer executive at mobile care ms kanishka sharma assured me that my mobile will be delivered to me on friday[protected]. However, i have not received any call from them to collect my mobile phone yet.

          My mobile was submitted on 10-june-2016, and in the period of last 50 days 3 job sheets have been made already. I have already visited the service center thrice, have written 2 mails earlier but my problem has not been resolved.

          Finally i am of the opinion that i no longer want the phone. Would request you to kindly refund the amount since it is of no use to deposit a phone for mere issues for more than 50 days and if the quality of service is so downgraded during the warranty period then what will happen after the expiry of warranty period.

          Kindly let me know when i can expect my refund.

          I submitted my damaged smartphone in the company which was in the guarantee period around 1 month ago but still they are saying to deliver it after 21 days. Oh want to know if company want to resolve the problem or want ti keep ny smartphone (micromax 311) for another one month. Poor management indeed.

            Hello sir,
            Mera naam neha hai aur maine 31 dec. 2015 ko micromax canvas 5 (E481) set liya tha. Jab se set liya tab se koi na koi problem rahti hai. Like - handset touch problem, camara problem, hang problem, battery problem, mic problem, over heating problem. Hand set maine jitna use nahi kiya hai utna to service center me hi rahta hai. I m tottaly disappionted. Jab se liya hai set tab se 3 baar service me ja chuka hai. Matlab 3 months. Abhi bhi service center me hi hai. Plz sir i wnt to replace my hand set. Plz

              Dear sir/madam,

              I, rajtilak, a customer of micromax tablet (model p480) purchased on 14th june 2015. the problem was that the tablet was dead and it was not getting on. thus, i given my tablet to service centre (ms galaxy micromax service centre, kochi kerala) on 4th may 2016 with job sheet no. s[protected]. as suggested by the service centre that there was one year warranty so it was going to either replaced or repaired without any additional charge. it'll be issued back within 21 days (proposed date 25th may 2016) so with patiently i waited. afterwards again i contacted them they said it wasn't ready thus again i waited for 21 days. still they didn't issued me my tablet. again i contacted to service centre they said that try to contact to micromax customer care[protected] they said its not ready yet, so again you've to wait for 21 days. again after 21 days i called them and even talked to customer care seniors but still they didn't issue my tablet back to me. they all are making me nothing but just a fool.

              I had given my tablet in kochi, kerala but my native place is patna, bihar. i have completed my course and i'm going to my native state soon. so try to understand the situation and issue tablet asap because it's very difficult to travel back 3000 km for sake of collecting the tablet.

              Please register this complaint and take necessary action against micromax informatics. it's beyond 3 months and they unable to solve my problem. either they replaced or repaired or gave back all my money (rs 6500) fastly. please do justice with myself.

                My brother "kartavya bajaj" purchased a micromax cell, modelcode: [protected] imei: [protected] worth rs. 5000. I used it only for a day and then it started giving him problems. It could not detect any network. He gave it for repairing to their service center on 7th of june 2016. Its been almost two months and even now when he calls them up for follow up, they say it would still take 21 days. He is really frustated as he doesnt even have a spare cell to use. Please help me get either the refund or a new cell now. The details of the service center and my invoice number are given below:-

                  This is to inform you that i have bought micromax evok e483, from flipkart.com, on 22nd may'2016.

                  And i received it within 3-4 days that is 25-26th may'2016. And after few days i have start this phone firstly on 15th june, 2016 and when its open there is no network connectivity of both of sims.

                  After which i have submitted this phone to micromax care, bhiwani (Haryana)- sandeep enterprises, meham gate. With job sheet no - n[protected] dated 17th june'2016. And the owner of sandeep enterprises said that my phone will return in one month.

                  But for tracking my phone i was called again and again to micromax care as well as sandeep enterprises also, and they both are said that my phone will be return in 7 days. All the time or day i was called the have only same answer.

                  But now 45 days are gone, and i didn't get my phone. There is no satisfied answer they give to me.

                  And this is not my fault. This is your (Micromax) fault. I believe on your smartphones but now i am mentally disturb. I dont't have any phone.
                  First time i was bought a micromax phone and now i asking you what is this.
                  Is this is micromax.

                  Now please return my micromax evok e483 (New)
                  I want a new phone of same model, because i dont want that phone because of that's fault. After some days when fault is again happened what i do.
                  O please return a new phone immediately in 2-3 days.

                          I bought micromax canvas a1 with android one from amazon. but after 7 months phone seemed to be problem happening. then i went to the nearest micromax servicing centre (m/s decode technology... vill-santipur, nearsbi bank, p. o.-mechada, p. s.-kolaghat, dist - purba medinipur, west bengal, pin no 721137). after observed my phone they told that 56402 application, phone locks up, not responding. that time they gave us a job sheet no that is e[protected]. after 3 months they gave me a used phone model no a104 insted of my micromax canvas a1 with android one. then i refused to take it. then i called micromax customer care & customer care assured that i am eligible for new phone. then they kept it & generate new job sheet whose no is e[protected]. but almost after 7 months still i do not receive any kind of phone. when i call serving centre in mechada they told me that company not sending replacement phone.

                            Complaint registered on 23 may2016. Job sheet no: 1174 and handset model: micromax nitro e311. Warranty status : under warranty problem: restarting again and again. Solution by micromax absolute care kormangla : item sent to head office gurgaon for repair/replacement. They told me that it will be deleivered to me within 21 working days. Still not deleivered. Headoffice sent it on jun month and again absolute care kormangla returned it without concern of me. They created a new job sheet without concern of me and again sent it to head office without intimation to me. New job sheet no : s[protected]. Filed on 26 jun 2016 as information given by absolute care centre kormangla bangalore. Current status : it will take another 21 days again. Total time passed 2.5 months still handset is not repaired please help me regarding this issue.

                            micromax is a companyor a shop and always lies with their customers telling that within one week you will get your handset but still 3rd month running and no updated status.
                            i will suggest the company not to make another brands but to mantain this only.
                            now this is the last moment i am writting now i will file a case in consumer court against micromax.
                            dont make fool of your customers.

                              I am using a micromax q372 smartphone.. I had a issue of charging the phone.. I submitted the phone on 07/07/2016, (Which is under warranty) at the authorised service centre of micromax - m/s mahavir electronics, mulund, mumbai, maharashtra.. From that day till today, i have called the service center and the call centre of micromax (Toll free number - [protected])... I hvnt received a satisfactory reply from anyone of them... They just say you will get the phone in next 10 days.. They are just running around the bushes...
                              I had requested for a call back from their executive's:-
                              1) mr. Pradeep yadav
                              2) mr. Gaurav singh
                              And others... But till today i haven't received any call back..
                              Infact today also i. E. 28th july, 2016, i have requested for a call back, i'm still awaiting for a call...
                              No one from the company replies or provides proper information... My phone just has a charging issue n i asked them why the company is taking so much of time, i get a reply from the tele executive is that you will get the phone in next 10 days... Seriously i did a big mistake buying micromax... They have a pathetic after sales service...

                                I was purchase micromax gc232 cdma + gsm mobile. This mobile now in warranty period. But i face many problem in this pic. And i went your service centre but not responsible answer by your team.
                                He said that u will come on monday... But monday give me next date.. I want that my mobile have repair or change by micromax..
                                O please give answer that what could this product for change or repair..

                                  As im anoop singh maan user of your phone micromax canvas fire a096 purchased your phone from an outlet, from the starting of the date 1/9/15 your phone work properly after 15 days i found there is internal problem regarting software the phine is not able to put on hold or make confrence with anyone i have submit my phone to your service center they had taken my phone for 45 days then again i got it after using 1 month the phone getting heat a lot and battery backup was not there gettig down immediately again i went the service station again they given me tat fot 45 days and said co. Will replace the phone on same model provide you new one i said ok then i got the same phone the executive said that the phone has changed from co. Side, again i complained for battery it will take 15 to 20 days to get my new battery but i dnt got a new replaced battery, again again i got the software isuue he taken my phone and said now it will replaced from advanced handset from co. Side but after completing the tat i got the phone same but there is update version on it kitkat to lollypop but phone and battery not changed and now currently my battery issued is not resolved now i got the new problem the light of the display off automatically and the displey light flip and get off due to batery problem. What the bull phone i purchased and now never recommend to anyone to purchase micro max no one listing and not getting problem resolved plz help or i should take some serious action on your co.

                                      Dear sir my micromax yuphoria yu 5010 is heating, at the time of talking as well as at the time of charging... What should i do because it is creating to much problem for me.. When i went to my city service centre, they told me to talk to delhi office about this matter... Please resolve my query as soon as possible...

                                        We h v given our micromax doodle 2 mobile for repair purpose as we lost volume and power on off button as on 4th june 2016, vide cash memo no.793, at tamana infotech, andheri-e, mumbai - maharashtra - india till today there is no response from u r side, no call, nothing, so we h v only option to launch complaint on u r portal, so pl give us feed back as early as possible, or return our mobile as in condition.
