I bought my mobile micromax canvas spark q380 on 26 august 2015 and it is in warrant now. It is switched off suddenly and is not starting when i am trying to start it then i goes to service centre but they told that the seal of mobile is broken so they will charge of it but i never shown my phone to any private shop, i only repaired it from another micromax service centre 2-3 times in the past and that service centre is closed now then what is my mistake.

I have bought micromax canvas 5 8 months ago. And everything was okay then some battery issues occurred. The battery still drains fast. And now its showing some problem in its internal circuit. I leave the mobile charging all night n till morning its not charged at all then suddenly when half of the day is over it starts charging. I have to keep my mobile at home because it take days n yeah its own mood to charge. When i went to the service centre they told me it happens its a problem in its ic and maybe everyone would have been complaining them about this. They further told me to change my whole screen due to a single crack above my camera worth 3850₹ and then the mobile would be considered under warranty. I don't even need to fix that crack but no i have to. I am very disappointed. Its an indian company and i want it to improve not just sit there and relax.

I called customer care on 25th july on that day they said wait for another 21 days. Where is your policy of 21 days. Its alredy 25 days and still have to wait 21 days. Very bad experience with micromax.

My mobile hanged and stopped working i complained this in service centre they said that they would return my mobile after 21 says but they failed to do so.. I complain against this action via online complain they said that compain will take another 21 days... This is unfair and bad service by the company and the service centre was very rude and till now i have not received my mobile and i want to complain against fraudgery by the company. Please help me

After purchasing in the month of january 2016, the tab all of a sudden "power off and not switching on". On may 19, 2016 we have submitted the tab in an authorized micromax repair center in hyderabad m/s rudra agency baseerbagh, hyderabad with job sheet number s[protected] with problem reported 4101 power does not switch on. When i enquired after one month on 21 june 2016 the reply was still under repair due to required part is not available. We waited and enquired after two months 20 july 2016 the answer was "still the required part is not available". When it is in warranty period why not they provide a new piece instead of continuously saying required part is not available and consuming my total warranty period for the piece. Kindly look into this matter and do justice.

I have a micromax model no. aq4501.
I have given it for repairs to your official service provider known as pioneer electronice. shop no.7. vijay millinium opp. zp. sataraq koregaon road, satara. i would like to inform you that i submitted my mobile on 20/07/2016. & told them about my complaint. it took them 32 hours. to tell me if the same parts can be replaced or are available & to give me estimated cost.
After giving the my consent to order for the required parts, i have been told that the part ordered will be supplied by the company i. e. micromax within 10 to 12 days. i don't know why so much time is needed to supply the parts by the company. kindly let me know in today's fast world whether so much time is needed.

It's was more than two years for submit my mobile to service center.

Service center not giving me any kind of information about my mobile before it's closure.
After 6-8 month of submission of my mobile Mr Akash (owner of M/s Solution World) offer me to give my handset after one month.

But after one month he change his contact number.

I'm again ask to Micromax company via call customer care number for return my handset.

They always said to me wait for 20-25 working days.

But they not return my handset yet.
Now today they e-mail me my mobile was return by service center.

I don't understand what kind of information have Micromax.

Now i want my compensation.

Micromax is ridiculous company.

I have deposited my micromax handset vide model no. aq4501 on 13.06.16 for
Repairing holdin the complaint "l. e. d. lining". the complaint bears the jonsheet no. 7359 and imei/1 no [protected]. i am regretted to inform you that the set is still not delivered though more than one month is passed. today i have tracked the status on jobsheet tracking online. now also it shows that it will take one more week to deliver.
For your kind information that i am facing a lot of problems to manage my work without an android mobile. moreover i have to go out of station to attend an important programme after one week. so please do the needful at your earliest.

I purchased my micromax mobile on sept'15 from flipkart. Model was xpress 2. I got it for rs.5999. It's mic defected with a year and hence i submitted it at service center on 9th july 2016. They kept it for two weeks and called me on 22nd july to receive my phone. When i received it, service engineer handed my phone with confidence that issue has resolved and tested, but when i checked it phone still has same problem for which i had submitted it. I resubmitted it back to him and they kept me waiting for an hour, saying that we'll do it immediately and after an hour, they said issue is fixed, but again on my test it didn't go through and it had same problem. They they resubmitted it and asked me to some after a week.

My concern is, the team is not working at all, they just do some r&d stuff and never repair a phone which is under warranty because they do not get anything for it's repair. They just waste consumer's time and money. I'm expecting that micromax should provide me a new phone in reverse because they are unable to give proper service

1. I have purchased a micromax canvas nitro 4g imei/esn no [protected], [protected] from ansul vineet mobile and computer, sadar bazar ranikhet, distt-almora vide bill no 6817 dt 23 mar 16 for rs 10, 000/- with one year warranty.

2. The above handset become unserviceable with the following problems on 01 jun 16 after only 40 days from purchasing date (A) 4222 cellular access (3g) no service (Poor reception/bad receiving) (B) become automatically on aeroplane mode while switching on/off set.

3. The above problems were reported to dealer at ranikhet. He deposited the handset and said that the handset is under warranty period and has sent it to service centre no 30129m/s mobile house haldwani. Church compound near oriental bank nainital road haldwani. This set was deposited by the dealer on at above service centre on 15 jun 16 vide job sheet no[protected] and set was returned to me on 15 jul 16 stating that set has been well functioned. When i putted the sim into the set, it was found in earlier condition. The problems were not rectified. I again reported to the dealer. He re-deposited my handset and send it to again above service centre under job sheet no[protected] on 22 jul 16.

4. I have paid rs 10, 000/- to micromax company to purchase good quality handset for communication purpose but since 01 jun 2016, i have not received any benefits from the set and very disappointed with the service of micromax company and also loosing of rs 10, 000/-.

5. May i request you to kindly replace my handset otherwise i will have to complain to knock the door of court of law for justice.

How much time do i need to tell you that this is not going to repair and just replace it? Check all histories of my tickets/wo/calls properly and check how third class service you are providing to customers.

This work order w[protected] was actually for replacement but micromax people did some stupid work from their head office and sent back the same old device to me. As expected it is dead again in just half day again.

I have lost my 10 k after buying this device.

Am bhavya from bangalore. I purchased micromax canvas p480 tab from ebay. Aug 2015 paid 6000. From dad one tab is hanging.. Restarting repetedly. I ve contacted service center many time. They just upgraded software n gave back. It was not repaired nor replaced from head office service center.
Am tired of going service center. I never used tab for minimum 5mintues. Repetedly it restarts... Kindly i request u to help me... By refund or replacing the product

I m from allahabad. I have purchased my micromax bolt q338 in march, 2016. Now, since two months its charger is not working properly. My phone is in guarantee period as only 5 months old. I went to service centre for its replacement but since 2 months stock is not available there. And every time they tells me to come after 1 month. Feeling helpless... Too mch frustrated now. My micromax mobile model e313 was having some issue in may16 and it was under warranty so i go to service centre in haridwar.

But around 2months has been passed and i am not getting any positive response from service centre.

Service centre dala 2 bar kanpur me or 2 bar lucknow me but mere mb. Ki problem solve nhi ho payi. Is bar b maine apna mb 11 june 2016 ko dala service centre me jo ki guarntee khatam hone me kuch hi din rah gye the, mobile service centre me dalne ke baad unhone bola k 2 din baad mil jayega maine 2 din baad phone kiya to bola ke 1 hafta lagega fir 1 hafte baad bola ke 21 days lagenge apka mobile head office gaya hai fir maine head office phone kiya to wahan par b 21 days ka jawab diya,, maine fir 21 din baad phone kiya to head office walo ne fir 21 days bola aisa karte-karte aaj mere phone ko 2 mahine hone wale hai but un logo ke 21days pure nhi ho rhe hai, mai jab bhi phone karti hu to samne se kewal ek hi jawab ata hai h maam 21 din baad milega or jb mai kehti hu ke apke 21din kb pure honge to bolte h wo ke maam aap nishchint rahiye aisa bar-bar nishchint nishchint bol kr dilasa dete rhte hai but unke kabhi bhi 21 din khatam hoe ka naam nhi lete. Aisa 3-4 baar ho chuka hai ke un logo ne kaha ke phone ayega senior ka but aj tak phone nhi aya.. Mai ab bahut thak chuki hu maine apna kaafi paisa waste kiya h recharge karwa krwa kr un logo se baat krke. But mujhe abi tak koi positive result nhi mila. Maine un logo se yha tak ye b kaha k mujhe us value ka koi mb provide krwa de ya mujhse kuch money le kr mobile de de but meri baat ko un logo ne ignore kr diya. Mere pas is tym koi bhi phone availble nhi h dusro ka phone lekr kaam chalati hu.
Ir/ maam, pls mere is problem ko jaldi se jaldi solve karne ki koshish kare mai in micromax walo se bahut paresan ho chuki hu. Plsssss sir/maam meri help kare.

My micromax new set micromax impulse is submitted in. Micromax service centre since 1 month and they havnt made yet when ever i call them they say we are having problem to make it it will take some time. Please help me to bring my phone back in a good condition as early as possible

The call center of micromax is saying your phone is ready please collect the phone. But when i go to service center they say your phone is not ready and they cannot repair the phone, please take your phone without repair.
