Dear sir/madam,

Since march -2016 i am after micromax to resolve the issue of my mobile but till now its not be resolved and the best part is i am neither able to contact your customer care officers because of poor line connections and nor any feedback against my various emails send to you.

The alloted service centres in bhilai are not capable enough to resolve this issue further.

The bad part of going to your service centre is that when ever we hand over the set to them they ask us to get the stored datas to be removed through us... how is it possible by us... if we know much about mobiles we could have made the repairs ourselves then why we get these to the service centre... this is another reason of not going to your service centre.

Therefore i am left with two options to resolve this issue :-

1) to replace my mobile immediately
2) if nothing is being initiated from you end then this issue will now be forwarded to the nearest consumer forum of india soon under intimation to you.

Hope you under stand the situation and act accordingly

    Dear sir i give my mobile phone (micromax aq4501) 11/07/2016 (scan copy is attached below) at amritsar perfect mobile repair center, near railway railway station, he told me that my mobile will repair 12/07/2016 i confirm at micromax (amritsar branch) contact no ([protected]) that my mobile is repaired then i go to micromax service center (your service center is 25km from my address res complex powergril asr) then he (mr sahil-[protected]) told me that tour phone is not repaired he told me that my phone will repair within 1-2 days but today is 23/07/2016 my phone is not repaired (i have only one phone that was micromax) i alos mailed to service. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and [protected]@micromaxinfo.com at 20/07/2016 but not take any action now what i do,. i am waiting your action

        I have micromax a300, problem (ph automatic rebooting - unable to start) occurs in my cellphone we was try to repair micromax a300 but didn't get satisfactory answer from micro care and they return my cellphone and care person suggesting to replace motherboard to repair the same (which cost was rs 12000)
        Which was too ixpencive, so i need to take online service and motherboard to repair my ph... please help us regarding this

          I purchased micromax juice2 aq5001 at 23 oct.2015, after 2 months i went to the service center in garh road meerut u. P. For updating the software of the phone and problem of display always off. Which hardly takes an hour but during that process i was informed that my phone was dead and it would take around 15 days times to repair the phone, many times of purchasin date. I lived away from my family so this was a big problem for me as micromax donot provide you spare phones when phones are being repaired, i received my phone after 15 days. After some time new problems started to come up with my phone, after that this phine diposit service center 21/06/2016. Now i am receiving my phone till days.
          Plz do the action of this companies.

            Job sheet of my tab[protected]-23585844 after 67 days of deposits my tab in service centre during warranty period not received till date. However every time customer support telling for 21 days more required.In job sheet also promised that device time is 21 days for repair. I need immediately my set or refund. I was deposited my tab in micromax authorised service centre hajipur vaishali, bihar on 27 of may 16. But not received same till date. Due to this i am facing a lot of problems. Help me.

              I handed over my micromax canvas spark (q380) to the nearest service center (mahamaya enterprise, rup narayan road, cooch behar, west bengal, pin-736101, c. s. t/tin no-[protected]v) on 25.4.2016.initially they give me a manual job sheet. but they did nothing. on asking several times finally they give me the online job sheet on 23.6.16 (job sheet no-e[protected]).
              On 11.7.16, when i asked about the service status, micromax call center executive replied that service has been completed and requested me to collect my handset from the service center. but when i visited the service center to collect my handset simply they denied to hand over my handset saying they did not received my repaired handset from their head office.
              Already the service center took 3 month to service my handset and they did nothing. i don't know how long time will they take to repair my device. please take immediate action.

                This is to inform you that i have given a handset of micromax at your authorized service center in aligarh. The said officer told me that my display has been damaged and will be repaired by new one at a cost of rs 2480. I had paid 700 rs as advance but the officer showed rs 500 as advance and remaining balance as rs 1950 to be paid after product delivery. I enquired about remaining 200 rs he said that these are service charges and didn't provide me counter reciept and not even mention that amount on job card. I want to know if product is being repaired by a new one we have to bear the cost of hardware only or both services charges and hardware cost need to be paid. Another query is am i eligible to recieve a counter reciept of both. Kindly confirm on urgent basis.

                  My mobile was given to care on may 23rd. Not get my mobile after 60 days. Mobile given on that time he said you get mobile with in a month but now completed two months i am not get mobile. Whenever i did call to customer care he said with in one week you get the mobile. But not get mobile. My warnty was closed on august 3rd. Company holds 2 months my mobile what is use of me to buy the mobile

                      My father in law mr b k dutta bought a micromax canvas phone last year, july 2015, from the begening the phone giving lodz of trouble, he visited the nearest micromax care more than 4 to 5 times but the prob didn't resolved, they are upgrading the software everytimr but it is not a software problem at all, its very much hard ware prob, not only that the care manager misbehaving with us now.

                        My micromax q 412 has only software issue amd switch key problem but service take too much time and no response they give me since i complaint it. I purchased it on 13 may 2016 and it is start creating problem since first day. On 2 july 2016 i submit it to micromax care borivali weat at d. R. Telecom. I hope it will be positive response to me.                           I really feel that something mischievous is going in the nirman vihar micromax service center.

                          I received a call today from the service center and they gave me conflicting statements:

                          1 initially, the girl (caller) informed me that my mobile is still not received from the micromax company i. e. it is pending at the company's end.

                          2 but after that, when i informed her that i had received a message on july 15, 2016 from micromax company that my phone will be received within 2 days. she said that the service center has received the phone but it is still not repaired and now a fourth job sheet will be created to deal with the defective product.
                          I asked the girl to connect me to the manager who informed me that the phone is not yet repaired and 2-3 more days will be required during which he will arrange for spare front housing and will get it replace in the center itself and will not send the product to the company this time!!!

                          Is changing the front housing such a big issue for the micromax company?

                          After hearing all this from service center, i gave a call to the micromax customer care at [protected]. the call res-ponder informed me that the job-sheet indicates that the mobile has already been repaired and has been given to the service center but then also i am getting this information that the problem is not resolved.

                          I am really frustrated now. did i really make a mistake by selecting micromax mobile phone.

                          Hi,

                          I was a proud owner of Micromax Canvas 5. The point is that I am still it's owner but no longer a proud one.

                          I bought the mobile phone on 21- Jan -2016, in-spite of coming across many criticism about the quality and after sale services of Micromax, I thought that I should give it a try on the belief that A multi-billionaire company which has managed to attain the title of "second largest smart phone manufacture in India" must have improved it's quality.

                          I found that I had invested at the wrong place. It would have been better if I have selected a Micromax competitor phone like Lava, index. This is because with in 4 months of buying the product the display of the phone was not working properly due to some manufacturing defect as informed by the Micromax technicians placed at Nirman Vihar Micromax service station when I visited the same on June 10, 2016.

                          The service station team assured me that my phone will be repaired within 20 days. Post 14-15 days I got a call from Micromax service center stating that my phone will be replaced with a new one. On the date of delivery (24 June 2016), I was handed a new "Defected phone" in which there were scratches on the screen and sides of the phone. I really thought that it was a second hand phone. When I inquired about the same from the Micromax personnel, he informed me that the scratches have occurred when the phone was in-transit. Since the company do not pack the the replaced products properly. I was shocked to hear that.

                          I complained about this to the Center in-charge she told me that she will get the screen replaced by mentioning "front housing replacement" in the job sheet ( the technical terms used by her) and assured me that I will get my phone in a weeks time. I cooperated with her and resubmitted the phone.


                          After a week I received a call from service center and was asked to collect the phone This was my third visit to the service center. And this visit was nonetheless worse than the earlier two.

                          In-spite of visiting the Center for the third time (on July 02, 2016), I didn't get my phone because the phone had the same problem. This time I contacted the Center's manager, he said this was Micromax's mistake and asked me to write an email directly to the Company.

                          I really wonder that what is the need of Micromax service center if the user has to directly communicate to the company. Moreover, If I count, my phone is submitted from last 40 days. And I don't have any clue when I am going to receive my cell..

                          Is that's the reason why I bought Micromax mobile so that in the very first year of its purchase, I have to submit it to the company for more than a month.


                          Will I be able to receive my phone??

                          Do the Micromax sell mobile phone to harass its customers or to actually provide them a good quality product?

                          I am really disappointed and I don't know whether I will get a response from your site.

                          I am really looking forward to hear from your side and have a hope that I will get my phone in perfect condition .                             I purchased micromax nitro 2 e311 one year ago, after 8-9 months i went to the service center named csd inception located at hatibagan more, kolkata, 700006 for updating the software of the phone which hardly takes an hour but during that process i was informed that my phone was dead and it would take around 15 days times to repair the phone, i lived away from my family so this was a big problem for me as micromax donot provide you spare phones when phones are beingrepaired, i received my phpone after 15 days. After a month new problems started to come up with my phone, touch screen of my phone was not working i went to service center and they repaired the phone immediately, after 2-3 hours my phone againt turned off and after continous trying also it was not getting started. I complained this to service center and again they took my phone and said i will get after 15 days or time taken may be more. Now when iam clicking on jobsheet status it is showing 21+ days. And all this is happening when my phone is in warranty, i dont know what kind of service they provide when your phone is out of warranty. This company should actually stop harrasing customers and should understand that we donot purchase phone to keep it at service center for 21 days.

                              I got mobile after six days after replacing touch pad and for battery i got answer we do only one complaint work at a time, after 4 days again i visited your department and i got answer battery is not available in company.

                              Now can you give me answer what should i do?
                              If the essential part your your mobile is not available with you??

                              This is the way you treat your customer???

                                My handset not is not properly (I. E.., hanging at logo). Model of handset micromax d320 (Bolt). Till now it happened 8 times. When my handset hanged at 3rd time i said that to change the handset with new one in your service center, but they not replaced with new one & they said me that your handset chip board has been changed. After 20 days i got same problem. Last month 18/06/2016 they said to me that your handset will be changed but they did not changed & they said handset chip board has been again changed. But it hanged at logo again. So, change my handset with new one. And i completed at consumer court that micromax service center is not changing my handset with one new & i getting same old handset.

                                    I have purchase micromax phone canvas 5, on 20th jun 2016
                                    From jai mobile zone pimpri, bill no ca[protected] from next day mobile shows problem in call receiving and sending like phone get cut in between, no voice from opp side, or my voice is not reachable to opp person, phone is get over heat and work malfunctioning, i had show the phone to shop owner on 25th june 2016 and he reformat it instead of sending me to micromax service centre. Even after that problem is continue and on 1st july 2016 phone is automatically start incoming ringtone without any call so i shows it to shop owner and he told me to show phone to service centre, and ask for replacement. When i show this to service centre they are not give me replacement and told me that we remove existing software and re-download it. I am waiting there for 1 hour time after that they reply that this software is not in there centre so phone has to send to factory and it take 3 to 4 days. So on 10th july 2016 i had call to service centre and they simply reply me to call toll free no [protected], when i call to this number then call centre person reply me it take 21 days, again i have call on 20th july 16, call centre person reply same 21 days.
                                    Now it is high time of my petion, where is this phone and is this a reputed company to serve like this.
