Sir on dated 14.05.2016 I deposited my mmx handset A-102 at M/S Ocean mobi;e care contact details [protected] vide job sheet no S[protected] the problem was reported as reboot of the said handset code 4103 &4107. I was told that my handset will be delivered after repairing within 40 days but it has been more than 60 days but the company is neither repairing my handset nor giving me the exact information regarding my handsets status.
Now when I call to customer care center they reply that My handset will be delivered within 21 days only this repeated message I am receiving on my mobile.

      I, j. m. kavishwar, residing at jalgaon (maharashtra) had purchased micromax s 303 through on line booking in oct.2015. this mobile was automatically in 'off' condition on 31.3.2016 and was submitted to you through your mumbai branch and received on 21.4.2016 again the same has been 'off' in june 2016 and submitted to you through your jalgaon branch and the same has been get repaired on 14.7.2016 but the same has again 'off' on 15.7.2016.

      It is regretted to inform you that the once repaired/rectified mobile again getting 'off' it is very doubt full. as how many times it will be required repairs/rectify the faults and what is the use of this mobile if it goes in 'off' condition.

      It is, therefore, requested kindly intimate the alternate i. e. whether this mobile set is required repairs/rectification or replacement by another one. as i have no another mobile with me. i have a my wife's mobile of nokia make and i am replaced by same sim which was in use.

      An early action is solicited please.

I express my dissatisfaction of the poor customer service received, to solve the touch screen problem for the micromax mobile a104 as we have got no response for 4 months, with the amount paid to them. The mobile is in the name of dhilip kumar. I would like to make my mobile good or kindly return the mobile along with amount paid.           I was submit my phone to a customer care on 16th may 2016 and in my phone there is a problem is it was not open because of over heating or other issues so they told me that this phone is dead and we have to change the motherboard of this phone we have to send this phone to company, so i said okay and i asked him that when i"ll get back this phone so told me that within 30 days. and after 30 days when i was go to them they told me that you can online your phone's status and said after 10 days maybe your phone will come and after 6-7 days i called customer care and they told me that we will provide you your phone within 10 days and now more 2 months were passed away and didn't reply me. i am facing alot problems related to my study and official work also.

                  I have given my micromax phone on date[protected]

                  B-36 guru nanak pura opp. v3s mall, near maharaja bequett
                  Halllaxmi nagar, delhi - 110092.

                  My phone was working properly even touch after falling from some height. but due to crack on my gorilla glass, i thought to change that glass because that doesn't looks good.
                  They given me jobsheet no. - n[protected] and committed me to repair my phone in 7 days and i have handed over my phone to them.
                  After 7 days when i gone there to receive my phone they said "sir it will take some more time please come again after 7 days" and the story continues till now[protected]. i get fade up of service and commitment of micromax employs.

                  I decided to take my phone back from them and repair anywhere else but they are not giving my phone back. please suggest what to do now.

                          I brought a new device on last year during puja... Dn this year the mobile is not working, no display and nothing.. Then the mobile phone was given for repairing on last month on 14th june, 2016 and was told that it would be returned by 1week to 12days but no information given yet.. Now when we are calling they are saying that it will take one more month to return the handset... I also had a talk with a person name abhijeet from baghajatin service centre and told that they would call us but still yet no steps taken yet...                             Sir/madam,
                            I, sushit moitra, had purchased a brand new micromax juice 2 aq5001 8gb (silver) on 31/8/15 from the e-commerce website snapdeal. within few months o[censored]sing the handset, i was facing the problem of battery discharge and frequent hanging. for this reason, the phone was sent to the service centre in may 2016 which was returned subsequently on june 2016. within 2 weeks of my receiving the phone, i was facing the same problem along with network failure and so it was again sent to the service centre on 9/7/16.
                            So, practically i could hardly use the handset properly as it was in the service centre for a considerable period of time. since the phone is still in its warranty period, i would like to claim a new handset of the same model or refund of the original amount.
                            I am sending u the photocopies of retail invoice and job sheet of last servicing.

                              I purchased micromax canvas e451 on 17/05/2016. It but soon it did not respond after unlocking so i gave it for repair on 06/03/2016. After 1 month 7 day it came back but no improvement so then and there i returned it now they are saying 21 days more. What is this, i mean is this micromax, please take proper action.                                 I have purchased micromax canvas tablet in january 2016. It's not working since may 2016. I have given it to amberpet hyderabad service center on 2nd july 2016. They said that the problem will be resolved within 21 days. Attached is the bill for the same.
                                It has been more than 2 month and the issue is not resolved. 2 days before i again called to service center and they said that we are working on your issue and your problem will be fixed in next 21 days. Since i have purchased tablet, i used this only for 4 month and for the last 1 and half month it is in service center and they are still not sure to give me back in next few days.
                                I don't know how many days are needed to fixed the mother board of a tablet. I have called many times on customer care number. Every time i just got the assurance but no proper action has been taken.
                                If you can't fixed the issue soon, then kindly return my tablet. Either i will try to fix it at local shop or i will throw it.

                                  2. Get estimate in jan'16 last week when mobile in warranty
                                  3. Visit on 5.2.16 to collect mobile, ready to give mobile but told did not give any service report, after long arguement ready to rep. The mobile in warranty
                                  4. Recd. Mobile on 6.4.16 after rep. No. Serv. Report again recd.
                                  5. Due to data transfer prob. Mobile use after few days but its not in possition in usable again visit service centre told now warranty end in the march'16 now it repair on chargable basis.
                                  6. Lodge complain on line with reference no. Ser[protected] on 31.5.16
                                  7. After lodging complait service centre recd. Mobile on 3.6.16
                                  8. Again lodge the complaint to confirm when mobile in your custody from last 5 to 6 months why not warranty exceeded why it reoair on chargable basis with ref. No. Ser[protected] on 7.6.16
                                  9. After receiving call for mobile repaired visit your office when checked find mobile dead
                                  10. Again recvd. Call that mobile repaired send the man today on 19.7.16 get mobile after payment of 1021 in first half but not get any service report.
                                  10. When bring mobile at my office again find its not switched on again send the man to dep. The mobile the gentleman who recd. The set given the print out copy of dep. Slip of 3.6.16 without any signature and slip as todays dep. Slip.

                                        Dear sir, my self mr. pramod bhise working in mahindra and mahindra as a manager spare-parts procurement and analysis for high end personnel segment.

                                        I had been purchase one branded mobile of micromax canvas doodle 3 a 102, (white 1 gb ram) on 5th nov 2014, from green mobiles inv. no. ka-blrs[protected] dt. 5th nov. 2014. within a one and half year mobile was stop working and following massages are displayed on it for example, google stop working, hangouts stop working whatsup stop working, then i went to nearest micromax service center which is located in aundh (mh-pune), he said we checked it but unable to solve the problem because there is something issue with the mother board, in next week, again i went to service centre, i had submitted my mobile for recheck and within two hrs, he replied, you need to change the mother board and have to bare the cost. my question is if it is problem in mother board it has to comes in recall part and it has to replace from all mobiles. mahindra also did the same,
                                        Due to supply faulty mother boards by the vendor its hamper to customer a lot, and how come the mother boards are stop working within a couple of year.
                                        So pl look into it and,
