Hello sir,
Kindly find the attached job sheet, we had submit my device on 26th may 2016, in micromax service center. My job sheet no - n[protected],
We had called last 15 days ago for known status my device, but they told me let you know me after 10 mins. But no answer then today we again call them, then they told me your mobile also sumbit in company and not still dispatch,
We are waiting from 2 month, i called up micromax gurgaon head office, then he told me that my mobile dispatch and forword to service center, so please visit service center and pick the phone... Kindly help me
Micromas providing all customer very worst service, other company like samsung apple nokia microsoft repair the phone 1-2 hour hand to hand, if it is get measure problem then submit to company, but after then phone be recieve within 7 days

we also have gone 4 times your service center, they extended the date ...we will go to Court, 2 months over...Now surely, I'll not go to service center, If you can not get back my mobile, so you can do this ...

    Respected sir/madam,

    I is submitted that have some problem in my mobile and resolving this problem i submitted my mobile in the service center on 13/05/2016 than i received mobile on 06/06/2016. After 23 days, your did not resolve this problem properly & insert wrong software.

    Afterward, i go to service center again, who take time 1 week for resolving this problem. But, aftergoing almost 1 and 1/2 month i did not received my mobile back.

    When i asked for my mobile you are giving same answer for repairing wait for mobile 21 days. Same answer for every time when i call to customer care.

    When will end of 21 days after 6 month or 1 years...

    In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange mobile earliest convenience.

    Sir i buy nitro mobile in oct 2014.after 7 months touch was not working.after 3 time submitting the phone, micromax care changed the touch screen.but after 7 months again the new touch screen not working.now they are charging 4500 .i m fedup.i will never buy micromax.
    No proper service no water facility no fans no ac and no cleanliness as compared to other service centres and no proper relationship with the customers.

      Till today 19/7/2016 Micromax is not able to repair the phone given on 11/7/2016.This is really annoying as you and trusted dealers are not really cared for your customers.
      Complaints:
      1. No calls from Dealer about the status of phone.
      2. NO technicians answer from the dealer when we called.
      3. During working hours store is not operating.
      4. NO guarantee on fixing the issue.
      5. pushing the days like a government office work.

          I gave my micromax canvas mobile in service centre for repair of power key problem. They stored my mobile 2 and 3 month and giving me back without repair and they also said that company has no power key kit and company was not send any new power key kit parts...


          O company has no parts of any mobile and thwn why u stored my mobile such as around 3month and then said we cnt repair we dont have parts even my mobile used for 3month in servixw centre people


          Whts responsible for it now where i go for justice

            Ervice centre at 1 july and they told me that it will be taken 21
            Days but when i received that the phone it problem be continue and they told me that again 21 days they told that it will take few
            More days. But now am going to police station and complain against micromax because i am very angry.

              Ervice centre at 20 june and they told me that it will be taken 21

                I bought the laptab on amazon in january 2016. by march 2016 the keyboard was not functioning. i was travelling so i gave the laptab for repairs at the micromax service centre (micromax care harihara electronics) on june 02, 2016. today is july 18, 2016

                Till date i have no status on the same. every few days micromax sends me a text saying "dear customer, greetings from micromax, your micromax device vide job sheet no. s[protected] is under repairs and shall be delivered to you in 21 days. we encourage you to use our self-help option wherin status of your job sheet is just a click away on the link http://jobstatus. micromaxinfo.com we are sincerely working towards delivering the best to you. team micromax"

                The service centre says they do not have any update from micromax. they even do not pick up the phone number.

                Micromax call centre says "we have put your case on priority we will get back to you"

                Its been 46 days but no status change

                  i purchased mobile 4th march 2016 of rs.8000/- from the date of purchase i am bearing problem during the usage of internet and wifi then sometime i face problem of voice not to to another person in call, your company have replaced my mobile with same series bt then after i am facing same problem .

                  Please change my handset with another micromax series of same range within 3 or four days.
                  I purchased first time micromax mobile till then i am facing problems in mobile.
                  Its bad for company image and getting bad response from service centres and customercares.
                  Please solve my problem
                  i have shared my problem in many sites and courts.
                  So please solve my problem completly this time i had gone to service centers several times.
                  Poor services provide by company
                  please exchange my handset with anotherone same series mobile as soon as possible.

                    After that full day spend in service centre my number have to come and finally i told mechanic it's touch panel home key is not working can you please check. mechanic say me this cell will be done between 7-8 days so i was submit my phone on 1/07/2016 and when i was go to store for my cell after 10 days. they told we need more time and today 18 days left so i think today cell will be finally perfect but till time is the same response we need more times.
                    So my question is for 1 cell little problem fix how much time need service center.
                    This type of service spoil brand name. as compare with other mobile service center this service center is totally nill.
                    My request for you please fix my cell problem as soon as possible.

                      I have purchased micromax canvas in dec 2015. It's charging port is not working since april 2016. I have given it to patna service centre on 14th may 2016. They message me that the problem will be resolved within 21 days. My complaint number is e[protected].
                      It has been more than 2 month and the issue is yet to resolved. 4 days before i again got the message that we are working on your issue and your problem will be fixed in next 21 days. Since i have purchased tablet, i used this only for 4 month and for the last 2 and more month it is in service center and they are still not sure to give me back in next few days.
                      I don't know how many days are needed to fixed the charging slot of a tablet. I have called many times on customer care number. Every time i just got the assurance but no proper action has been taken.
                      If you can't fixed the issue soon, then kindly return my tablet. Either i will try to fix it at local shop or i will throw it.

                        Hello, as i (maya music ndb) am the md of micromax mobile at nandurbar district, i just want to complain about the service station at nandurbar, i just want to say that it is the worst service station, he is the person who is just not able to afford a worker who can help him in maintaining the service, he takes a lot of time to repair a small issue
                        For eg=if a mobile phone has a problem with its ringer or speaker
                        Which can be repaired only in 0-1 day.. but he takes near about 18-20 days only for a small ringer/speaker problem..
                        Therefore, i just want to say that plz i request u to change the service station by replacing om electronics (ndb service station) by the other one

                            मैं शिवपुरी म.प्र. से अनिल कुमार अग्रवाल
                            शिवपुरी में आपकी मोबाइल कम्पनी का ओसियन कम्प्यूटर के नाम से सर्विस सेंटर है।
                            निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि-
                            मेरा माइक्रोमैक्स का एक मोबाइल A-106 में केवल पावर बटन की प्राबलम के कारण मैने उसे सर्विस सेंटर पर दिया था। मेरा मोबाइल पूर्ण रूप से सही था और सही कार्य कर रहा था केवल पावर बटन में ही समस्या आ रही थी।
                            सर्विस सेंटर पर वहां के तकनीशिन द्वारा मुझे लगभग तीन घंटे उपरान्त उक्त मोबाइल को यह कहकर वापस कर दिया कि वह ठीक हो गया है और मेरे से बतौर सर्विस 250 रूपये भी ले लिये गए। किन्तु घर आने पर उक्त मोबाइल कार्य नहीं कर रहा था। मैने जब पुनः सर्विस सेंटर पर सम्पर्क किया तो उन्होने यह कह दिया कि मोबाइल की प्लेट ही जल गई है। और मेरा कोई उचित निराकरण नहीं किया जा रहा है। मेरा मेरा मोबाइल भी सर्विस सेंटर पर ही है।
                            मेरे द्वारा सर्विस सेंटर को लिखित में दो पत्र भेजकर उक्त मोबाइल को रिपेयर करने को कहा गया किन्तु उनके द्वारा उसे गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जा रहा है।
                            मेरा आसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया मेरे मोबाइल को शीघ्र दुरस्त कराने की कृपा करें अन्यथा की स्थिति में मुझे माननीय न्यायालय एवं पुलिस की शरण में जाने हेतु बाध्य होना पड़ेगा।

                              The worst customer service i have experienced till date is micromax. I had submitted my phone on the 30th of june to the service centre. Its under warranty and has a charging discharging problem. I haven't still received it. I had complained about it on the micare website. They said it would take just 10 more days to repair it. Still no use i haven't received my phone. You people just give assurances about the phone being delivered within 10 days and do not act upon it. You can launch new phones within a month but not repair a simple charging discharging problem within 45 days or even more. Ser no - ser[protected] job sheet number[protected]-24096732

                                  This is to bring your kind notice that i gave my mobile phone model no aq4501 (Service bill no 64) in your service centre m/s anannaya infotel on 09/07/2016. They promised me to repair my mobile within 7 days i. E on 15/07/16 and informed me over phone but on 16/07/16 in called them about my mobile whether it is ready or not they replied that they will know me the status by evening on 16.07.16 but not called.
                                  At 7.00pm i recalled but their mobile got switched off.In this situation i can't able to get my mobile repaired and you know i have to purchase new mobile due urgency. As such you are requested to look int customer need.

                                      Hi,

                                      On 13 june 2016 i was submitted my mobile phone (micromax nitro a310) to repair. at the time of submission they said it will take max 7 days to repair and when i call them after 7 days they told me that it will take 3-4 more days i said ok no problem then i call them again after 7 days and the reply was same and then again and again. today it 16th jully more than a month and they still saying it will take 4 to 5 days.

                                      I have submitted rs. 2000 as a advance payment and i ask them to refund the amount and mobile if you are not able to repair it i will go with some other service centre. but they are not in favour to return or repair.

                                      It is really a frustrating experience with this service centre. please help me to get this resolved asap.

                                        I purchase my mobile phone last august at heera telecom satna it was under warranty when its touch was not working properly i went to service care at satna but there was no proper reponse from there side and also refuse to repair it by keeping my mobile for a months by saying that mobile was sent to the company for replacement but they return after a month at the same condition as i submit it to them then the proplembecame more serious the display is now dead and now they recommamed for rs 1600 to change the display by say that there was a water on the display
