Sir recently am purchased new mobile q385 model. At the time to still now charging problem is there. Mobile charging time charge symbol only coming. But battery charge back up percentage not raised. So one time mobile sent to micro max service center. But again same problem is there. So now how can i solve this problem. Possible or not. Next am going for legal action.

      मेरा नाम रोहित है, मैंने मिक्रोमक्स का Canvas xpress 2 E313 11 महीने पहले खरीदा था, तभी से मेरे फ़ोन में Over Heating की प्रॉब्लम है. कुछ देर Heat होकर मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ हो जाता है . मैं दो बार ये मोबाइल Micromax service center Phase 2 Mohali दे चूका हु लेकिन प्रॉब्लम ठीक नहीं हुई, अब मैंने 3rd Time सर्विस सेंटर दिया है, हर बार 20 से 25 दिन के लिए मोबाइल देना पड़ता है, मैं इस प्रॉब्लम से तंग आ गया हु, प्लीज आप या मेरा मोबाइल एक्सचेंज कर दे या फिर उसका Mother board processor चेंज कर दे, अगर दोबारा इसमें Heating Problem दोबारा आई तो मैं Consumer Court में आपकी कंपनी के against केस फाइल कर दूंगा .

        Dear sir,
        As per your suggestion, i had taken a job card from sai mobiles, shop no. 23 & 24, basement, hardy complex, opp. chermas, m. g. road, secunderabad – 500 003, ph no. [protected] and again handed over my phone for repairing. after repeated follow up they customer care people were not responding me properly. so i directly visited the center in secunderabad, i have shown my job card and asked for handing over my mobile.

        The lady at counter has checked something on desktop and then gone inside and then after 15 minutes she has come back and informed me that the status is showing that they were handed over mobile already, i told her i have never received my mobile then how can status is showing delivered/ handed over, then she told that she will check and will reply back but since one week there is no reply. can you please inquire that what is going on in your service centers. why this mismanagement and cheating is there. please resolve this issue within one week otherwise, i will take this issue in large forums. i will not keep quite.

              I had submitted my product to the service center on date: 28-may-2016.

              My product was received by the service center.

              Even after so many calls and visit to service center post 28-may-2016, they are not able to provide the status of my product and deliver it.

              Kindly look into the matter and not expecting any more delay for the service center.

              My micromax Q329 canvas juice 3 mobile handset suffering from touch pad and battery problem. Mobile touch pad gets damaged without any fatal accident and battery is also not charging ..(it just showing 1% since 4 hours).

              My mobile handset warranty is also left about 4 months ..

                  I had purchased micromax canvas nitro 2 a311 on 4 july 2015.
                  After 11 months o[censored]se it started giving me problems regarding software.
                  On showing the mobile to the service centre on 8 june 2016 they told me that it was a hardware issue and it needed to be given to company's main service centre for repairing.
                  I was informed that it would take 21 days.
                  But more than a months time has passed and i haven't received any call.

                    Above item was given for repair on 20/05/16 (49 days back). Service center 4 times told “another 7 days” and did not do the job.
                    The service center did not generate any job-sheet no. When they first accepted the item for repair. On complaint to micromax call center the service center generated the job sheet no. On 22/06/2016.
                    Complained to micromax call center more than 6 times. The call center assured every time “our sr. Executive will talk to you within 24 hours”. Only one called from micromax on 10/06/2016 promising to solve it within 24 hours and call back. Nothing done yet.
                    Micromax service center is saying “the phone is ready”. The service center is saying “not yet ready”.
                    The service center is also disconnecting the call and not ready to co-operate.
                    Today on 13/07/2016 when contacted over phone the service center was not willing to talk over phone initially and afterwards informed that the mobile they can not repair.
                    Micromax call center is still informing that the mobile is ready for delivery.
                    Worst service of micomax.

                      I purchased a new micromax canvas hue 2 on 29th june 2016. I purchased it online from paytm. I noticed that it is not showing any option for front camera. I went to service center in lodha complex, near court chauraha. They updated software first but still the same problem arrived. They then said that they will keep my mobile for 7-10 days and till then they will order front camera from company. I simply need an alternate phone till my phone's problem is resolved. Its not my fault at all. Its company's hardware fault. Why should i suffer. So please provide me an alternate phone till my phone get repaired. When my phone get repaired i will return that alternate phone. Hope my request should be processed soon.

                      We are facing a manufacturing defect in our micromax laptab. We have given this laptab under warranty for repair to the authorised micromax service centre in[protected]. Till now we are waiting for our laptab because it has been 3 months and no satisfactory reply has been given to us.
                      Kindly do the needful.
                      I will be purchase micromax canvas spark 3 last month but it was ot working properly earphone will never connect in this phone and i am facing that problum when i recive this cell phone. i am not satisfy with this phone.

                        The mobile set is still in the warranty period. it had a minor usb port problem and the service centre was supposilgly were to change change the pcb (as stated in the bill) within a week. its been more than two weeks since the submission of the phone.
                        The e-mails sent to them are not responded to and the spare part arrival is still pending.

                        Kindly look into the matter and get the best solution.

                              I am kanchan saxena from farrukhabad. i purchased a micromax P680 on 18 april 2016 from hotspot, farrukhabad UP. I am attaching invoice of the tablet below. after 12 days, on 1st may i got a vibration on tab and a message was there that the battery has been damaged. after that battery didn't charge above 12 percent. i submitted to the service centre on[protected] and got a jobsheet no. N[protected]. after a month i have got back the tab on[protected] as it was submitted by me earlier on 16th may 2016. I again submitted it on[protected] and got the jobsheet no. N[protected] to the service centre in farrukhabad UP.. and till today service centre people are recieving my call. and when i call customer care they replies 21 days lagega under process hai.. the battery of the tab has been damaged and it is also non-removable. so they can't repair the tab. this is the case of REPLACEMENT that's why the people are not considering it. my tab has been submitted twice to the service centre but not repaired or replaced. this time they people are not returning it to me ... pls help me.. I want replacement. i used it for just 12 days after that till today the tab is submitted in service centre. so pls help me getting the replacement of the tab to new one.

                                Please provide me justification from your gujarat branch.
                                I worked with company for 01 year and achieved best perfomance in south gujarat. company's bm mr sameer passed 21 days credit limit.in january marketing adminstration of gujarat has been changed and cancelled credit limit of all the distributors and announce cash purchase only, i cleared all out standings of company, instead of my out standing of rs 10 lack is still pending in market.
                                (1) noc letter has been signed, inwhich credit amount has been shown as



                                Rs136378.99 cr as was sent by mr tushar shah bm of micromax gujarat on 12.04.2016. but still neither above amount has been adjusted in my purchase bills nor deposited in my account.
                                (2) this is happened only because i not accepted to purchase big order (100 led) on request of mr tushar shah. at that time i demand to clear my damaged led & account first. many times requested to mr tushar bm of gujarat for account statement but still not provided.
                                (3) new distributor has been appointed without any prior notice. as i already clear that my micromax out standing of rs 10 lack is pending in market.

                                (3) it seems to be that company has adopted dadagiri & man-mani valan, which is against human rights and also company act rules.
                                (4) neither their ware house staff nor service staff check the goods led after sending in transport, then it is not possible for distributor to check more then 200 bulk quantity to check in festival season immediatly, until & unless sold to customer or dealer. only checked by our staff at the time of selling invoice. now they have refused to replaced the damage stock, which is un justification.

                                (5) as company's policy letter has been received on 29.01.2016, while above damage led bill are of november diwali festival, becuase of bulk quantity more than 200 led in one bill. while damage stock complain was already done before policy letter.
                                So please consider my case for strict action against the company and provide me justification.

                                  I submitted my instrument in maninagar service centre on 11 june 2016. First time i visited the service centre on 4th june 2016 (Saturday) that time they said our system in not working so, come on monday but i don't have time on weekday as i am working. I visited next time on 11th of june 2016 that time also system was not working, so i requested the branch to take my instrument because i i submitted my instrument in maninagar service centre on 11 june 2016.                                   But till date i hasn't receive any call from from your customer care or service centre for any update, more over in your web site status is no job sheet found or no record found.

                                  I called maninagar service centre on 4th july 2016 they gave me the answer our system is not working so give the call in the afternoon. I called in the afternoon again the same answer, they told give a call in 10-15 minut. I called after 15 minute that time they said it will take more 3-4 days.

                                  Now i don't want to wait, i want my instrument in 24hrs. And also want to make complaint again maninagar service centre staff they are not at all polite. If this kind of service we will receive from service centre then its not service centre its call harassment centre.

                                  On 12th july 16 at 3.55 pm i got the call from customer care, they said your instrument is ready & collect the same from the service centre. My husband visited the service centre to collect the device they said its not ready, you have to call customer care & it will take 1 week more. I called customer care they don't have any update about the same.

                                  Now, i don't want to wait, i want my instrument in 24hrs. And also want to make complaint against maninagar service centre staff they are not at all polite. If this kind of service we will receive from service centre then its not service centre its call harassment centre.

                                    Their are manufacturing defacts in phone when i visit servic center they told me their motherboard problem in they submit phone n return back in a week my problem was sort out i visit again service center they told software problem updates new software but my phone not working as proper plz help your service center not work good.

                                      Jon card no - w[protected] & w[protected], has been generated two times, means i have asked to send my micromax canvas 5, phone to times under warranty for repair.

                                      Micromax has consistently failed to give proper service or information. i am extremely fedup & has been harassed by micormax service centre. i need anwer to my phone for whether i will get any solution. presently i have buy another phone, since i am not getting my phone from service centre form last one month.

                                      Is there any reliable person in micromax, who can tell me my exact status. call centre guys are new and they don’t know anything, they just tell what appears on screen.

                                      Kindly call me on [protected] or [protected], if i didn’t get solution, then you will forcing me to go to counsumer court, and you will be responsible for all expenses.

                                        Ok so let me start.. I bought canavs 5 3 days ago.. I faced problem of over heating nd camera issues.. Bt when i reaches service centre.. They told me.. That sir kch aise issues laiye joo hume on the spot dikhe.. Then i say — chaliye thk hai camere ko choriye bt what abt the overheating... Then they said — we cant do anything abt it... I mean agar ab mere ghar pe ye phone heat kar kar ke blast kar jaye uska zimeedar kaun hoga.. So plz... Ab 3 din ka tym hai muskil se deo karne k liye meri complain ko dekhe.. Otherwise i have many ooptions to deal with it.. Aur saaf sidhhi baat agar mere ghar pe cellphone ki wajh se kch hua toh aap log zimeedar hoge.. Isloye jst apply deo nd give me a new cellphone..
