Hi micromax team,

On 2nd july 2016, i have submitted my tab p680 at micromax service center (m/s royal services, 3425, mahindra park, rani bagh, new delhi-110034). with the problem reported: 5301 charging / battery no charging, job sheet number is: n[protected].
When i was at service center on 2nd july, my tab was in working condition and told them that it's battery is not charging. the customer care executive told me that charging jack is damage and 800 will be the cost to replace it, i agreed with this. now they start their job and told me to wait outside after 1/2 hour the executive told me that may be the motherbord of tab is faulty so they need to submit it and will send the tab to the head office. again i agreed with them and my tab was submitted on that day, only just for a normal charging problem.
Now after one week i started to followup for my tab, i called to service center 4-5 times and every time i got only one response "sir we will call back to you shortly", but no one has called me.
Today on dated 12th july 2016 i called to customer care toll-free number and got an unbelievable response he told me that this job sheet number has closed and the tab service is completed. but service center is not telling me anything about my tab.
Now i am dam sure that they will replace my mother board or any other part of tab with any old or damage/repaired part. as now i completely understand the game of this service center. if my doubt will come true then the micromax will be a worst brand in india. one day definitely this service center will take down the image of the micromax.

It is my humble request to you that please take any action against this service center and release my tab from them asap.

    Hand over the dead mobile phone for repairing at rourkela vide job sheet no. E[protected], on dated[protected], after a long wait it was delivered but again it became dead. As a result it was again deposited at service centre for repair. After few days it was stated that the battery no. Is not there and refused to repair the mobile. The fact is that i have neither replaced the battery nor taken to any other service centre for repir. What ever done is by service centre at rourkela. Moreover, battery is inbuilt in this model so it is not removable.

    I am surprised that a company like micromax is doing like this and making harrassment to customer.

    I have observed several such type of harrassment by service centre at rourkela because i use to visit there frequently as my entire family members use micromax mobile.

      Hi,

      I bought a micromax led tv from snapdeal online shopping and the tv was working fine for 11 months, after 11 months lines started to appear on the screen, luckily tv is under warranty. hence, i called up the micromax customer care and explained them the problem and they promised to replace the tv once the inspection is completed and approved from their end, the service center people got the approval to replace the new tv but this service center guy says they will replace only the faulty part however one of the manger from micromax said tv will be replaced. and moreover the service center guy says we have to get the tv to their service center since they don't have a vehicle and i have to bare the transportation charges of 1500 rs. since the service center guy knows that i am a women he's taking advantage of the situation and trying to cheat me by saying only the faulty part in the tv will be replaced and i have to bare the transportation charges.

      I called micromax csr people and explained the service center guy is a fraud and trying to cheat me, they told since the tv is under warranty. i'll get a new tv and from my end i don't have to pay even 1 rupee.

        Dear sir

        I have purchase phone from micromax. but phone starts getting problems after somedays.
        I mailed this to micromax but did not get possitive response.
        Kindly register my complaint and take necessary action/steps against micromax informatics.

        Mail copy is given below :

        A mocromax phone (model - q-417. canvas) had been purchased by me from bansal mobile point - kacharry road, gangapur city, rajasthan) on dated 13 feb 2016 in the name of sunita. after 10 days of purchase phone starts getting problems like hanging, heating, automatic shutdown. then i visited to micromax service centre and told them the phone issues. that time they serviced the phone and instruct not to share any thing like applications, pics, videos from another device. but phone still having the same issues. again i visited to service center but they did not do anything and done the same as earlier. after sometime i visited 3rd time on service center but they behave very rudely and said to leave the phone on service center for 45 - 60 days because service center will send the phone to delhi head office which makes no sense.

        So dear micromax team now could you please tell me that a purchase a phone and in a week phone starting problem and the executive of your service center asked to keep the phone for one month does it make any sense for new device? if its so then please exchange my device or i have to visit consumer forum. its a worse way of cheating a customer by selling a worse quality of product and most worsen is the service who dint know what the issue is with the device.

        Am writing this mail to you to take action on me mail and solve my problem otherwise i will file a case against micromax for cheating and customer harassment to a lady. and also device is getting heated very high and if it get blasted will definitely sue you in the court.

        Hope you will take some positive action to make your brand name.

          I have bought a micromax canvas mobile on 22th july 2015 and i having facing charging for last 20 days. during this period i visited micromax care (service center). this device is under warranty period (i year warranty) but they ask paid up service charge rupees 2850 + service charge..

          Plase justify me as soon as possible because warranty period is limited i. e upto 21st july 2016.

                Sir here i informing u that ur service center kota mobile kota gumanpura road kota service facility is very bad i have very bad experience of there. I drop my mobile at kota mobile service centar at 2/7/2016 for the changing of mother-bord as per customer care exicutive was said me and said me for droping the mobile for 7 to10 days and i was agree for that. But after 9 days the customer care centor is not informing me about my mobile that my mobile is not repaired by them, and when today i was called them in the morning time they said that my mobile is ready and i will take it in the evening but at evining they said me the mobile is not ready and there is no chance of repairing the mobile.

                  I have submitted my mobile for repair of display on june 7 2016. officials at the service center told it will delivered within 7 days

                  Got an sms from micromax, handset under repair and will take 21 days

                  Again after 8 days another message, handset will be delivered within 7 days

                  Again after 6 days, handset will be delivered but when no date

                  On 8th july again a new message with same text handset under repair and will take 21+ days

                  Everytime i call the service center they say handset is at head office for repair, even they have no idea how much more time it will take.

                  Do it take 30+ days to just change the display?
                  Its totally frustrating now. i am cursing myself why did i brought micromax handset.

                  I have left all hopes to get back my handset now.
                  The officials at the service center are also of no use. no update regarding the progress.

                  it is now 16th July 40 days and still counting.
                  No update regarding the handset
                  Tried calling customer care - Again the same sentence 21 more days
                  As usual the service centre number are Off

                  Please do something
                  I want to know where is the gorilla glass of my phone
                  This mobail of tuch and body not awailable my market and side market
                  I bought a canvas spark through snapdeal and set got faulted. Micromax care mansa punjab refused to repair that set and demand money for that. Set is in warranty period,
                  Got a call from Micromax
                  Executive on the call informed my handset has been misplaced by them and I can either opt for a new handset or claim for Refund of the amount on Invoice
                  New handset will be delivered in about a month and money could be refunded within 2 working days.

                  I opted for money refund and they asked me send them an email with Invoice copy and My Bank details on below email

                  I doubt if these people are genuine Micromax executive or fake
                  Call was initiated by Aryan Choudhary and later was transferred to Banking Department Swapnil (dont remember the exact name)

                  Today morning i contacted the customer support at [protected] - the executive heard the complaint and transferred the complaint to Senior authorities - Assured me someone from senior department will contact me within 24 hours

                  Meanwhile i went ahead to track the jobsheet status, till Yesterday it was displaying Handset under repair and will be delivered within 21+ days. But today when i checked it says "No record found for this Jobsheet, Kindly recheck/ Re-entre Jobsheet no."

                  I am worried now. It is taking me nowhere. Please anyone from Micromax informatics comment whats going on ?

                    I bought micromax hd led tv 81cm on 2nd august 2015. after 9 months used my tv is not working and its repair by micromax service centre last month (june) and now its not working again for 2nd times. audio is still working but visual is not working. how can this happen after 1 month. warranty is still valid. i wanted micromax hd led tv company to replace my tv with new one or refund my money.

                          My micromax canvas nitro 4g has a problem in which the network doesnt come. This problem happened twice in the phone. So i. Have vissited the micromax service centre the they kept my phone and given the job sheet with a promise that they will provide me the new handset but now i have visited there many times but no result is taken out. The phone which i have bought had the corrupted accecerios its earphones were also damaged one.
                          The center had send the phone to the company and said that they will provide the phone in 21 days a new handset will be given to me but now 26 days have passed but i have not got my phone... I have to suffer from many problems.. I want a new handset from company as soon as possible and i want a new set of accecerioss.. A
                          With the new handset.In 9 month of service it has corrupted 2 times now after 3 month its warrenty will also over and if that time also it will get corrupted then what a customer will do... Thats why i want a new handset from the company as soon as they can... I have bought the phone in 10, 200 rs. And it worth too much for me as a middle class man..                               I bough micromax max mobile on 27.07.2015 ref poorvika bill no:3124 modle q 355 imei no[protected] after using two month the mobile got restart again and again, i went vellore micromax service center to resolve this problem he accept and i paid rs:1500 for service charges even it is in under warrenty ref smart communications bill no:1569/31.10.2015. after wards it is came problem again i given for service after three month he return back my mobile saying that problem has been resolve but it is not happen gain 3 to 4 time i got and given for service. finally he replace one seconds mobile, but that mobile also same issue, i dont why they are doing like this if we trust to micromax then micromax customer service has to do the same.
                              Therefore request yourself to resolve my mobile problem, now this mobile is out of warrenty in another 20 days before that it must replace to satisfy me.

                                  I have purchased my micromax mblaze android phone at lucknow 8 months ego.In that period i have repaired one time for charging pin complient. It was rectified and now my mobile phone was not working... I cant switch on my phone....

                                    I buy a micromax bolt A089 mobile phone 25 june 2014... Within first week its speaker is not working complaint it.. Customer care changed the speaker.. After some times there is problem in its charging slot... within warrantt.. Customer care charged me Rs 300.. and after some time its datacable and charger stop working.. customer care gives me the new one..Then within 6 months my 2 memory cards stops workings due to using this phone.. and within 2 years i changed 2 battery.. Cost me around 500 rs each...
                                    now again my battery is not working customer care asked me for 600 for the new battery...

                                    Its a phone of around 5000 bucks but it is a worst phone which costs me 2-3 thousand abve on this phone... please now tell what should i do...
                                    600 rs battery is unaffordable for me for this phone now... please do help me...
