I visited the aforesaid service centre on 09.07.2016 for replacement of the old battery of my mobile handset no. bty-x368. the treatment meted out to me by them was utmost disgusting. they made me wait for almost 2 (two) hours and misbehaved with me completely. at the very beginning i requested them to take the order early for supply of the above battery so as to enable me to leave the place as early as possible, the reason being i would have to attend a patient in the hospital which was a very urgent piece of business for me. the technicians, however, gave me the mockery of my request to take the order early for supply of the above battery as i could leave the service centre after almost 2 hours.
I demand an immediate action in this regard from your end

    My Tab model P480 is in your service center form more than 2 month for display screen problem, even after i bought it i didn't use it atleast one month.

    Why this much long time for this. I never experienced this kind of service from anything.

    If like this kind of the service how we can purchase your products in future or how can we refer friends or other to buy your product.

    Kindly make some steps to get my Tab soon or return my money

      Dear sir,
      I deeply regret by purchasing micromax q412 handset. i bought it on 6th feb 2016. after few days of purchase there was problem in handset. my voice doesn't go to the person other side. i gave it to gallery and they keep it for 15 to 20 days and again same problem occurred in few days. total five time i submitted the phone but all useless. i have to spare a day from my job to submit handset and still there is no use. people sitting are not useful to us. they have only one answer that they are trying. price of the phone is 7000. i feel frustrated when have to visit customer care every now and than. i would say people who have hard earn money than they should be away from micromax handset. i have no other tool to recover my money. i don't know how to take governments help in such issues.

        I had submitted my phone to the service center in pimpri at new tirupati cellulars for repair as my phone was in warranty. i got message from micromax that my phone is repaired within 8 days. since then i have visited the store 4 to 5 times but returned empty handed. each time they tell you will get it within 2 days but each time i go there i am disheartened. now it's been 2 months that my phone is with micromax.

          It is with the service center from the month of march 2016 and still the problem is not solved by them. so plz refer the request and find the solution as soon as posible.

            I have given my mobile for repair on 2nd may, 2016 to micromax authorized service centre but till date am only getting message every friday that the unit will be ready within 21 days. had send a mail to their customer service department for the same but without any results. below is the sms message received on 13.06.2016.

            Till date i have somehow managed my phone and mails with some other mobile. feel really sad that i had to chose micromax india mobile who have a hopeless service and do not care what happens to their customer.

            Please help me in getting my problem solved as do not think micromax india is interested in getting my mobile repaired.

                  Micromaxx handset issue

                  Hi;
                  I submitted my handset canvas 6 for fingerprint scanner issue on dt.30th may 2016 at ahmedabad service center. Handset sent to ho as service centre is not about to solved the isse.
                  At that time maximum time 21 days given and said tht within 21 days yr handset will be repaired and returned to u.
                  But still date i didnt get it back. It almost 38days and still stutus showing it will take 21days more from last 27days.
                  From last 27days status showing as 21days more require so from wchich day i hav to count 21days as its almost gone.
                  Now i want my handset back without repaire. I dont want to repair handset as company is not able to repair even fingerprint sensor issue in last 38days.

                    My name is ashutosh sharma i want to say about my mobile replacement issue with micromax mobile company.
                    I purchased a micromax mobile which is micromax nitro a311. with this mobile the problem arise that it does not turn on. mobile is in warranty so i went to micromax service centre at neemuch. there was an employee named deepesh garg said that mobile will be replaced.
                    When the mobile is replaced new mobile which is given to me is not working with network and another problem is that mobile is not giving any sound also
                    And when again i went to the customer care service centre at neemuch deepesh garg treated me badly
                    My old mobile is in warranty but micromax company not deal with my issue and this warranty of one year is useless for me
                    Please help me.

                    I want to also share one more thing that is when i went to micromax care at neemuch (m. p.) there is deepesh garg take my mobile and checked it for 1 hour without preparing any job sheet so i also want to complaint against deepesh garg because he has no right to take my mobile and checked it without giving me any job sheet and he has only responsible for all default of my mobile.
                    I have a video clip at micromax care, this video is an evidence that micromax care executive checked my mobile.
                    An another video of cctv camera at micromax care shows all the truth about my mobile, how mobile is checked at micromax care without preparing job sheet.

This is not only headphone problem last time when i visit to sevice center there also he misbehave with me

                        I purchased a 50cm led vb[protected]b[protected] for rs.32490) on line filpkart invoice no oil[protected] dated 7th june 2015 this tv went out of order in may 2016 and this was taken to service centre on 27th may 2016 by m/s sion customer care, egmore chennai ph no [protected] and our regd complaint no is[protected] ticket no 29067) and another complaint made vide cno is[protected]. i was told that the led tv has back light problem. they repaired and gave back and within few days went out of order. i was told that they have changed only oneline of back light (i do not understand the techanicality) i am told that spare parts has to come from delhi for this back light problem occured again. more than 50 dayshave gone (from 27th may 206) i am deprived of my viewing the tv no solution is found. i request the company please replace this led tv with a new one this issue has occured with in the one year guarantee period however the service centre is not able to solve the issue please help, i spoke to your toll free call centre no of times, though the customer care personnels are are promising to resolve the issue nothing has happened! please please i am senior citizen and i donot have sufficent funds to go on buying another one! please replace my led tv with a new one instead of go on repairing this with insufficient and mal functioning spare parts. for your kind information i purchased 3 tv's 50", 40" and another 24" i am worried when these will also broke down!!! regards krishnamoorthy [protected]

                          My name is himanshu tyagi, i reside in delhi. i bought micromax canvas mega 4 g mobile before 2 months back. i was sleeping in my room and suddenly i heard a bomb balst sound.. i wake up and i saw my room was full of smoke. it was my micromax new phone which blasted. i tried to compliant @ toll free number but nobody picked the call. i tried other numbers too but they are also not reachable. i complaint via email and got a call from micromax spoke with one of the representative, he told me to took the phone to the nearest service center. i took the phone there and they said they can't help me as they are not the one who can exchange the phone with a new phone as the phone was fully crushed. i was not aware of it that a new phone can also blast. my new born baby was sleeping in the room and a big incident could be happened.

                          I actually don't know what to do should i file a pil in court or do i need to wait for the micromax team to contact me and provide me a new phone.

                            I have a handset of micromax a93, which touch screen does not move after sometimes of silence mode. i contact with your service centre gopal telecom, 1st floor, nirmal complex, jalandhar, punjab, they advise me to replace the mother board and approxiamate expenses will be rs.2, 000/-. i have given the phone to them for repairing on 17.6.16 vide docket no. n[protected].
                            Till today my phone has not repair and they informed me that spare parts is not available with company. also they are requested today to get return the phone without repairing.
                            Now i want to know why company has released this type of phone which parts are not available in workshop as wel as micromax company.
                            Further you are requested to advise for how can i get my phone in running condition.

                            I am sorry to say that it is very very bad experience with Micromax, now they are asking that your job sheet is closed whereas my handset lying at service centre and job sheet no.N[protected] in my hand.They are not asking to their service centre Gopal Telecom at jalandhar (contact no.[protected]) that why they closed this job sheet without repairing the same nor return the handset.

                            Now I recommended to my all freinds to don't go to deal with micromax any products as their bad service and non-available of spare parts.

                              I have purchased micromax A300 canvas gold mobile phone before 2 years, it is automatically switchoff and start and frequently drop network tower. the cost of mobile is 15000 rs.at that time, i show in micromax care, they told me, replace the PCB mother card which is approximately 11000rs.how can i repaired this mobile in such amount. my question is that it is not repairable? how can i afford again sum of money. please, rply and resolved my problems

                                This is to bring to your notice that we are very disheartened by the service provided by micromax on back of our purchase of led tv micromax 50c3600 fhd / 50c7550 fhd 127 cm (50) full hd led television.

                                We purchased the tv on 1st april 2016 and got it installed on around 7th april. it suddenly stopped working on 24th may for which we have already registered a complaint.

                                After several follow ups we were asked to wait for 20 days for the tv part which didn't come at all. after calling rahul jadav several times we got a replacement request raised. its been almost 45 days now and still we haven't got positive response from your end.

                                Rahul jadav, vikas singh keep giving me dates on phone saying it will come in a day or two but its been 45 days causing inconvenience

                                I have not even received a call from them intimidating about the delay.

                                  I am writing this complain against service of micromax and service center manager noida sect 18 up, under warranty i had submitted my handset first time at service center on 25 may 2016, after repair i was checked at center but issue was not resolve it was happened 4 times, till date issue is not resolved and they had generated 4 job sheet for single issue (incoming and outgoing audio voice was not hearing)

                                  I had raise 4 to 5 time complaint here on micromax website. I did not get any single response, I call to customer care they always told me sir pls contact to service center beacuse your job sheet status is closed i am unable to do any help, go to service center & collect your handset, At service center they told me sir you have to wait for 7 day's actually issue was not resolve yet, it was happened 7 times with me..it is too late he had already taken 50+ days, it Manager was told me sir its late from company side because your IMEI no is not appear in your handset... i am unable to understand what is the matter behind it


                                  So now you tell me what should i do.

                                    I bought the micromax canvas Q413 mobile through flipkart after 4 months my mobile has a password protecting problem, so i have given to the authorized service center located in Pattom Trivandrum kerala

                                    They could not repair my phone so they are transferred to company i have given before 30 days but till now there not repairing my phone .

                                    Usual service period took by micromax service is nearly 21 days, now it's one month and still they said that they need 21 more days to fix the issue, it's just a password unlock not any hardware or software issue, but still they are telling that they need nearly 50 days to return my device, it's far apart from their polices

                                      It is matter of disappointment that my Trust on Micromax is lost as i purchased micromax pro 6 E484. after one month It cause display flickering and fading problem. I handover to micromax service centre sector-16, faridabad. After 10 days they called me and handover the set with ok report, but same time i insert battey and switch on the phone, problem was as it is. not resolved. Now they again return back the phone with one more job Sheet no. NO[protected] and no one knows that handset will back with ok condition or not...and what time, it is still not confirmed. What a poor services?

                                        Sir, i have purchased a micromax canvas p480 tablet for rs. 5859 rupess from amazon.com (online) on dt: 13/11/2015 after 6 months o[censored]sage it got problem in tab on, this tab could not on with power on button, so i submittet on[protected] to micromax service center in hyderabad (telangana state) m/s. harihara electronics, ameerpet, hyderabad service center and they give a job sheet, after 15 days they called me to "your mobile is ready and collect from our service center" and i received the mobile from service center after 2 days works it's nicely and same problem come back and they didn't do any service, and again i return to service center on dt:[protected] and tell about the problem and they give job sheet, this time i verging about warranty period, its almost came to complete and they did't return my mobile. this is which type of services micromax provide?? they cheat to customer... sir, i m completely disappointed with micromax. i need new phone or money back.. resolve my complaint early as soon as posible... reply please... my contact no is: [protected] note: i submitting my job sheet photograph also sir
