I Amit kumar, a reliable customer of Micromax bought a model No E481 in the month of 14th December, 2015 after looking at the increasing brand value of the company. However, my expectations felt down to ground zero as, I faced unexpected worst service compared to any other brand as well as the quality of product.
First of all, I faced an issue with the camera. I gave my phone to the service center (M/S AVG Communications Shop No-20, !st Floor, Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp) for the camera cleaning on 9th May, 16 with a job sheet number N[protected] which was delivered back to me on 23rd May, 16 at around 1800 hrs. Then I identified another issue of charging and also the phone was heating up which was after the phone got serviced by your technicians. I again gave it back to the service center next day (24th May, 16) with a different complaint number (MMX[protected]Job sheet no- N[protected]) with a promise to return the phone in up and running condition within 7 days. From that day till now I am still running around with the same promise of 7 days every time I visit and also I did not get any help from the call center guys. I do not want to mention the name of the service center executives as a courtesy however, I am really fed-up and pissed off with Micromax which does not meet the brand standards. Any brand stands because of its service qualities and word of mouth by the customers and I am one of those dissatisfied customer who will neither buy nor suggest to anyone to go with Micromax as, nothing can be worse than this.
