We have already Lodge this complain thrice before but there was no reply from them we are tired of this the phone is not ringing while the screen is off. This is causing a lot of problems. The store from where we bought is also not answering to this. Now if this continues we will go to consumer court. Also we will repost this on social media. So thereby we highly request you to solve this problem.

    My name is ashutosh sharma i want to say about my mobile replacement issue with micromax mobile company.
    I purchased a micromax mobile which is micromax nitro a311. With this mobile the problem arise that it does not turn on. Mobile is in warranty so i went to micromax service centre at neemuch. There was an employee named deepesh garg said that mobile will be replaced.
    When the mobile is replaced new mobile which is given to me is not working with network and another problem is that mobile is not giving any sound also
    And when again i went to the customer care service centre at neemuch deepesh garg treated me badly
    My old mobile is in warranty but micromax company not deal with my issue and this warranty of one year is useless for me
    Please help me.

But when I went to service center to take my mob then I found my mob is broken . I went service center many time but they give a next date .

        Phone ring is not ringing while the screen is off It has been a week since this problem has started . please fix it as fast as possible.
        Deducting balance rupees 1 or 1.50 on the name of micromax registration on micromax unite 2 A096
        We are complained two times earlier. When screen is off, there is no ringing tone when anyone call me. Please solve our complain on first priority. please solve our complain, otherwise we had to go to consumer court and I will also put this issue on social media like Facebook and Twitter.

          Micromax an Indian company on which every Indian has a great proud on its success.but what type of service they provide to us.I was submitted my q450 device in the micromax center one month ago and it was under warranty.they received my phone and told me to do wait for maximum21 days.after 21 days they demanded21 days more.what a bad response and bad service provide by micromax to its customer. I have been buying all products for my home from micromax since 3 year.But now to see all that I think I want to quit from micromax.Service provide is the priority sector by which a company growth is decide and I think micromax is poor to provide sustainable service to their customer.I hope you understand my problem so please help to return my device after repair as soon as possible.and I also suggest to all my friends to do not buy micromax phone in future.if anyone understand my problem so please help me

            I had purchase one micromax mobile Q450 on 26 jul 15 from kinshu communication from delhi in 17500/-. after some time that mobile has not work properly then I had deposit in micromax care center on 20 apr 16 but till to date(6 jul 16) my mobile has not repair or replace by company. micromax care center had given me complaint no- s[protected]n 20 apr 16 after few days they had given another complaint no- s[protected] . plz do something against company .

            I gave my micromax canvas pulse in the service centre on[protected]. They told me to wait for 15 days, and when I called them they demanded more 15 days then 10 days and now more 21 days and it is 1-7-2016 today.

              Myself, Amit Jagtap, purchased a Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+. It was found that the phone is having a mic defect while calling. At initial complaint in first week after purchase, the service center tried to do temporary repair. The repair was not fruitful and service center replaced the phone with another phone.

              Moreover, the new phone was having serious issues and it corrupted two memory cards used in it. When the third complaint was made, the company took the handset back leaving me in a huge waiting period. Now I have invested all my savings in phone and I don't have any standby set to start with. As a taxi driver in small city Amravati, my complete bread-butter is on the mobile calls itself. This leaves me in a very frustrating situation.

              Please, ask the company to solve this issue in 3 days or refund the money so that I can start my business with other mobile set as soon as possible.

                  I leave in pune, maharashtra. i was facing a problem with my handset. it's screen light is off even though unlock button is pressed. i handed over my handset to below micromax service center three time for the same issue.

                  Chanchal appratment, office no. 3, sanghavi, nagar, aundh, pune, pune, maharashtra

                  They sent it to their head office service center for repair but the problem is not yet resolved. every time they took 1.5 months to return back the handset. even though the problem is not resolved. i requested customer care to change the handset but they don't listen to me.

                  It's under warranty but not of any use. not sure what to do. filing complaint against micromax.

                  No action is yet taken. My efforts are fail.

                  Biggest problem. Micromax made handset is not getting repaired by Micromax people.

                  Please see below my earlier work orders or job sheets but the problem is still present my handset is DEAD.

                  How much time do I need to tell you that this is not going to repair and just replace it? Check all histories of my tickets/WO/calls properly and check how third class service you are providing to customers.

                  This work order W[protected] was actually for replacement but MIcromax people did some stupid work from their head office and sent back the same old device to me. As expected it is DEAD AGAIN in just half day again.

                  I have lost my 10 K after buying this device.

                        I have an complaint Complaint Against Micromax Service Center for Sevice related and they are not able to provide proper resolution and service on time and I had given the my handset Yu Yuphoria 5010A on 21st May'2016 due to Software Brick issue my phone was got stuck on YU Logo after Updating the phone and I wait for someone since 7th Jun'2016 and no call received from service centre regarding my phone after that I visited on 7th Jun '16 they said me that your phone has been returned due to RWR issue also said you RF cable has been damaged that's why returned but when I called in YU customer care they said to me your handset never sent to warehouse and also my phone was working fine & there was no problem regarding network and cable was damaged from the services center and they said you need to pay Rs.1200 for RF cable after that your handset will be send to service centre after 2 days I visited again on 9th Jun'2016 and submit the handset and ready to pay amount for RF Cable and Mr Trilok (Floor Supervisor) They said your RF cable will be repaired till tomorrow and then we will send your device to company then it will be come after replace then today I visited again for collect my device but still that was not replaced/repaired and they said that your device is pending with company and it will be come after 3-4 days but then I called on YU Customer care she said your device never send to company and its still pending in service center and I also asked for Door Step delivery but she's denied and also she didn't transfered the call on escalation desk and after that I call in service center for confirmation then service center agent said your device is still under repair and they didn't have part and it will be repaire till.friday and most important thing is micromax service center is not able to provide service and lying with customer then how could customer makes feel happy with company and now Today i also called to micromax service centre they created new job sheet and most important thing is they didn't informed me also i got the call on 23rd June from one of the micromax agent and he promised me that my device will be handover to me on 5th June and today they are not providing me. and every customer is not happy with micromax service centre kindly take the action against micromax service centre

                          I have purchase a micromax phone on 31 october 2015. on the 25 may 2016 it was a charging issue. i went to service center they told that motherboard will change and it will take 25 days. after 10 to 12 days the phone comes that your handset is ready. i took the handset. on that day only the speaker issue comes out. i went t same service center they told that first they have changed the port now they will motherboard it will also take 25 days. after 10 to 12 days the phones that your handset is ready. my all data was deleted. after 2 days my was getting a notice that "unformately your google has stopped" again and again it was coming. i went the same service center. they told that software have to update it will take 1 hour. i wait there only. after again 2 days my phone was authomatically shutdown. i went to same centre they told that i have to submit my phone for 10 days.
                          I submitted it after 8 days my phone was ready. i forgotten to take battery from my home to center. i received my phone and came take to home. i check the phone. there was no respond for the company. i go back to center on the same day. service of micromax near v3s mall laxmi nagar there i met mrs. rashmi. she took my headset give to operator. after half an hour she came back gave my phone back and told him now your phone will work all right. at 8o clock when i reach at the home phone was automatically shuting down.

                            Dear sir/madam,
                            I have purchased micromax bolt a-40 on 07.01.2014. After five days it shows problem. I give my phone on solution world on 27 march, 2014. They ask me to wait for one month. After that they make always over commitment to me for returning my handset. They are not given my phone yet. Around may 2014 the service center close without giving me any information about my handset.

                            After that i call micromax customer care number. But they always said to me wait for 20-25 days. But no solution given by micromax.

                            I'm make call to customer care, write e-mail on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com,, service. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and send letter to gurgaon. But they are not inerested in reply or giving me any kind of my handset.

                            There executive always said me wait for 15-20 days and e-mail jobsheet. But not give any kind of information.

                            In between owner of service center offer to give me my handset. But after few days he misguide me to go to another service center for my handset. Once he send me nawada and another time laxmi nagar. After few month he refuse to attend my call.

                            Many time i write e-mail to micromax requested to give me my hand set or compensation. But they don't response my e-mail and letter.

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            Please help me about this case. I completely helpless in this case. Micromax doesn't response me to give any kind of information.

                            All other information is attached in image. A copy of original job sheet.

                            I want compensation to micromax company.

                            Please help me as soon as possible.

                              I have given Micromax a300 mobile to surya cell asc for micromax for audio problem on 24.04.2016. Now until today they didnt repaired if asked they are telling some audio and connector was gone so ordered now i cancelled there service but they have missed backside panel cap, if asked they are telling they missed it and not responsing now iam not getting that spare part anywhere. Who will take reponsible service center or micromax company.

                                  I bought Micromax Canvas 6 Pro at Rs. 14000. Very next day it fall down from my hand from the height ot 3 feets and it screen got damaged. I visited Micromax Customer care for complaint how it can break from 3 feet height also get that repaired. They said from damage cant cover in warranty also for screen replacement, there is no screen available for this handset, you need to purchase whole machine(display with motherboard) worth Rs. 4750 and that will take 1 week. I wrote this issue to micromax also on their portal but in reply they saying pls visit nearest customer care. I again visited customer care and this time they said it will be Rs.6500 charges. When I asked them, last time you said 4750, they answered "okay we will manage in 6000". This seem monkey business is running by Micromax at customer cares.
                                  It is not make sense I purchase Micromax Mobile worth Rs. 14000 and within week I pay Rs. 6000 again. Micromax should replace this handset as from 3 feet fall, it should not damage.

                                      I'm One of the Proud Customer of Micromax Company Products. I have a Micromax Canvas A093 Android mobile phone which I bought one and half years ago. Recently I experienced certain problems like automatic switch off of my Mobile phone. When I met the nearby authorised "Micromax Check Point" Service Center located in Kankanady, Mangalore, they informed me that 'it was because of battery problem and you need to change it'. And I bought a new battery from there on 10/06/2016. They charged Rs.420 for it. But when I asked for the Bill and Guarantee card for the battery, they refused to provide it and replied to me as No Guarantee was provided for any kind of products and services here and Bill is also never gave. I had seen many customer is returning from the service center as there is no guarantee and poor customer services. I had seen a notice in the notice board of that service center which guarantees 6 months guarantee for the battery and for the charger. If this is a scandal, I request the Company officials to take corrective steps to satisfy the customer needs and make them happy in future.

                                      My tab was repaired recently for the reason its nt charging ..it was sent to mumbai fr repair n i received it recently...after dt it wrkd gud fr few days n now my tab is nt charging instead o placing charger and charging it... pls say me some sort of advice..im really tired of ?making repir costs for ds tab

                                      I am fed up with my micromax tab p480... i hav invested an equal amt. of money on its repairing of what i spent on its purchase. sometimes it is d battery, sometimes it is jack n sometimes it is its memory slot

                                        I Amit kumar, a reliable customer of Micromax bought a model No E481 in the month of 14th December, 2015 after looking at the increasing brand value of the company. However, my expectations felt down to ground zero as, I faced unexpected worst service compared to any other brand as well as the quality of product.

                                        First of all, I faced an issue with the camera. I gave my phone to the service center (M/S AVG Communications Shop No-20, !st Floor, Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp) for the camera cleaning on 9th May, 16 with a job sheet number N[protected] which was delivered back to me on 23rd May, 16 at around 1800 hrs. Then I identified another issue of charging and also the phone was heating up which was after the phone got serviced by your technicians. I again gave it back to the service center next day (24th May, 16) with a different complaint number (MMX[protected]Job sheet no- N[protected]) with a promise to return the phone in up and running condition within 7 days. From that day till now I am still running around with the same promise of 7 days every time I visit and also I did not get any help from the call center guys. I do not want to mention the name of the service center executives as a courtesy however, I am really fed-up and pissed off with Micromax which does not meet the brand standards. Any brand stands because of its service qualities and word of mouth by the customers and I am one of those dissatisfied customer who will neither buy nor suggest to anyone to go with Micromax as, nothing can be worse than this.

                                        Yes am also facing problem with micromax, guys dont buy micromax procducts. very low quality
                                        indian company micromax cheating more indians.
