Dear Sir,

Greetings of the day.I have purchased Micromax Canvas P 480 Tab (IMEI/ESN : [protected]/[protected] & MODEL CODE: [protected]) for my child but it got defected as battery not charging in warranty period. I went to your service center at Sec-30C, Chandigarh then they took approx 20 days for repair. The device got same problem at the same day after collection from service center.
However, I again submitted it vide N[protected] dated 28 Apr 16 for repair at same service center and it is still waiting.
This device is defected one and I am not able to get it repaired so frequently. So that you are requested to change my device as or should I go to consumer forum for my problem.
You are requested to do needful.

    I have already explained the details 2/3 times . what action have you taken ? Why have you opened this fake site? A set of Rs.27500/- is giving defect since its purchasing ? It is under repair since last 20 months ? What shall I do with that set ? It is requested to refund my with interest or replace a set more cost than I purchased ? Nothing less than this would be accepted //

    I purchased a tablet 'p680' of micromax through online, it was running smoothly but there is a little problem on charging jack, due to which I had submitted it 2 month before in micromax store to repair it. But till now I didn't receive it, they always increasing the time.

        Dear Nodal Officer,

        I bought a Micromax mobile model code. [protected] from Vikalp Ventures-Spear 2, Khasra No 93/5.94/1..Phirni Road, Vill Mundka.Delhi.PIN 110041 (Through Online Snapdeal) vide invoice Book No. S1CEB9/16-17/17705 and Order No.[protected] dated 21/04/2016.

        After 25 days the mobile started problems (Battery stop charging). I went to Micromax Service Centre (M/S Service City, Shop Number 167/17(FF), Part ANear Vijay Rattan Chowk, Ambala Cantt, Haryana, PIN 133001 Tel[protected] on 01/06/2016 and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement and asked me to come after a week vide Customer Job Card No. N[protected] dated 01/06/2016. Still the Mobile is not Handover. After 15 days I went there 3 times, but the result was the same till date. 3.07.2016, I even talked three times to your call centre no[protected], with Service center/customer care. But they always gave new date every time I called them up several time. Even I visited three times to said service station but not got any satisfactory reply.

        Now I am depressed and frustrated with the dealing. It has taken more than One month. Still I am waiting.
        I will never buy any Micromax Product in future and not recommend any one to buy the same due to very poor after sale service.

        It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to the consumer court.

          I am indu chaturvedi. i purchased tablate (model code [protected], iei/ esn no. [protected]) on dec 2015, and in a one month its touch screen become disturbed. i submitted that etawah, (u. p) servise center 27 january 2016. slip is attached with this mail.
          Mujhe kaha gaya ki tablete delhi servise center bheja h, one month mai milega. mere mobile no. par micromax ka confirmation massage bhi aaya tha ki 21 day mai wapas mil jayega. and ab july aane wali h. six month se upar ho chukka h. na tablet ka pata h ki wah kaha h. micromax service center se wapas milega ya nahi. mera new tablet kharab hua h. aur micromax walon ko new tablet wapas karna chahiye tha. micromax product has worst product and worst product. please suggest me to get new tablet from micromax.

            I bought a new brand Canvas 6PRO Mobile last couple of days, from store.micromax online. But the Handset recieved through FEdex courier was really disgusting . SIM slots are not working, Speakers are not working, When complained to Customer care.Beside helping me they told reach near by service center they will sort your mobile. But the nearest Service center denies we cant do nothing ??? My 13999 went in vain what to do ??? So guys dont buy Micromax Mobiles any more. They are fake... My order number is #[protected]

              I handed over my device on 13/04/2016 to service center AL-RAZA Mobile Service Center 480, Golcha Marg, Behand Karachi General Stores, Sadar Nagpur, problem Phone Ded.but service center forwarded my device to some micro max office. More than 80 days (2 Months and 20 Days) has been passed . In this period I received Many times SMS on mobile each time it was said as under:
              JOB SHEET NO. W[protected] is under repair & shall be delivered to you within 21 days
              We are sincerely working towards delivering the best performance to you.
              I request you to kindly arrange some necessary action,
              Very bad experience with micromax set. Never purchase micromax set.

                Dear sir,
                I had purchased micromax q345 - selfilens on 10.03.2016 from s. k. telecom 2, a 115, opp. metro pillar no. 33, vikas marg, shakarpur, delhi 92. on 13.06.2016, suddenly while talking with one of my friends display of phone get off and nothing was visible on the screen. i had approached customer care centre at shakarpur, delhi on 17.06.2016 and had informed them that display is not working but some other functions like incoming calls and rings are working and even i am able to respond incoming calls properly. but the customer care executive stated me that display is dead due to liquid damaged which is not covered in warranty and they ask me to pay rs.2800.00 if i wish to get it repaired. i requested them to let explained what is the meaning of liquid damage and why it is not covered, they behave very rudely and returned the phone stating every customer come here to make us fool, by showing innocence. this phone had either dropped on hard surface, meet an accident or dropped in water due to that display fet damaged.in all three cases warranty is not covered. despite repeated explanation to them that none of the incidences happened they refuse to entertain and further to this they refused to give the same in writing. pl. help how to get resolution.

                  My self nirmal having handset Micromax Knight is having issue of charging port, Now after fixing that issue created another one ringing is not working again they are hell out of time to find the issue. I really dont know what's t he quality of technicians they are hiring for repairing the handsets moreover they don't the meaning of timeline as if they are doing it for social cause.

                  Its the worst experience came across regarding Micromax service center panchkula sector 11.

                        I have purchased a Mobile Model D-321 on dated[protected] till[protected]within 7 months) 7-8 times handset while walking stops than I go nearest customer care center they put software than after 15-20 days again handset stops. This is going to 7-8 times. after that they have change the mother board and hold him within 15-20 days saying he is repairing from Delhi, after repairing again within a week the same problem. Now we are going to Consumer Court other wise please change my handset.

                          Only after one month of light use, its battery starting taking around 10-12 hours to get fully charged, now its been in service center for last 14 days and yet the jobsheet status is showing it will take 21+ days, i am done with micromax brand, am disappointed with myself for believing in my country's brand. Will never recommend it to someone else.
                          i just want a replacement if it is so hard to repair, it would be great favour if you take the phone and refund me for the same.

                            I have bought a new canvas 6 mobile on 31/05/2016 as I thought it was a very gud mobile but u made me wrong. Within 20 days I got problem in this phone. I visited to ur service centre at sec 34 chandigarh. They said there is problem of ringer and mic. I said I want replacment I don't want to get repaired.I don't know what kind of mobile production do u have ? Customer can get so many issues in a brand new mobile. They gave me a job sheet. N[protected]. I hav given money for brand new phone. Then why should I use repaired mobile only in 20 days. What kind of services u r giving to ur consumers. who can have faith on ur company with this kind of services. I have bought ur first mobile canvas 6.                               Yu yuphoria, one of the worse phones ever. This phone does not work properly.Bought in august 2015 and by now I have deposited it to my nearest service station about 10 times and every time they just repair it and after a few days the problem starts again.In the first month of June it was not turning on, I went to the service station again and they asked me 3000 for repair, I paid them and got it repaired again(was some motherboard problem)and now on Friday(24th June) it was just not turning on again.I went to service station and they are just refusing to get it repaired for free because I am not having the bill that I never got.I agree that it was my fault that I didn't asked for a bill and trusted them that the phone will now work properly but it their responsibility to give me the bill.The problem didn't stop here, the second problem is that the 2 numbers on the job sheet didn't worked, next day i talked to manager and he gave me his personal number and guess what that number was also switched off.Today morning he gave me a new number and when I called that number in the evening he didn't picked up, I called him 5 times and he never picked up.I went to service station and asked him"Why was he not picking his phone?" and he replied"Sir, I don't know that where is my phone".I don't know that whether he was lying or he seriously didn't know where his phone was, and if he seriously didn't know where his phone was, if he is really that careless then how can he be a manager and how can he take care of his customer mobile phones?.And if he was lying and cannot face his customers then how he is a manager. I go to the service station about 2 times a day and today in the evening he said that he would call me in the evening near 7pm to give me the whole update about my phone and the best part it that the service station closes at 6pm so you think that after so many visits, after so many complaints, after so many argument, after so many switched mobile numbers you think he will call me to give me the update. To be honest buying a yu yuphoria is one of my biggest mistake, I have used samsung, sony, htc, nokia, nexus, and many more brands but I am facing this kind of bad service for the first time. Just one question that "whether all my money have gone waste (7000+3000) and that too when my phone is in warrenty?" Micromax please give me a solution to this problem

                                  It is more than two months since I handed over my phone P480
                                  From 6/05/2016 to 24/06/2016, I have received eight messages stating that the phone will be returned to me in 21 days (same message every time).
                                  How many such 21 days have gone.
                                  Today, when I tried to know the status of the service on their website with jobsheet number, it showed that no such number exists and asked me to verify the same.
                                  Height of irresponsibility on the part of the company.
                                  I keep my fingers crossed.
                                  Hope to get a solution through your website at the earliest possible.

                                    I m manoj Kumar I have given my phone to service which is in warranty at 2month before but still I don't receive my mobile til now if I cal to the care they are not responding properly and even if I went to the service center they say I mobile is in still service please request u to respond Me and my problem I had went many time to service center and cal more then 10time to service center and customer care around 25time there is no respond please respond me regarding my phone .

                                      Have submitted Tab P480 for repair under warranty and it's more than 90+ days still no updates every time your customer care says come tomorrow and collect and after reaching there they say we yet not received also they are saying we received but it's was not functional properly to sent again .

                                      Here not sure what kind of repo micromax trying to build with there customer in such competitive market where this handset didn't last long for 3 month properly and post such type of response from your service center. Am not sure next time ll go for micromax or not with such annoying and pathetic experience :(

                                        Hello mm support,
                                        This is samarjeet singh and using micormax canvas a290 (imei-no [protected]) phone from the last year.
                                        From last few days i was facing power backup problem in my phone so i went to service center (meghana infotech express road kanpur on 21-jun -2016) discuss the power backup issue. they ask me you need to deposite rs 50 for checking the phone and my engineer will decide the cause of the issue after cheking it.
                                        I did same and after checking the phone he told us that your battery is ok, the issue is into the charging connecter so you need to deposit the phone for 4-5 days and also need to give rs 440 against the charging connecter when phone will be ready.
                                        I requested him please recheck as my connecter is ok, and its charging the phone as well and i think issue is into the battery but they again told you are not engineer and my engineer is checked and issue is into the connecter.
                                        I deposited the phone and after 5 day i daily calling him and asking for phone but as per them component is still not come from the company.
                                        Today (30-jun-2016) i got call from the service center and now they are saying that your phone’s battery is also use less/damage and you need to deposit phone for next 10 days more and also you need to give rs 980 for battery. i asked him if the problem is in battery then you should told me at the time of checking the phone, why you waste my 10 days time and still asking for 10 days more but they are using abusing language and saying same thing that you have to deposit the phone and money.
                                        I just want to ask one thing to you why you people put the customer into trouble. i have purchased the phone myself not for depositing into the service center. if problem is in battery then why you changed my charging connecter.
                                        I do not want do anything i just want my phone as it was earlier, i would like to through this phone rather than using the such type of poor services of the micromax.
                                        Please let me know if you can do anything for me.

                                        Today I got call from them by no +911246680300, and then asked my problem after discussing the problem he asked my the job sheet no, I told him the job sheet but he was saying that the job sheet no is not matching after that I give him phone IMEI no and but he was saying that I am not able to look the information and told us that go to service center and coordinate with the service center.

                                        micromax mobiles and service center is hopeless service center. don, t purchase micromax mobile .
