Hello there,

I purchased e481 canvas 5 model on 12 dec 15 now i am facing following problem from the last 1 month :

01. the screen has got one patch (image is enclosed) in most left top corner of the display screen. its obstruct the viewing feel.

02. phone hangs a lot (i dont have any clutter data all around it). the canvas 4 which i am still using has no problem but seems canvas 5 need some os issue.

I went to your local cc office and they asked me to deposit the phone for 40 days (yes, you read it right forty days) if i have to deposit it for this much of time i would have purchased another company's phone who at least understand the customer "need" and form the policy/rule to service the phone with in some decent time period. if you really think that this much of time is required to address an issue of warranty phone, please let me know so that i could throw this piece and buy another's company phone and if you really serious with your old client please respond.

    I have owned Micromax Canvas E481 mobile phone on dated december 5th 2015. this phone is having problems of battery not at all charging, touch screen problem constantly and over heating issues daily
    I have sent to customer care service for 4 times
    for the first time they replace my mobile with new mobile
    second time they have checked the problem and they have solved it
    third it is having problem again so i have given to Micromax customer care support and it is being travelling for 4 months till today, i have used hardly for 1 month in 6 months of warranty period from December 5th 2015 to June 28th 2016
    the mobile is being circulated from me to your customer care for past 4 months I am attaching the photo copy of the job sheet along with this mail please kindly you reply me I will be waiting for your reply eagerly please reply me as soon as possible as you can sir
    I am really frustrated of having this mobile this is not worth for 12000 rupees what I have been paid for
    when I am calling to your customer care support the executive is attending the call and he is not at all responding properly and he is switching off the phone when I have telling him to transfer to higher officials he is not doing so

      Myself laxman nayak have bought a micromax handset a290(b) from alfa enterprises on 8th may 2015.Following handset was having problem in charging and was within warranty period.I had given the handset for repairing at media enterprises, dombivili east branch.The above service center has informed that the handset is having connector problem and same will be replaced for which i was notified.The handset was given for servicing on[protected].The service provided by the service centre is to cheap as they have not returned my handset till date.

        Dear All,

        1. I purchased Micromax Convas6 (Model No E485) on 13/06/2016 (Bill Att). On 26/06/2016, I replaced the SIM card. When I switched on my handset, It was showing a message that please enter the Privacy Protection Lock password whereas I haven't put any type of screen lock password.
        2. After It I go to Micromax Care at M/S Aarjay Associates on 27/06/2016 located at nearby Palarivattam, Ernakulam, Kerala. They told me that today software can not be download and come tomorrow and we will return your phone with in 1-2 hours. On the next day I went there. They keep my phone and commit for tomorrow morning. On 29/06/2016 I called them, they again told me for come at tomorrow. Today I again went there they told me that there is no any software available.
        3. I asked them for complaint/Suggestion Book. They refused for the same and told me that we are not having this type of any book/Register. Again I asked the number of any senior/Responsible person and they refused for the same and one of female staff told me "Nahi Dunga".The behaviour of whole staff specially their Manager (Ladies staff) was very unprofessional and rude.         4. After it my phone is totally unused and the amount of Rs 14000/- is totally waste.
        5. In view of the above, you are requested to refund my amount within 2-3 working days. After it unfortunately I have to go for Legal actions.

          Dear sir,

          I want to say that i purchase a mobile, company of micro max model no gc318, purchasing date of 07.03.2016. after some day, i am facing problem related of message (inbox), i went to service center four time for repair but not resolve my problem. (07.04.2016 no[protected], 27.04.2016 no [protected], 25.05.2016). i done call many time in customer care but not resolve my problem. customer care executive senior officer take the seven days for resolve the problem but not any response after this date. so, i request you that please take the necessary action resolve the problem of mobile.

          I went to service center many time and contact on customer no for this problem but they told me that for service center but already i have gone service center many time, but service center person told me that could not prepare your mobile properly. service center person denied for prepare. i request you that please change my mobile or return my amount of mobile.

            Sir, i have given my mobile handset namely micromax q345 to customer care @ m/s sawhney communications, shop no 3, prem nagar, near gujjar nagar bridge, jammu. Tel : [protected], [protected] for repair which is under warranty job sheet n[protected] dt[protected]. According to company, they have given mobile for repairing at delhi and it will take 20 -25 days. I have requested them to provide me some standby set for time being. They said they will not provide me standby set, if it is very urgent i can buy new mobile set. I bring to your find notice following points
            1. Mobile set was under warranty.
            2 if it has some major defect they should provide some standby set to customer because nowdays we are mostly connected to world through mobile phones only.
            3. Why i will buy new mobile set? Is it some policy of company to force and sell more mobile phones to customers indirectly by creating problems. If no, they should provide standy set
            4. It is the responsibility of company to provide me service as i have paid my hard earned money to buy mobile set and it is under warranty period.
            5. If i purchase new mobile, are they going to pay me that amount?

              Dear micromax service's,

              I would to share our very bed experience with buying a micromax mobile phone.

              I am purchased model e455 in month of october 2015, after using a 1 week i am facing a problem in mobile that phone are shown aeroplane mode even aeroplane mode is off, then after registration online complaint and very hassle follow-up with service/technical department they are agreeing to replace mobile with new. Then i received mobile after a 2 month of complaint as second hand/used mobile without a battery, even i am handover mobile with battery. No one micromax informed me only mobile is replaced not battery, no protocol for replacement of mobile, why they said changd handset with new one instead of issued repaired mobile, so i am losses our battery also.

              After getting another complaint to replace this used mobile and return our battery which i given with old mobile. As per customer care only one complaint registered at one time, ok then after again hassle follow-up with service received another mobile so much condition compare with earlier in another 1month. Now next complaint for our battery which is i handover with old mobile, upto 4 week customer care says battery are under despatch and receive in a week, after 4-5 week they have says no record for earlier complaint please registered another complaint. Then i decided to purchased new battery from micromax care center.

              After useing 1 days only facing problem mobile not charging battery, after visited micromax care center they had said charger port not working sending in service center, now received mobile after 20 days mobile taken from service center when using battery as same condition not show charging then technician say maybe battery discharge please recharge in home used it, after 2-3 hours charging still mobile is not switch on.

              From october 15 to june 16 - may be mobile working 3-5 days only.

              What is quality of mobile, after sales services is much much poor, micromax max service center response is very poor not receiving phone, no good communication with customers.

              I am doing very much mistake to buying micromax mobile, and aware other in family, friends and group don't buy micromax mobile.


              I am planning to complaint in consumer court or some legal notice to micromax, how they are much irresponsible.

              Please if possible think and take action to improve yourself.

                  I have purchased micromax canvas doodle4 q391, 8 months before, 3 months before there was issue with handset, i have given to micromax customer authorized service center in hadapsar near noble hospital, pune. Customer representive asked me to provide 1250 rs for battery replacement, i have given him and he spent my 1.5 months and end of time given me commitment about battery finally he arranged battery and when i was asked about my old battery, this guy argue and damaged my motherboard and battery panel, this is ridicules kindly take legal action on this service center or arrange inquiry, if this issue didn't resolve i will go with higher authority.

                    I have purchased a micromax juice 2 mobile from shopcules website on 12 june 2016, order no[protected], but when i received that mobile that was a problem, mobile was not opened, then i went to micormax mobile service cenre, at 44, kulpi road, padmapukur, sanghamitra coplex,
                    Baruipur, west bengal - 700144, service centre told me that was battery problem, i was purchased a new battery, rs-650/-, but they did not give me my old battery. They did not agree to give me that old battery. When i was purchased new battery so why service center did not give me my old battery?

                    Please carefully check this matter and inform me.

                              I have model of micromax Q392 which is under warrenty and it has some problem like poor audio quality, motion sensor, simultaneously automatic swiched off etc. So I had submitted my phone to Tech Telecom (micromax care) at pune on the date of 15th June 2016. They told me you will get your phone in 2 days but still they didnt repair my cell. So kindly look in to such cheap service you providing to your customer. This is all so ridiculous and worst thing that your company showing there is no need of customer after sale of your product. And as customer my feedback about micromax is negative.

                              I have model of Micromax Q392 which is under warranty and it has some problem like touch issue. So I had submitted my phone to M/S Galore Services (micromax care) at Noida-201301 on the date of 20th June 2016. They told me you will get your phone in 7-10 days but still they didn't repair my cell.however they told me Company didn't able to provide the Touch & display spare part. WHY COMPANY IS LAUNCHING OTHER HANDSET IF THEY DIDN'T ABLE TO PROVIDE SPARE PART TO SERVICE CENTER.

                              10 days over resolution is null and valid now they are opted me you can wait for 15 more days we will sending your device at mircomax office. IS IT MY FAULT I AM USER OF MICROMAX?

                              So kindly look in to such cheap service you providing to your customer. This is all so ridiculous and worst thing that your company showing there is no need of customer after sale of your product. And as customer my feedback about micromax is negative.

                                  My micromax tv which i received on 14 jun16 and for the same i had registered for its installation. Engineer visited on 17 june16 still and just gone for base and wall mount stand without installation than after till on 28june16 yet i am waiting for tha engineer for installation of the tv. Many time i had call personaly but yet doesn't getting resolution for the above issue. Make needfull as soon as possible.

                                    Hello,

                                    I'm frustrated by visiting micro-max service center they are not providing me my earphone on warranty basis instead they asked me to take another earphone that even not supported to my mobile phone.

                                    worst experience I have been suffering from last from 11/06/16 to till date.

                                    I requested micromax to look into the matter, when I contact Micromax customer care they told me that they have shipped the product but unfortunately there is not the supportable and a good quality earphone.

                                    my job no is N[protected].

                                    If you value your customer then please give me my right.

                                        Me pahle hi micromax company ko complaint kiya tha to usi din 25/06/2016 ko 9:45 PM me micromax company se call aaya (mobile number- +[protected] or kaha ki aapka mobile return ho jayega 36 hours ke andar or apka jitna ka mobile he aapko utna rupees wapas ho jayega. abhi tak 72 hours ho gya nhi call aaya or jab us number pe call kar rahe he to switch off bta rha he. kiu aapko mobile on nhi karna he ab. aapka 36 hours abhi tak pura nhi hua he kia. dhoka dene wala kaam mat karo. jaldi mobile on karke call karo.
