    I bought a micromax a069 on 02/07/2015 from the shop rahul telecom, jagraon

    I had an issue with the phone and went to the micromax service centre satguru communication on 16th june, 2016. They said that their system is showing the date as may, 2015 and thus the phone is not on warranty period. You have bought a used phone.
    I said that i had bought a sealed packet of the phone and opened in-front of the shopkeeper on the date of buying. He said "seal ka kya hai, seal to koi be laga ya nikaal sakta hai"
    They refused to take responsibility and said go outside and there is a customer care number. Go and talk to them. On calling them the said they will provide a call back.
    On calling back the representative refused to take the responsibility and said we cannot provide the warranty period.
    I said who will be responsible for the same, to which he said we dont know, you go and talk to the vendor.
    I had no other option rather than complaining it.
    Provide me my warranty period as i have paid money for the product or refund my money back.

      I have given my micromax mobile to the sp bright solutions for repair and they said that the mobile has been send to company and they send to the company .after one month mobile was returned to me and no problem has been solved and the care persons was telling that the mobile was havving the no problem and all the micromax mobiles has been same problems not only for this mobile and they are not saing one problem one person saying one problem and one persong saying another problem and it was the waste service center in gajuwaka not only in gajuwaka it is waste compared to all service centers in vizag

              I have purchase the micromax mobile model no - x2401. It display not coming in apr'16, i reported to service centre for repairing. After 20 day, service called and gave the low price mobile saying that your set will not being repaired. I refused and said that either you give same set or same level set or return money. Service centre of jamshedpur micromax again logged another complain. After 1 month again service centre offered low price moble, again i refused. Till now i not getting any information, it is about 3 month, i am without mobile facing a lot of problem.

                  I purchased e451 handset on 26 may 2016 and there was a issue in front camera of mobile and i submitted my handset at service center m/s abhishek communication on dated[protected] and job receipt number is w[protected] and up to till date handset is at service center. No solution provided. I have frustrated from yiur bad service and this is my worng decision for micromax.

                    HI, I got a very pathetic experience today from Micromax service centre moradabad in up. I had a problem in my phone micomax canvas 5 it hangs a lot after formatting the phone its not stating properly iv'e tried so many time to open it but the logo will appear again and again (Mobile is in warranty) but the repair man broke the seal of warranty chit that use to be on the screw and said the mobile is not in warranty and i submit to Micromax service centre on[protected] in moradabad uttar pradesh they not resolve the problem.and not proper respond by this executive.

                      Hi team,

                      I gave my micromax tab p470, which is under warranty, to micromax service center at velachery, chennai on 29/03/16. Its been 80 days now that i didn't get my tab back.
                      I have walked to the service center and called them over the phone to give back my tab. However, they are not giving it.
                      I have even asked them to give back my tab, though, its not repaired, but they are not giving it.
                      I have sent two e-mails to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and raised the ticket id 351395 and i have been talking to them everyday for the last 3 weeks but no progress.

                      My job sheet reference is s[protected]. Please could you help me.

                            This is to inform you that i bought my micromax canvas express 2 model phone in november 2015 with high expectations. From the beginning the phone has lagging issues. Few days back it got hanged completely and
                            And the touch screen did not respond. I went to ur kilpauk service center for the problem.
                            They charged me 2500 rupees to rectify the touch display problem. They said that water had clogged in display part and explained that it may be unknowing due to sweating. I was in desparate need of smartphone and paid the amount and got it serviced. But after i left checking that the display problem was cleared i was wrong that my problems with micromax were over. The speaker was not working. I went again to ur service center. They kept me waiting till evening. Then they said that the board needs to be changed and further i need to shell another[protected]. Can u believe it?? I asked why they didnt said it before they said i had complained regarding that. Common sense will tell how can a person complain about a speaker if its touch is not working and he is not able to work on it. Now i cant and ringtone for incoming calls as the speaker is not working and ur team wants to change the motherboard to rectify the speaker. Iam being charged more for service than i paid to buy the phone. Terrible service and hugely disappointed for a phone under warranty. I want my phone repaired or replaced.

                              I submitted my phone yu yuphoria to micromax service center in lajpat nagar
                              On 24 may 16, my reference no is n[protected], my phone got touch problem on whole left side of the screen. I got told that i will get my phone in two weeks but i didn"t got then i got call from service center that my phone is ready when i was gone to take my phone on 14 june but the problem was not resolved at all, the touch was not working. Then i again submitted my phone to service center but till now i didn"t got any information regarding my phone. It is now about a month from i submitted my phone. I am not satisfied with the micromax service provided by them. I want my phone get repaired and if not, then a new phone must be provided to me.

                                The item, mobile phone as detailed above was given for repair to your authorized dealer as mentioned above on 20/05/16. Till date they have not returned the material either repaired or not repaired.
                                They have failed in complying their own given date 3 times already to hand over the item repaired. Recently the service center is totally indifferent on the issue and not co-operating at all to supply the job sheet no. Of the case if any as asked by your toll free number. I have visited the service center atleast 3 times on this issue.
                                On this issue i have talked with the toll free number of micromax ([protected]) 2 times earlier and one more today (Copl. No. Mmx[protected].
                                I have understood after talking to the toll free number that the service center has not updated the data of repair job sheet centrally and so nothing is available at the central database.
                                I am uploading the scanned copy of the bill from the service center.
                                There is no other way except to complaint against your authorized dealer for their poor service and hostile behavior. Your toll free number is also forwarding a complaint as told by them.

                                  I have purchased a micromax mobile a311 in november, 2015. After going fifteen day, there is many problem found in my mobile e. I. Mobile switch off any time, mobile hang, after some use mobile get high temperature etc.

                                  On, 12 may, 2016 my mobile automatically restart again and again. Then, i go to service center (M/s b. R. Services, c-30, gf near sbi bank, lajpat nagar, part-2, new delhi), who take estimate time 4 to 5 week for mobile repair. After 23 days (On 06 may, 2016), i received my mobile after repairing.

                                  After some time i seen my mobile software is wrong. My mobile is micromax a311 which in internal memory 16 gd. But, which software in this mobile is mircomax a310 which is shows memory 4-5 gb.

                                  I again go to service center who take time 1 week for solve this problem.

                                  Now, today (21 jun, 2016) there is no call from service center, when i call service center who take time 21 days again and when i trace my jobsheet who show as under:-

                                  (Iv) your don't done work in time. Why?

                                      On daily basis micromax care center offices in fridabad work more than 10 hours after means 10 am to 7 pm after 7.00 pm they started their meeting till 8.00 pm maximum no. Of 10 grilrs working there .as per govt policy it is not as per law to take duty hours more than 8 hours.salary decided by govt is min 9000 but they give only 6000 and working hours are 12 hours . I request to see this whole matter on urgent basis .otherwise complaint directly forwed to pm office.

                                        Hi all,
                                        I have purchased micromax canvas a120 mobile phone about 1year 3 months before from amazon. Within 1 year, its keypad got damaged so i have submitted it at the service center and they have charged 1400 rupees to fix the issue. Now again the phone is not getting powered on and i have submitted it at the service center. They are saying that there is problem with the motherboard now and it will take another 3000 rupees to change the motherboard.

                                        So may i know if micromax mobile cannot even work fine for 2 years and there is such a large maintenace cost for the mobile why their are being selling in the market?
