Micromax — Complaint against Service centre | |||
Dear sir, This is Ravi Shankara L. I purchased New mobile Micromax A-250 on 19/12/2013. Recently I faced problem of Touch pad not working. So I gave my mobile to one of Micromax service centre on 3/06/2014. And they responded one week as a lead time. I called after one week, again they requested for another 3 day's. Again I called after 3 days ( Total - 10 days )they responded another 3 more days required. If any work not completed by service centre people they have to call me, but here I am calling. Response not upto mark again & again delaying to fulfil service. I am not getting the Exact requirement of lead time to solve my Handset problem. Due to this I am facing so much problem of communication with my Friend's or Relatives. Here my mobile purchased bill attached. My name is S Suresh Kumar. I bought my Micromax X258 with one year warranty on 13th may 2014. On 1st july 2014 the keypad of the mobile was not working. So i went to Micromax service centre and i handed over my mobile on 2nd july 2014.My mobile was under warranty only but still they said that the mobile cannot be exchanged and they said that they will contact me after repairing my mobile phone. There was no response from them and so i contact them through mobile phone and asked them about my phone. They said that they were searching my phone and asked me about the mobile details and then they said they ll call me back within half an hour.I waited for 2 hrs and then i called them, but they didn't attend the phone.by today it was almost 10 days. Till now there is no response from their side. please tell me what i should do???????????please respond me as soon as possible..
