[Resolved] Micromax — Delay in repairing the handset | |||
I purchased a Micromax Mobile A116 (Canvas HD) in last Year. One Month back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So today i went to service centre name "The Mobile Care" in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi on 31 May''14. They received the handset and said you will get your mobile with in a week. It has been one month now they have not yet repaired my mobile. I went there 3 times during this period, every time they say we request you to please wait for a week. I communicate with micromax via email and helpline number, but the same response i am getting from there also. Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax. Hi,
I am already communicating with Micromax via email to service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com but they are not replying in the proper way, Every time they copy & paste the same template as "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you faced because of delay in repair. We assure you that we will resolve this issue on priority ".
I have 14 mails of the conversation with the same response in each mail.
I am asking about number of days but they are replying in the other sense.

Please provide me the contact details of the higher escalation authorities as i am not getting an response neither from the service centre nor via the email.
My handset is in service center from the last 46 days. I don't know why you people are taking so much time.
