Hi i m nalini agrawal from khandwa, madhya pradesh. My micromax canvas a091 was not working properly. Battery was draining very quickly. I went to your authorised service center. They told me that battery has to be changed and they will give the order for it. And they will inform us when the battery will be recieved. Almost after a month when i contacted them then i knewed about the battery that has been recieved. I went for it. They ruined my 1 1/2 hr and then told me that my charging socket has to be changed. They told me that my phone is not charging. Before going there my charging socket was ok. Then i went next day to change the socket, they changed it and again he said it is not charging and it have a different problem. He was very rude and very rudely he said that your moblie can be shutted off permanently and they will not take any responsibility.
And again they ruined my precious time and result was nothing
Now just tell me what should i do. If company's service center will do this type of treatment with the customers then why should we go for it. Why should we buy our valuables from you. And if service center can't take responsibility of its repair then why should we don't go to local shop to repair it. And are they(Service center) doing any favor for us by repairing it? How can they be so rude and so dirty tone. The guy who did all this was named " anwar hussain".
I am complaining you wid the belief that you will take the action against him. Otherwise i have no other option to go to consumer court.

I have purchased Micromax led tv 39 inch in the month of September-2015 within little span of time the TV has troubled very much. I have contacted company representatives online, but they are very much maintaining timings and till now my tv is not working
Worst experience with micromax service centre (Noida sec 22), there was a battery replacement booked on 14th apr, till date no response, we as customer chasing it, response from the centre pathetic.. No ownership.

Will not recommend micromax phone to anyone.

    I have gave my mobile for service on Jan, 4th 2016 to service centre.They lost my mobile by providing my mobile to another customer and they didn't gave any information about it to me.When I call them, they are irresponsible for my call by setting their mobile to switch off still now.If I asked for service centre manager, they gave me a wrong number of him.

    I have gave my mobile for service on 9th April- 2016 to service Centre. Which i sunder warranty Purchased from MS/. NAVIN VAIRITIES, HGB Road, Melarmath, Agartala-799001 on 06/11/2015. ( Bill Enclosed), after few days the Mobile starting charging problems. Then I have contacted with them & they Advice me to go the Service Centre Namely M/s Surajits Mobile Care, Agartala. The Service Centre has Received the Mobile on 09/04/2016 but as on date they are not in position to give any suitable Answer to me.
    Please return the Mobile after Repairing at an early date as I am suffering & not able to communicate with any one in urgent need also.
    If are not able to return the Mobile in good condition or will take more time please arrange a standby Mobile set for me.
    Last 10 months back we purchased Micromax Mobile now its not working

      I have given my yu yuphoria on 1st march 2016 for replacement(Reference ticket id: 2433907) and the customer care executive said that phone will be delivered to you within 20 days and its two months and the complaint has not been resolved.
      The yu support team always extends the date by 10 days and give me a fake promise that it wil be delivered within 15 days.
      What type of customer support are you providing??

        Hiii my name is Raman I bought a Micromax phone canvas 5 e481 one
        month back from snapdeal but after using phone for a day I saw a
        problem regarding WiFi I compalnt in Micromax care and they changed my
        phone but the new phone has problem of hanging I only used that phone
        for 2 days now the Micromax care says they will replac that phone I
        had given them phone back but now they are not giving Me new phone
        they are giving me problem. They say they will give me my phone back
        in 7 days but now it is nearly a month. They always give excuse.
        Sir I am requesting you to kindly take the action please. Or return my
        money or I will file a case in consumer court.

          I submitted my phone micromax e481 to micromax service center on 18/03/16. Jobsheet no[protected] and they said that they will give it back after 15-20 days but still after one and half month i have not resieved my phone . Avery time i call the service center they tell me that they have informed there superior and the phone will come . I dont think they have been helping anything to bring my pohne from service

            I would like to inform you that as I have purchased micromax Q395 handset on 20 Apr-16 & I have already cleared that mobile should be 4G, battery backup must be best but after few days when I was check nothing is like that & when I was going for complain, handset replacement to D Mobile Kuber complex Ground floor & he is saying that we will try for replacement & now 1 week has been passed still no resolution is given by handset dealers

            & battery backup is very unsatisfied
            As I’m Taking follow up regularly so request you to pls arrange for handset replacement

              I m Vikas I submitted my canvas fire 4g q412 on 23/03/16 in the service centre due to a network issue and they said that within 15-20 days I'LL get my mobile but its more than on month since that day. Person in the care centre tell me call customer care. I register my complaint with complaint no.MMX[protected] and my job sheet no is N[protected]. when I call customer care no. They disconnect my call or tell me to wait for 10 days more every time. I am seriously disappointed with your service and never recommend anyone to buy a micromax mobile.
              Is this is my punishment for purchasing micromax mobile.

                3 weeks back i have given my micromax canvas knight a350 to a micromax centre in west uttam nagar as the battery is dead after exact 1 year o[censored]sage and a software issue, they told me that its going to take atleast 2 days but 3 weeks had passed and i had call them many time but they gave the same excuses to wait for few more days, im just wondering the head office is just in gurgoan and why are they taking so much time, as im planning to move out of delhi, im confused as just for my phone do i need to wait for them till months, or years?.il be grateful if some one could look into this matter as this is really a horrible custumer service. here s my sheet number -N[protected].

                      I have submitted my defective phone in the beginning of the month of march, 2016 and got the job-sheet tracking no: n[protected].Inspite of several follows up with the service center and on toll free number till date i dont even know the status of my mobile. Neither the service center nor the customer care executive on toll free number knows about the exacat status my mobile. It is almost going to be 2 months now, whereas a promised micromax takes 21 days to deliver the repaired device.

                      I have purchased the mobile on dec, 2015. Hardly used it for 2 and half months. Micromax has very poor customer care support.

                        This is a mail written to micromax keeping snapdeal in loop

                        Hi sir /madam
                        In regard to your cold shoulder as regards my pathetic experience with micromax, finally i have given my micromax mobile at ramesh nagar workshop for repair and subsequently purchase a new mobile from amazon and sure i didn't want to go wrong for the 3 time so didn't went with micromax, the so called indian made product

                        I was being told at the workstation that my phone could even take 1 month to get it restored to working condition.

                        Its beyond understanding that when you require around 1 month to get the phone(3 month old product) renovated, why you people are into electronics business .

                        The company can never be into profitabilily and rewarding if they want to earn through bamboozling the customer by selling such
                        Fraudulent products.

                        Do note that even 1 dissatisfied customer can impair the company esteem.
                        You could have seen the degeneration in micromax turnover because of your after sales service.

                        I hope my message will have an impact on the company and will work as eye opener.


                        I would also suggest that reputed companies like snapdeal should revisit their thoughts before getting tied up with such companies like
                        Micromax in order to have future trustworthy relationship with customer and shouldn't sell such product as i purchased this phone from snapdeal only

                            I bought a phone "canvas Selfie" booked on 07/04/2016 and delivered on 24/04/2016 @ 2:00pm. (Online)
                            On the second day it falled from my bed and the touch panel and screen broked inspite being provided inbuilt gorilla glass provided by the manufacturing company.

                            THe company showed commercial advertisement on television that it won't broke whether hit by hammer or a car being run on it. But still it broked.

                            Now I asked the authorize person in the customer care office to replace my cell phone or to repair the same, but they denied.

                            They are asking for Rs. 4, 200/- for the repairs.

                            Please look into the matter and Lodge a case on against them on my behalf and give us proper settlement.

                              This in reference regarding our led tv micromax no:50b5000fhd 127cm. Purchaced dated 23/03/2015 through snapdeal . Due to some techinical problem the led tv was not in a working condition, hence we complained the service center dated 24/07/2015 complain no:mh[protected], the technician checked and informed us that something needs to be replaced hence he went without resolving the issue . After day to day follow up with the service center manager mr. Deepak started sending technician on weekly basis but non of them could resolve this issue, but every time the technician only made report sheets for the visit they had come for, the last technician who had visited told us that they would replace the led tv but yet there is no hope of we getting a new television till date .

                                Yesterday i got a call from[protected] twice and informed me to collect mobile. I told about battery problem, for that she told me to submit the new job-sheet for it and it will be get within 5-6 days. Meanwhile collect the mobile.

                                As per above conversation today, i visited to service center and meet mr. Sandeep and collect the mobile. Again waiting for my turn of "token 30" of new job sheet for "battery problem".

                                I went to support desk and handover the battery but she demanded me for rs. 600/- for battery. I refuse to pay and informed them about situation. I also informed them about call received from micromax informatics.

                                But they won't listen to me.

                                I re-collect my job sheet and handover my mobile to them. Also spoke with manager but no response.

                                Today i visited m/s. V care telecom services and again very disappointed by his response. He told me that it will get after two days but that it also not confirmed.

                                Also i raised the battery issued and the mr. Sandeep, the desk operator told me that it will take again more 10 days(+ followup 10 days) . Means again one more month i want to wait for it.

                                I also asked for company's policy regarding for defect piece in regards for hardware and software but he unable to spoke it out.

                                I send my mobile three times for same problem but company given evasive answer since last 6 weeks.

                                Very disgusting and worst service provided by your service center.

                                I won't "request" you 😒, treat this email as a new job sheet and provide my mobile with new battery.

                                I had purchased mobile from top-10 from m/s. Vishal telecom, charni road, mumbai. Bill no. 964 dated 10/09/2015.

                                But new problem was arise after repairing, the battery of mobile getted fatter. Now it’s almost more than 21 days and it outside from mobile.

                                Can you suggests me what to do with that battery. Till time mobile was get repaired and there was no use of mobile due to such battery.
                                Hope you understand the problem and resolve the problem. The support person said that i will get new battery with no cost if they have the same. But can you arrange the phone with battery. I will submitted my old battery after receive the my mobile.

                                  I have just purchased this micromax canvas duet II, eg 111 on 11-3-16 and ater 4-5 days it start to trable me then i have to search their service centre which i found very hardly and submitte my set on 23-3-16 vide their jobsheet no n[protected] for replacement of the set, i was assured to replace this within 7-10 days. but till date my set not replaced and i am suffering a lot

                                    I have micromax canvas spark q 380
                                    It is in the warranty period
                                    It automatically switch off at any time either when I m nt using this phone
                                    I go to the service centre 2 times but I m not satisfied because this problem hasn't solved
                                    I hate this phone
                                    At emergency this phone put me in trouble
                                    I got irritated by this phone
                                    Micromax is worst company

                                      I had submitted my handset Yuphoria with job sheet number is w0.[protected] for speaker issue at Micromax service center aundh pune on[protected] and I was told that I will receive it within 40 days.Now its[protected] today(more then 65 days) and still I have not received my phone.I am wondering that I bought a phone to use and not to keep at service center.
                                      Please someone who is liable to take action do act on my complaint against such fraud companies.The word I am using fraud because this company is testing their devices at customers cost as we all face tons of issues with such lo quality phone.Please do something who can...

                                        As per conversation with executive mr. Ankit i have submitted my mobile to micromax service centre on[protected]. Job sheet no. Is e[protected]. I want my problem resolved as soon as possible. And try to exchange my mobile with another mobile of same price. If it could not happen i am very sure to disclose all these matter with social media. And one more thing this particular set has more problem(Aq5001). If it is not working in warranty period then after warranty period what will happen. If it is not resolved then i will contact to the higher authority atleast they should know what type of mobile set they are manufacturing. My complaint serial no. Is ser[protected].
