This is to inform you that i had submitted my handset on 4th march 2017 which is in the warranty at micromax service center m/s the mobile care (Delhi)
B-36, guru nanak pura, opposite v3s mall, near maharaja banquet hall, laxmi nagar, tin-[protected] pin 110092. But the defect wasn't detected by the service center. On several visits in micromax center, my problem was not detected. On 17th april 2017, i again visited the micromax service center, they handed me an old mobile handset which is not my handset and i refused to take the handset and they again make a new job sheet and mentioned the wrong problem, wrong warranty conflict, along with this they mentioned that there is cosmetic broken in my handset which is wrong. After several request of mine to change the handset or replace the handset. No action taken by the service center. But they try to cheat me and try to hand over me a old handset.
Kindly pleasehelp me out with this issue and last thing i wanted to mention that the service centerof micromax mentally harras me for so long time period and because of the micromax, my work is suffering. I'm unable to attached the job sheets which was handed over me by the servicer center.
