This is to inform you that i had submitted my handset on 4th march 2017 which is in the warranty at micromax service center m/s the mobile care (Delhi)
B-36, guru nanak pura, opposite v3s mall, near maharaja banquet hall, laxmi nagar, tin-[protected] pin 110092. But the defect wasn't detected by the service center. On several visits in micromax center, my problem was not detected. On 17th april 2017, i again visited the micromax service center, they handed me an old mobile handset which is not my handset and i refused to take the handset and they again make a new job sheet and mentioned the wrong problem, wrong warranty conflict, along with this they mentioned that there is cosmetic broken in my handset which is wrong. After several request of mine to change the handset or replace the handset. No action taken by the service center. But they try to cheat me and try to hand over me a old handset.
Kindly pleasehelp me out with this issue and last thing i wanted to mention that the service centerof micromax mentally harras me for so long time period and because of the micromax, my work is suffering. I'm unable to attached the job sheets which was handed over me by the servicer center.

Maine 12 april 2016 ko q394 mobile liya jisme network drop ho jata tha. iska network bahut ghatiya hai. iska netwark bahut jayada week hai. 3g network bhi nhi mil rha hai. 2 baar service center par dene par bhi teek nhi hua. is mobile se mai bahut pareshan ho gya ho. aapki service bahut bekar hai.

It was purchased in november 2016 and in warranty period and full replacement is there but as i am at visakhapatnam and in andhrapradesh state no service centre is rleplacing either camera or the mobile now what i have to do my warranty period is going to be over... And when i asked for the visit information in writing about the fault the service centres are not providing me
    Now they are insisting for invoice also please help me in this i am the person who is using microma for the last ten years or so.

    I give my phone 30 March to repair. Then call them to repair as per required. But they not touch my phone. Today I received my phone with same problem
    I was purchased Micromax Nitro 2 E311 on May, 2015 and Android version Kitkat 4.4.2 than micromax not release any update past 2 year... i was more time call to micromax but always give to me only one answer... currently we are working...now when i should do????????

      Hi sir/madam,
      I have purchased micromax canvas doodle2 a240 on last may 7th 2016 i have one year warranty i. E is up to may 7th 2017. I have problem with my power button and storage space so i went to micro max care to raise this problem but they are saying that i don't have warranty and we have stopped manufacturing they how could i get justice for my problem. Please help me on this asap.

      But nobody comes till 11.00am...
      For me time is more important than money...
      Will you take any action against them.

      My mob. Q417 was serviced two days back for display complaints. But now there is no sounds, vibrations etc. Is there any online software update for correcting the issue. Pls look urgently.

        Sir,

        The said mobile supports OTG. But when I connect a USB to it it shows the USB in setting panel, but not in the file manager. Is this a error in my OS & I need to update my OS or USB will not show in file manager. I have enquired in customer care centers, but they could not resolve the issues as of now. USB contents are seen in the setting panel inside the storage & USB tab, butsame is not seen in Gallery or file manager. For this reason I am unable to load any application present in my USB drive onto the Tab. Only option is I have to coy the file to the internal storage & then install the application

            I bought micromax canvas mega 4g on February 15th 2017. It's been 2 months I'm using it and the canvas mega 4g was launched on December 2015 and till now I didn't got any updates. I thought it would be great if I could buy an Indian product and I choose micromax canvas mega 4g hoping that the manufacturer will provide the VOLTE support through software update. Hugh Jackman is the brand ambassador of micromax and I wonder how you peoples afford a world renowned actor as their brand ambassador and can't afford after sales support to their customers. My father is using xiaomi redmi 2 prime which was launched long before micromax canvas mega 4g and say what he is getting a lot of software updates and got VOLTE support through software update. I heard asus and lenovo are giving their customers VOLTE support. I am very disappointed by choosing micromax and I'll never recommend Micromax to anyone 'cause you guys suck!!

I have reset my factory settings after that "Congratulations on purchasing micromax handset press continue to register with us for warranty services and updates and more standard sms charges apply" like that its showing. Every time 1.5 rupees deducting from my balance .and also some line writen sms in down when i am using net "sending sms massages" 2 time and aftet my network is go down.                   Hi...I m Nikhil Patel. I have purched Micromax Q469 before 10 months back. I have problem in my mobile in calling to any one. I had visited 4-5 times Ashram Road Service Center ( Azzure Enterprise) Ahmedabad. And they are updating software and giving back to me. And after 1-2 days I m facing same problem everytime. I m very fustred and I m visiting everytime service centre from my very busy schedule. And till date I have not given proper solution for my phone. I have visited today at Naranpura Service Centre and requested for Replacing my mobile. I hope for your favourable reply. So I can suggest all my friends and relatives to go with Micromax mobile. I have attached video for your referance so you have idea for my problem in my mobile . Requesting you to replace my mobile as soon as possible.

                        I had purchased a micromax q426 handset on[protected]. however i have been using it only since march 2017, Since the first day i started using it it gave app related and battery issues. the app centre would stop working and the phone would hang making it difficult to switch it off. the battery is getting heated. on visiting the service centre at vasai west they only did a software update and told me to submit the phone for a battery change. the time limit given by them for the same is anywhere between 1-6 months as the battery is not available. as the phone is still under warranty period, i request you to urge for a replacement citing the fact that the phone is hardly been used for even 15 days. On contacting the company by email i am still to get a revert back. on customer service centre, i was told that i would get a call back on saturday itself and every consecutive day after that, the call back by them is still happening. This is purely unethical on their part to expect a consumer to purchase a new phone till their product which is still under warranty is being serviced.
                        i have stopped trusting the company's false promises and urge you to intervene and get my handset either replaced or monetary compensation worth the amount I paid plus communication and travel expenses to and from the service centre in vasai (w) to be given to me.

                        In further addition to my complaint i got a call on saturday from the company again asking me to deposit my phone for battery change again not mentioning the stipulated time but stating that it may take longer than 1 month for the same. either the company expects the consumer to buy another phone of theirs or be without one for the stipulated time or longer. A MESSAGE TO MICROMAX THROUGH THIS FORUM I HAVE GOT ALL DOCUMENTED PROOF FROM THE BILL TO UNANSWERED E MAILS AS WELL AS RECORDED CALLS MADE BY ME AND FROM THEM TO PROVE MY CASE IN THE EVENT OF MY HAVING TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE CONSUMER COURT. HENCE PLEASE ISSUE A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE PHONE IN ADDITION TO MY TRAVELLING CHARGES. I WILL BE ABLE TO PROVE THE HARASSMENT CAUSED BY MICROMAX AND ON PROVING THE SAME THE COMPANY WILL ALSO BE LIABLE TO PAY ME THE AMOUNT I SPEND IN COURT IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE.

                          Micromax service center is a bunch of crooks of a petty nature. I bought a new micro max phone from sector 7 shop. After one month and within warranty period of one year the handset was submitted to service centre in sector 30 for correcting two faults:-
                          1. Incoming sound very faint and inaudible,
                          2, battery discharges within 12 hours irrespective wether phone used or not.
                          I left the phone with the center and was told to come after 10 days. When i went i was told that battery was returned to โ€” but i asked how they were going to check the battery without keeping it. I suspect they sold the phone with a fake battery, and then to cover up pretended that they had given the battery back to me. I refused to collect phone and am suing them in court soon. Will explore wether criminal complaint can be filed for stealing battery. Any one suffering similar complaint can connect with me at [protected] for joint legal action

                              I am struggling to get my tab from the service centre for the past 5 months, they informed i will get the tab replaced but till now i havenโ€™t got it.
                              Every time i call them they inform me to call them to their manager and manager doesnโ€™t respond me.
                              Even i called micromax customer care but they said they canโ€™t help me on this regards. Really regret of buying your product. I want your help here to get it fixed else i will surely escalate to the core.

                                I bought a micromax A120 Canvas colors 2 mobile..then within 3 months it's headphone become damaged..i went to service centre I took it with an order After waiting For few days. . then after few months the battery become Swelled and non functioning then I changed it from service centre after waiting again..then after 6 months it's touchpad become damaged and it was needed to change it..the service centre did it.. Then after few days again the touch pad become damaged again I changed it.. Then it was again damaged And when I changed it they did it very wrongly because The words are not able for typing properly.. I touched on one word and another word was written.. Then a heavy torch light fall on It.. It was my fault..then I again change the touchpad 2-3 months before. .but now it again unable to use..again touch problem appear.. It is very new touchpad.. So why happen that kind of faults again and again..i become frustrated..pls stop that kind of business..i bought this mobile believing on micromax but it was my fault..in future I will never ever thought about purchasing Micromax Phone. A fraud company. Chi Chi Chi..

                                  Request refer my complain ID: 1465796 and ID: 1465789. In addition to this I had given several complaints . I would like to know is there any menaing of giving such complaints. then why this site.yr reply heading itself shows that it would take several days to reply .I would like to know several days in the sense approx how many days, months, years or decade ? Because of my complain has already elapsed one and half year . Some times you think a mere phone call from customer care is also the solution hence you take no time to greet also. Request not to give such solution.
                                  I am not giving complain details again because i have done it several times earlier .Only one thing mentioned here that my set is deposited with micromax customer care on 30 Nov 2015 and the cost of set is Rs.27999/-. Now case is also under process of west bengal state consumer court . Hence request cost effective correspondences only .

                                  Everything is OK in this phone...but there is no MAGNETOMETER sensor. As it is a 25k range phone it should have that in it. whereas other companies gives this facility with 8k range phones. its a most needed feature. Micromax have to notice it for further...

                                      This email is in reference to the complaint number SER[protected] dated 3/11/16. I had purchased this TV brand Micromax 43 inch HD LED model number 43T8100MHD on 28/5/16. After 4 months I spotted a horizontal line running down on the right hand side of the TV screen and also the speaker output was not working properly when connected to external speakers. So I registered a complaint with Micromax and then they arranged for a technician visit. After examining the TV the technician concluded that the TV panel was a problem and suggested that it should be replaced. So he took photographs of the TV set and sent to the head office for approval. Then after a monthโ€™s time the service centre got back to me stating that the company had rejected the replacement stating the pictures (TV Screen Photos which showed the line) sent were not clear. So the technician visited again and took photographs and sent it again for approval. After much awaited delay and several phone calls to the service centre I was told that the new set has arrived and that I needed to come and take the delivery and pay for the TV to be delivered to my residence. So when I went to check the new TV I was surprised that the company had sent a downgraded model no โ€“ which did not have the features of my existing TV set. On questioning the Service Centre Manager he told me that the company had told him that there was no stock of the TV model which I have and that is the reason they had sent this model. I refused to accept the TV and demanded for the same model or my money back. Since then it has been 3 months and till now I am running behind the service centre and the company to get the replacement. The TV warranty expires in the Month of May 2017. So I am not sure whether the company is trying to pull this till then and then tell me that I canโ€™t get the replacement and wash of their hands? I request you to replace the TV set with the same model number or return my money back or give me an upgraded model if you do not have the same model. I am sending this complaint to the Consumer complaints department and seek there intervention in this matter.

                                      On 19th April i got a call from the service center stating my new set has arrived. Late in the evening the techinician came with a box which was almost torn. When the set was taken out it was dusty and the pannel had no plastic covering. When confronted the tech told me to speak to the manager. The msnager said when did I tell you that we will replace with a new tv, This is what we can give you. I demanded that he returns my money back or gives me brand new peace or if the company does not have the same model then give me an upgrade. To my surprise he said that i have to pay the diffrence and he will give the new tv. I am not paying one single rupee to the company.

                                        As I have already registered for the extended warranty. This is third time in less than two year that Micromax LED TV stopped working. Now the service center says that I haven't registered for the extended warranty. This is really an unprofessional way of dealing with a customer as I made 4-5 calls to register for extended warranty. I purchased this product because of extended warranty as extended warranty was available for all customers buying this product from Amazon.in
                                        Please get repaired this product as soon as possible.
