My Receipt no - W[protected] micromax mt500 given to micromax care on 03 feb, now your micormax service centre team told that they dont know how much time it will take to repair. Already talked to customer care team [protected] they are saying the same . Again complain in [protected]@micromaxinfo.com Reference to your ticket id- 258033, they email that they will respond back within 24 hours, still its 4 days gone still no revert from there site. now i am hope less, please suggest what to do.
