Micromax Informatics — Newly purchased product issue

Hi, I purchased canvas 6pro 3days back. Within the 2nd day it started giving me heating issue while keeping under charging and also if I use it till 15-20 min it starts heating. Also I have issue regarding battery. Battery is not performing well dose not give enough back up while using internet and without internet. It takes 6-7 hrs for charging for a 3000 amh battery. I caled customer service today and spoke to agent name vikas chancel. I don't know who is the dump recruiter who hire him because he was not helping me at all and not provindimg any information. When I asks for the supervisor he denied and asked me for the reason to speak him. I think there is no value of customer and your supervisor do work or not even that's surprising. I think they are paid for their free work and the agent to whom I speak they are the one who run Micromax support as he has the highest authority as he didn't help me and denied for supervisor. As I don't know I will be getting help by submitting this complaint or not, I will wait for 24 hrs if I don't get any revert I will be going one and final step ahead which will cost micromax, the agent to whom I speak and his supervisor a very surprising and painful result.
