I have purchased a micro max a114 (Emie/esn no.-[protected]/[protected]) on 10-01-15, but unfortunately it stopped working and i submitted it to micro max authorized service centre, m/s. Ocean mobile care, 78/99, annai indira nagar main road, railway station service road,, velachery, chennai-600042/ mob-[protected] / [protected] on[protected], but till date my mobile has not been repaired.
Whenever i approach the service centre, the concern person is not giving proper response because of this personally and mentally affected, i got fed up with these excuses again and again. I didnt expect this type of response from micromax. So i request you to give my phone or new mobile of same version immediately. And for ur information my mobile is satisfying the warranty period and hereby attaching the copy of job sheet provided by service centre. Kindly provide me a solution as soon as possible and do the needful.
