    Dear sir,
    I want to inform you that i am a user of micromax smartphone & i am getting problem in my handset so i visit in your service center at ( bhart electronics and communication kamal deep ahuja 490, old char chaman, link road karnal, haryana ) they misbehave with me & misguide they dont solve the problem. When i visit 2nd time kamal deep ahuja talk in abusive language so plz take serious action on the owner (Kamal deep ahuja) or in other condition i have to take strict action according to law.

      My complain no is MMX[protected].


      I am writing this to share with you about my experience with Micromax - service center (Durga communication, Paschim Vihar, Delhi Contact no:- [protected], [protected]) & Divakar Garg ( Area Service Manager- Delhi) divakar.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com.

      I have bought Micromax X2825 few months back thinking that the brand is putting efforts in building their reputation in the market and their product and service must be good, but unfortunately they are also like china made stuff.
      After, 1-2 months of purchase I have been witnessing the problems and started visiting their service stations. From past one months, my phone is with the service station with no assurance that they can fix the issue and by when.
      They try to fool people by advertising and making fake commitments.
      I strongly recommend that it’s worth buying Samsung/htc or Sony instead of such newer brands i.g Micromax.
      Their customer care center also just doesn’t work and never able to provide support .seems like their support center is support less.
      I have lost and wasted my money buying Micromax and ending up buying Samsung again.
      My Strong advice is not to buy any Phone of Micromax company to safeguard your hard earned money.

      I have some query regarding support &service

      1. When I Submit my phone at Durga communication center. Please tell me the date and why they didn't provide me call sheet.

      2. After one month’s still, I am not getting any updates from the service center.

      3. Now they are saying the mobile phone is not in repairable condition, and we ordered the new one set. but I will not believe on the word. please send me a scanned copy of processing my complaint regarding mobile.

      4. Why Durga communication service center accepted my phone on visiting card. Why they don't provide me call sheet. I request many times to him kindly provide me call sheet but still not I received any call sheet.

      5. I tried 100 times call to Durga Micromax service center regarding my phone status & job sheet, but they do not pick my phone.

      6. I visited Durga Communication service centre more than ten times regarding my phone. Every time I seen they are taking mobile phone of every user on the visiting card. Why they don't provide Job sheet to anyone. Are they replace the original mobile part from the duplicate part?

      7.. One month already passed away, but yet they don't provide me any call sheet. They are using my cell phone personally and doing any criminal activity.

      8.. Within two days if they don't provide me call sheet and status of my complain. I will file an FIR to nearby police station against the service center that they are using my cell phone in any criminal activity.


      Please find the attached scan copy of phone submit receipt.


      Please take it seriously and do necessary action as soon as possible.

        This is to inform you that, my mobile micromax a350 got switch on button problem(not work)happened on 07/11/2015.Then i give to service center for service-service no-s[protected].After service, i get the mobile from service center.On that time my mobile network(signal) not working.Again i give the mobile to service center for the problem of network signal issue on 16/11/2015 service no-s[protected].Without sort out the signal problem service center handover my mobile to me with acknowledgement of mobile condition ok.But still the problem not solved from service center.Again i handover the mobile to service center.No proper response received form service center regarding of my mobile repair status.Finally they concluded problematic mobile send to l3 service center.But still now mobile not received & service center team said, mail reply not received from l3 service center.
        Note-the period of my mobile service time up to 3 months above & still not received.
        Please kindly look into this issue & handover my mobile as soon as possible

          I have been facing this issue since 3rd January. I reported my problem on 7th Jan, 2016 to Yureka customer care and have been asked to reset my phone with official update. As my phone was getting switched on, I clearly stated that on call. so they put my request for phone replacement in exchange of my old set. Reference number provided to me from yureka is - 1934596 and Waybill No. of your Yureka transreceiver is given below : ORDER#:DL[protected]
          WAYBILL#:[protected] of company "Delhivery" was generated on 11 January and last status changed date on delhivery was on 14 Jan which can be seen in attachment also. I have talked several times to yureka customer care. They told me it takes 15 days for phone to get dispatched. I waited till 26 january and contacted them after that. They said its some technical problem in our company. It will be dispatched within 5 days. I talked to them today now i.e 9th feb., now the executive is saying you will have to wait for 10 more days. My warranty period will be expired on 23 feb.
          I want permanent replacement within this week as company is delivering poor services. I am not at all satisfied with their services.

            When the brightness is low and screen is locked by pressing power button, I cannot unlock by pressing the power button/Volume key. The screen goes completely blank. I have raised a complaint in micare.micromax.com. The complaint number is SER[protected]. I got it from paytm. If Micromax does not promise me of resolving this issue, I will return it within 2 days.
            Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I had got a call from customer care. But he did not listen completely and the call was cut. Please let me know in case you are taking any action at all.

              i have the honor to state that i purchased the mobile device micromax E455 online on 26Oct15.i started using the phone with minimal function like camera, music etc.for one month.when i inserted sim card in the device there started intermittent software probleb finally leading to malfunctioning of device.sir furter i state following points which caused to harass me physically and mentallly as well.
              1)when i visited company's nashik based service center they refused to give me service and told me that i will get home service
              2)with this referal i contacted at their customer care center at[protected].but problem could not be resolved and finally thy told me to visit again service center to deposit the device and assured me of dispatching new device.i deposited the device on 26Dec15.but after many calls, service requests and mails there is no result and more than two month has passed since the process started.Every time their care executive assured of delivery in two days but no result even i call after 5 days of their assurance.sir please look into the matter so that i can get refund to purchase another device or new device to fullfil my requirements timely.

                  Fir mere mobile -[protected] me SMS aaya ki apka mobile repaire ho gya hai aap service centre se collect kar sakte hai.
                  jab mai waha gya to Service Centre Magaer- Mr. Ashish Ji ke dwara kaha gya ki wo abhi head office se dispatch nhi hua hai jaise hi aayega mai aapko mobile se contact kar dunga. aur ek hafte ka time diya gya.
                  fir jab mai unke dwara diye gaye mobile number-[protected] me call kiya to kaha gya ki abhi bhi wo head office se dispatch nhi hua hai. fir customer care number[protected] me call kiya to executive ne kaya nahi sir aapka mobile repair ho gya hai aap jake centre se collect kar sakte hain.fir jab maine usi din mobile se contact kiya to kaha gya ki wo aa gya but wo "on" nhi pa rha hai hum ise fir head office bhej rahe hai. aur aane me ise 5-6 din aur lagega.maine kaha mai dekhna chahta hu ki wo sahi me ho rha hai ya nhi tab tak aap mat bhejiye aur mere aane tak rukiye tab kaha gya thik hai mai gya tab unhone reply diya ki wo packing ho gya jab maine wo pack dikhane kaha to bole wo yahan se chalaa gya hai. aap 1p days baad aake new replaced mobile set le lijiyega.
                  fir 10days baad call kiya to "number out of coverage" bataya agle din call kiya again "number out of coverage" bataya.mai customer care number me fir call kiya kaha gya ki aapka mobile repaired aap jake service centre se le lijiye aur nhi to hame unse baat karaiye.
                  fir mai service centre aaya to kaha gya ki "server down" hai aapke mobile repaire ka status ckeck nhi ho payega maine customer care executive se baat karane ki kosis ki unhone nhi kiya. bole 5-6 din baad aaiye aapk new replaced mobile mil jaega.
                  mai thak haarkar chala aaya.fir jab gya to unhone kaha abhi nahi aa paya hai aap chahe to customer care se baat kar sakte hai. aur again 15-20 din ka time diya.
                  jab mai fir gaya to kaha gya server down hai.
                  maine dusre customers kao pucha to sabka wahi haal tha jo mera tha kisi ko 1 saal baad tuta hua mobile de rahe kisi ko 6 mahine se ghuma rahe hain. aaj mere mobile ko 3 mahina ho gya.

                    sub- my above mobile phone was troubling me from the begining of purchase. I handed over to your authorised service centre m/s hripag technology, sevok road, siliguri, pin-734001, contact[protected]wb) on 16/12/2015 but i have not got it till now after getting it repaired. All the time they are making plea that your mobile phone has been sent to delhi (micromax com) for repair which has not been received by them till now. Pl do the needful immediately otherwise there is no other option to go for legal action by me.
                    Due to bad performance in service, day to day, micromax is loosing goodwill and reputation and at last yr company will go in hell. Thanks, n.K.Sinha, siliguri.

                      I bought Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 Laptop for my family in December, 2015. Owing to some technical errors the lapbook got locked. Since 1st of February, 2016, I have been calling Micromax customer care ever yday. They assure me everyday that I will receive a call back, but I am yet to receive a call back. On two occasion they assured me that, your case will be taken on priority basis, but of no use. A fact hidden by Micromax is that the lapbook is not repairable, and I have to pay money for replacement. I do not understand, what does 1 year warranty stand for. It has been a week, I am yet to receive their call back. Snapdeal is also responsible is this case, as it is the one that had the tie up and exclusively authorized at that time to sell the laptop.

                      I REQUEST ALL THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS. THEY WOULD NEVER RECEIVE YOUR COMPLAINT.

                        I have purchased a micro max a114 (Emie/esn no.-[protected]/[protected]) on 10-01-15, but unfortunately it stopped working and i submitted it to micro max authorized service centre, m/s. Ocean mobile care, 78/99, annai indira nagar main road, railway station service road,, velachery, chennai-600042/ mob-[protected] / [protected] on[protected], but till date my mobile has not been repaired.
                        Whenever i approach the service centre, the concern person is not giving proper response because of this personally and mentally affected, i got fed up with these excuses again and again. I didnt expect this type of response from micromax. So i request you to give my phone or new mobile of same version immediately. And for ur information my mobile is satisfying the warranty period and hereby attaching the copy of job sheet provided by service centre. Kindly provide me a solution as soon as possible and do the needful.

                          This mobile was brought from india in august 2013. Model is Micromax A111 CANVAS doodle.
                          it was blasted yesterday 7th of February 2016 while it was not in charging mode or not in use.
                          Thank god I did not use or did not have it in my pocket.
                          It blasted with fire...
                          if anything would have happened then will Micromax take responsibility to this?
                          I have heard lot of stories of mobile phone blast while in charge but this is something very wired.

                              I am writing this to share with you about my experience with Micromax - service center (Durga communication, Paschim Vihar, Delhi Contact no :- [protected], [protected]) & Divakar Garg ( Area Service Manager- Delhi ) divakar.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com.

                              I have bought Micromax X2825 few months back thinking that the brand is putting efforts in building their reputation in the market and their product and service must be good, but unfortunately they are also like china made stuff.
                              After, 1-2 months of purchase I have been witnessing the problems and started visiting their service stations. From past 1 months my phone is with the service station with no assurance that they can fix the issue and by when.
                              They try to fool people by advertising and making fake commitments.
                              I strongly recommend that it’s worth buying Samsung/htc or sony instead of such newer brands i.g Micromax.
                              Their customer care center also just doesn’t work and never able to provide support .seems like their support center is support less.
                              I have losted and wasted my money buying Micromax and ending up buying Samsung again.
                              My Strong advice is not to buy any Phone of Micromax company to safeguard your hard earned money.

                              I have some query regarding support &service

                              1. When I Submit my phone at Durga communication center. Please tell me the date and why they didn't provide me call sheet.

                              2. After one month’s still, I am not getting any updates from the service center.

                              3. Now they are saying the mobile phone is not in repairable condition, and we ordered the new one set. but I will not believe on the word. please send me a scanned copy of processing my complaint regarding mobile.

                              4. Why Durga communication service center accepted my phone on visiting card. Why they don't provide me call sheet. I request many times to him kindly provide me call sheet but still not I received any call sheet.

                              5. I tried 100 times call to Durga Micromax service center regarding my phone status & job sheet, but they do not pick my phone.

                              6. I visited Durga Communication service centre more than ten times regarding my phone. Every time I seen they are taking mobile phone of every user on the visiting card. Why they don't provide Job sheet to anyone. Are they replace the original mobile part from the duplicate part?

                              7.. One month already passed away, but yet they don't provide me any call sheet. They are using my cell phone personally and doing any criminal activity.

                              8.. Within two days if they don't provide me call sheet and status of my complain. I will file an FIR to nearby police station against the service center that they are using my cell phone in any criminal activity.

                              Please find the attached scan copy of phone submit receipt.

                              Please take it seriously and do necessary action as soon as possible.

                                I have submitted my mobile on 13/12/2015 and get a promise to receive it within one month and now its almost 2 months and didn't get the set.
                                When i call them they say me that they will arrange a call back from the there seniors which i never received a single call from them.
                                now i am going in consumer court and will take a strict action against your company.
                                They always tell me that you will recieve the mobile within next 7 days and now its almost 21 days.

                                  I purchased micromax canvas spark Q380 on[protected], it stopped on 5th of December. i went to service center on 8th of December and submitted my mobile. since then it is not returned to me, whenever I contacted on phone they say that the server is slow and unable to fetch the information and will give a return call. till now not even once they have replied.

                                  i am fed up with the service of the company, please refund the amount of the product immideately.

The stated product falls into so called "premium" services where micromax comes to you for product replacement.                                     Even after being contacted with the micromax team, no replacement or refund has been done as of 24th feb'16. This is just pathetic support from micromax. I'am unable to use my product for the past 6-7 months and yet they have no customer value.
