Before 4-5 month i bought micromax A290 smart phone, at first time it was continuously switching off, i put my smart phone in micromax care for more than one one month, but the problem doesn't get resolved but additionally it was unable to search network at every place even in micromax care but they told me that when u'll be outside the care there will be network on your device. i put the device again in micromax care after some days but the problem remains same. I received my smart phone before 2 days now the problem of continuous switch off is resolved but it is unable to search network in most of the places, this problem is not with specific SIM card. first time called micromax online help but care person replied me, that "how would you know that there is problem with network ic?" they suggest me to put phone in care, i did the same in second time, but still problem is unsolved. i told them about consumer forum but they replied you can.     I bought a canvas a74 on 25/1/14 which got dead on 28/10/14 i went to the service center and tried to repair it, when i went there on 19/11/14 they said its dead, u have to leave it for 3 month then i again resumited it on 21/11/14 after 4 month they are giving me Mmx bling a84 model without battery. And asking me to order the battery seprate, bling is a outdated model and even dont comes with same spex, tell me what to do or to go ahed.

      I have ordered micromax canvas android one, model no AQ4501on 15 Oct 14. Now my headset is nnot working. As I have warranty on my accessories I went to micromax service center for replacement. They asked me to come after 7 days. When I went they gave me earphone which was folded and tied with a rubber band. Also the tag was not there as if it is an old earphone. As per my knowledge each and every handset will have its own earphone bearing a model no on it. But I didn't find any model no written on that earphone. Also the condition was worst. When I asked them this they started shouting oon me and told me this they received from Delhi. If you want take this or else go. And there is no question of compatibility of a earphone and a handset. We can use any earphone with any handset . I want my earphone to be replaced with a new one but not with old one.

        I purchased a micromax A106 android mobile bill no.[protected] on 3.3.15 in Suxus mobile, tirunelveli.I had a problem in the display, micromax service center reported that it had 4908 display pixel problem.Initially I thought it's just in the wallpaper then I identified the mistake and reported to the service center dated 14.3.15.So please replace with a new mobile phone with the same type..

          I bought a micromax canvas juice, and from the other day its display started flickering, and touch pad not working properly.i gave to service centre at rospa tower ranchi on 4th of feb 2015, they told me that we will repair, after two days they told me it will take two days we will replace it, but till now they have not given me the mobile only saying tomorrow-tomorrow.why and how will i trust them what they have done with my mobile, so please change my set.

            It's been 3-4 times, I have submitted my micromax X282 in micromax service center in pune(kavya Enterprises, Swargate-Pune) for time setting and voice breaking issue but till the time issue did not get resolve. It has been also sent to micromax Delhi office for resolving the issue in the month of August'14 by kavya Enterprises and returned it back to me after 3 months i.e. in the month of December'14 but still issue did not resolve. I have purchased it around 1 yrs ago(24 march 2014) but till the time I can not use it properly. This is very unfortunate. So I am again raising the complaint here and hopefully I would get reply soon and problem resolution as well.

              I submitted my mobile on 19/1/2015 for software update, then there came a new issue that my motherboard gone dead. after waiting for 2 months i still don't have my phone.My job sheet no. is W[protected] Service center are not receiving any call. HO says that the phone is repaired and service. After visiting service center they say that it will take time and they have no idea about my phone. My complaint no. is [protected]. I kindly request you to please give my cell as fast as possible.

                I purchased one Microma mobile Model NoA300 IMEI No.[protected] from M/s. Ruby Watch Co., Hall Bazar, Amritsar (Punjab) vide their Bill No.23497 dated 25.07.2014 for Rs.20200/-. Since the date of purchase, I have been approaching the above dealer as well as Service Centre of the Company situated at Rani ka Bagh, Amritsar and all the time the Service Station people are not attending to my complaint properly. Inspite of my repeated complaints to get the faulty set replaced, they are not paying any heed and relieve me by giving first aid to my above mobile. I am very much upset with the functioning of the above mobile which requires replacement. Kindly look into my complaint and arrange for replacement with a new one.                   I have purchase a Micromax Mobile phone model no.GC-410 on 07/09/2014..but only after 3 months the screen has started becoming white and right now it happens frequently even at every seconds which is very much bothering and frustrating me. As it is not expected from a company like Micromax. Please do not advice for service centre as it is very painful experience..

                    respected sir, Iam writing to inform you my dissatisfaction with your late services i have purchase micromax A-310 handset in november, now iam facing a problem with my charger (data cable) so i visit my nearest micromax service centre V3S mall laxminagar, they give me a time of 10 days for only changing the data cable, reason behind this is accessories are out of stock.this is not a reasonable reason . you should ensure the punctuality from your side so that customer have not face inconvenience and delay while replacing these small accessories.at this time you are leading in 2nd position in market at mobile competition but this dissatisfaction in services will fall you down. could i please ask you to look into these matters not only on my behalf but also on behalf of other attendees and in fact on behalf of your company too.

                        i had purchased "micromax colours 2" handset LAST 9-10 MONTHS BEFORE .I GOT PROBLEM IN THE DISPLAY AND TOUCHPAD AND FOR THAT I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY ALMOST TOOK 15-20 DAYS FOR REPAIRING OF THAT.AGAIN AFTER 15-20 DAYS I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM AND AGAIN I SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER. ONCE AGAIN AFTER 15-20 DAYS I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM AND AGAIN I SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN THE MONTH OF FEB.THEN AFTER 2 DAYS AGAIN I GOT THE PROBLEM.NOW TELL ME FOR HOW MANY DAYS I WILL BE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.2 DAYS BEFORE AGAIN I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM AND I SUBMITTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER. NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS AND I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION OTHERWISE CHANGE MY HANDSET WITH THE NEW ONE.MY MOBILE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY CONDITION.HOPING FOR THE POSITIVE REPLY FROM YOU.

                                How can a company like Micromax rolling out faulty phone in market?? I had a very bad experience with Micromax A96 model from the day I purchased it. The phone is having a big hang issue, call drops frequently, Packet Data connection drops frequently, touch is also not working smooth. I feel as if I have been cheated by the Micromax. Imagine how bad would you feel if your brand new phone is performing like a old phone? Unfortunately, I had to visit customer support center at Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. They checked my phone and updated some software, but after a day I realized the problem is still not fixed, then I again had to visit customer support center & they again updated software, but after a week of phone usage I got furious and submitted my phone to service center. These guys are not sure how to fix the problem and told me submit the phone & the irony is they told me wait for 20-25 days which too bad. I am a smartphone user and do lot of work using my smart phone and this mess has not only taken my money, but also wasted my precious time. This kind of experience with micromax will not push me to suggest their phones to any of my relative or friend. If anyone from micromax is reading my complaint, then get resolution to my problem.                                         i have purchased a micromax knight 5 months back, i also insured it with appsdailyclaims it was a total insurance in case of damage/theft, my phone got damaged in an accident, so to take the insurance i went to the store anmol dealers sector 22, chandigarh, they asked me for the bill, but i have lost the bill for the phone, so i asked them to give a duplicate bill for that, they dont have any data for the sale they said, but they gave a duplicate bill with different bill number which is not acceptable with the insurance company so what should i do now ?
                                        Last September I got my Micromax canvas2 colors A120 mobile phone and now it is not working and even the guarantee card time is not completed.so I thought of going for the replacement but I lost my bill and I also have paid insurance amount for that.what should I do now?Where can I get the duplicate copy of my bill?plz reply...
