I have purchased Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 from Flipkart on 26 July, 2014. Within one month, its started giving problem (phone hung). I have submitted my phone to Hisar, Haryana Micromax Service Center for software upgrade as suggested by your executive for resolution. But still problem was there even after software upgrade. Again I submitted my phone to your Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Micromax Service Center in Oct, 2014 (Job Sheet No: N[protected] ) I got my number after waiting of 3 hours and after that your executive replied they are not responsible for solution provide by Hisar Micromax service center. I am not getting your service centers represents states (Haryana or Delhi) or Micromax brand. At first point they also suggested the same resolution that is software upgrade but when I informed that its already done then they asked for mother board replacement. Later on when I checked on job sheet, they mentioned as problem "Phone is not getting power on" and when I asked your executive about that, he replied if I will mention phone hung problem then always I will get software upgrade as the resolution. Thats why they mentioned as problem "Phone is not getting power on" and I got my phone back after one month. Here, again, I am not getting if software upgrade is not the resolution, then why your executives provided that as solution and wasting our time. Now, again I am facing the problem with phone (after mother board replacement). Now phone is getting powered off by its own and phone hung problem is still there. Headphone and charger also giving problem now. Please provide me the positive solution as soon as earliest. If I will not get the permanent solution, then I have to go to consumer court.

    Respected sir, I am a user of micromax canvas nitro a310 which is a very best smartphone i had ever used. But i have a complaint that the phone is very powerful due to its 2gb ram & 1.7ghz tru octa core processor So why are u not launching the lolipop update. Please reply fast and let me know about my problem solution. Thanks, Shahid Khan

      Sir, My self Nitin Tyagi, I have purchased mobile phones on 21.10.2014 but after 2 days my phone has dead than i go to micromax service centre at Ghaziabad, old bus stand and submit my phone and he gave me DOA of phone than i changed my phone from buyers but after 2 days my mobile phone camera create probleam with not clearity of photo than i submit my mobile phone at Micromax service centre on 04.12.2014 and he says me your mobile phone camera & plate will be changed and he gave me time of one week but after one week i am going and call to service centre at recurring basis but i received positive response after 2 months and than when i go to service centre for pick the phone i watch mobile with same problame and he says me your phone lens not ok and he will be changed and he is chargeable but i say to service centre when i had submitted my phone you checked phone than lens is ok and now you say me your lens is not ok this is chargeable and i says that sir this is not my responsibility please give me my phone with repair on free of cost after my says that he dispute with me. Sir Plz solve my probleme. My Job sheet No- N[protected]. My Complaint No- [protected].

          I have complaint regarding Micromax A117, its touch pad is not working, I have registered my complaint in Micromax Service Center, Rishikesh, uttrakhand on 31 dec 2014. They said me that I have to wait till 10- 15 days for that part has to come, and my phone is under warranty till 6th Jan 2014 then after some days I approached to them so they said that they had closed my complaint without any Information. They were giving the reasons and said that they had given that part in some other complaint. My phone is still not repaired and I want you to repair my phone under warranty as I waited for that and the delay is from your side . I want you to make them learn about Customer satisfaction and How to behave well. I am very Dissatisfied from your company Micromax, and i will never ever purchase any of your products in future. But repair my phone as soon as possible, I am facing difficulty due to it. please look on to this matter.

            sir i have micromax canvas 117, and after 8-9 month mere mobile me tuch ka problem aane laga to me morena k service center pr visit kiya 20 mobile rakhne k bad v unhone koi responce nahi diya fir mene apna mobile gwalior k micromax k aahuza care pr jama kiya 45 din bad unhone ok krke diya pr problam solve nhi hui 1 din bad fir se vhi problam aane lagi me morena se 50 km. fir gwalior aahuza center pr apni problam lekr pahucha unohe software problm btakr update kiya next day fir vahi problm aa gai me 50 km.fir aahuza center pr visit kiya unhone bola apka mobile company bhejna pdega 2 month tk mobile unke pas raha after 2 month jb collect kiya to next day fir se same problam or after 3-4 mnth process mobile out of warranti ho gaya ab me mobile ko lekr kaha jau please help me, , , ,

                Dear Sir, I had bought Micromax Canvas Doodle3 A102 with 8 GB Rom (Blue) thru Snapdeal on 03 Jan, 2015 Product IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected] The following product had a problem with its camera so I went to Kanpur service center M/s Meghana Infotech, express road, the mall Kanpur on dated 23 Jan, 2015 Docket No. N[protected] was given, the service center engineer told me that the product was faulty & hardware has to be replaced therefore I need to handover the product for repairing and it would take almost 2 months, sir as this is a brand new product it should be replaced if the hardware is faulty, sir plz see the matter as I had been trying to call [protected] but couldn't report my complaint sir plz help me Thanks Radha Sharma

                  Micromax Very Very bad experience so with you, No response so far received from you but still I m sending you my complaint with some hope.

                  I got message from Micromax Service Center (attached below), then today 23rd jan I visited to micromax service center, they said to me you will get your phone via courier in 2-3 days, then i told to him, i got a message from micromax to collect mobile from service center then they said you can call customer care for more information, then i called to customer care[protected] they asked me so many details and finally said it will take another 30 days for repairing and gave me complaint no [protected].

                  I don’t understand what the hell is going on with Micromax Very Very bad experience so with you.

                    I have purchased a MICROMAX CANVAS GOLD A300 on dated.[protected] from
                    Ludhiana but same stop working after purchase, there are 2 sim slots but
                    both are not detected the network connections and 03.01.14 i submitted
                    the same for repair in service center under request
                    no.N[protected]. The service center personnel told that said
                    product has to be sent to the upper service center for repair.It
                    gave me time of repairing it within 15-20 days, but still the service
                    center did not return it to me even after a given time. When i trying to
                    contact with service center they are just ignoring me.I
                    request you to take necessary action against the service center so that
                    they will not ignore their customers in future and help to get back my
                    mobile.I have also gone through a lot of mental
                    harassment. Hence please take the action and refund my money with
                    interest and damages of my image and harassment at the earliest.

                      Dear sir, This is Arun from Bangalore ... Here is an complaint against Celluar point Micromax service center in Bhasyam circle at Rajajinagar Bangalore 560010.. Two weeks back i gave my mobile Micromax canvas 2 plus A110Q date 07.01.2015 for service but they told there is a problem in motherboard and they changed the motherboard and they charged cost price was Rs 3, 300/- for service and i have paid it. But they didnt solved the problem but they created a new problems in mobile. Mobile battery is not charging and sim 1 not detecting... Still yet i have not received my mobile from service center ... They are not responding my call and they are not giving any correct status for me... Plz do the needful

                        I am from Ludhiana and I bought the handset in the city itself. After about 2 weeks, it started showing problems in charging. Initially problem was minor but after a week my mobile stopped charging. So I gave it to a service center in Chandigarh since my college is in Chandigarh and I had been living there. They said I would get my mobile back in 10 days and asked to call them after 1 week. This went on and I got my mobile back after about 2.5 MONTHS. I kept calling them twice every week and they made excuses every time. I tried to complaint at their customer care but no action was taken against them. I even mailed my problem to their email but all they asked me was to wait patiently. Now after 1 week of getting my mobile back, it has again stopped charging. Now I am currently residing in Noida because I have my internship here. What should I do ? Where should I complain ?

                          My name is Nitin Dey from Kolkata i have purchased a handset of Micromax A091 on 17 June 2014 and after three months ever month i had to visit the service center due to some or the other issue first the Headset, then battery and now touch screen and LCD, I have hardly used my mobile mostly it was deposited in service center as they alt east 10 to 20 days, they are two reasons for my complain 1. its One year warranty and i am worried that i had to endup spending more money for this phone 2. I have deposited my mobile in service center in kolkata near dumdum service center name: Purple on 06 January and till now nothing is fixed and they are not sure when they will give the phone as per them Micromax is unable to deliver the parts Service center contact no : [protected] / [protected] My name is : Nitin Dey contact no: [protected]/10

                            I have purchased new mobile on Few Month back only . Its on warranty period now . I submit my mobile in service center . Problem was that it it was shut down . When i on my mobile it doesnot switch on . The service center Service Supervisor told me that your mobile will be repaired in 20-25 days only . But its been more then a month . I am frequently calling them again again and again but no response from there side . What i do now . Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible . I can't wait now . Even i call to Micromax customer care also they told me to that " your problem will be solved in within 10 days only " . Model No. Micromax A120 . IMEI no.                               I bought a Micromax Canwas 2 phone 5 month ago with warranty of one year. Since starting, phone had many problems as such..Hanging, Camera problem, Heating battery. I also shown my mobile to Micromax service centre, but after some days, same problem. Finally mobile got permanently switched off two months back. Again i shown to customer care, they said phone switched of due to vapor. Now they say they have to change some thing which will cost 9000. This is completely nonsense when you buy a phone with 11000, and within 6 month you again pay this amount Total Cheating.                                     I Purchased my Micromax A102 doodle 3 on a freinds recommendation and was pretty contended on its quality for some time. But I am really recconsidering my purchase as the Quality of the headsets provided is very poor and have stopped working. As well as The camerra doesnt work in low light. Its very annoying when You cant click pics even in day time and the flash isnt that strong but then its alright about flash. I have purchased my phone on 10 of october 2014 and this seems a wrong decision with no consumer grievances settlement. i Want my headsets changed as its not even 6 months yet from the day i purchasedd my phone
