On 7b of March i have purchased your china company phone ( MM Canvas Doodle 2) and i have paid 13000 Rs for this china phone, after 4 days the screen was totaly black nothing was visible on the screen i put the phone.and after 4 hrs it come back and till date i am having this problem twice in a day now u tell me, did i have done any crime to purchase your phone.     You People are fraud, Why do you even give warranty on your Products? I am Grishma Gupta, I bought a Micromax Funbook P275 on April 1st 2013, Its display became blank in just 2 months, it become useless in just two months, I had the Micromax 1 year warranty, so I went to the service center for Micromax in East Delhi (Laxmi Nagar near V3S Mall), they said 'Sir, Our server is down today, Please come tomorrow'. As the service center was far from my home, I went to the service center again after 2-3 months and it was closed. In the whole year I have visited the service center 5 times and everytime they give some excuses, But When Today (on 24th March, 2014) I went there, they told me to wait and took the funbook inside, after few minutes, the lady came and said, Sir, You have opened this funbook before and one screw is missing, Why will I open the screw of a tablet which is under warranty? The actual thing was that They went inside and removed the screw and told me that the warranty is VOID, as My funbook was intact and there was no screw missing. There is not even a single scratch on it in a whole one year, as i have not used it because it became faulty in the 2nd month of purchase. Also, You People give fake numbers for the service centers, I got 3 numbers for the service center, from micromax official website, and 2 of them were wrong and 1 was out of service, What is this? I think I should go to the consumer court. Micromax is selling such a low quality products with fake promises of warranty.

      i had purchased micromax A117 on 28/12/13. i just had put it in service centre on 21/03/2014 as i had much problems with its power on/off button, I had to press it very hard to disconnect call or displaying it on to make a call, also it goes auto off sometimes, but when i want to restart it, it does not normally starts by pressing on/off button until the battery is removed first. It irks me a lot. But the problem i faced now is that instead of receiving phone in two or three days service centre "the net surfer" located at PoloView Srinagar told me to wait for 20 or 25 days, which means until that day i had to arrange or buy some other phone. it really disappoints me a lot by the services provided by the company. I therefore request you to help me in this regard.

        Hello sir,

        I bought a micromax A110 last year.In the last december i got a little display problem and i contacted neared check point, they told me they cant repair it here and has to send to their main repair center and it will take around 1 month of time.After 1 month they told ur mobile has got some other problem and kept the mobile for another 1 month.Like this i got my mobile after 3 month from the check point but this is not the mobile i gave them, they CHANGED EACH AND EVERY PART WITH OLD PARTS(ALL INNER AND OUTER PARTS), they changed the whole mobile.when i asked about it they told me that the main repair center had sent it.This mobile is also not working properly.Plz check and tell me how can i get my mobile back.

            Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a Mobile handset from B.M Telecom Delhi-Rohtak Road Bahadurgarh on 06/04/2013 with one year warranty. After some time this handset not work properly so I have deposit my Handset on 2 Jan 2014 for problem not charging battery and 2nd sim network manually not working it take automatically network in roaming area even i select manual operator. with job sheet no. N[protected]. On 17 Jan i have got a massage that your job sheet no. N[protected] is processed please collect your MMX device when i go there on 20 Jan 2014 to receive me handset staff says my handset not work properly and it will go company again and they send it back to company on 20 Jan under Job Sheet no. N[protected]. Now it is more than two month has passed and my handset is lying in service center or in company and even after 60 days of this job sheet no N[protected] i don't know what is the status of my handset. i have called customer care to make a request to change my mother board because it is tempered by your service center staff there are many places soldering on board so i am not sure this board work properly many days so i request you that please change my motherboard of my handset but still i does not got any response.. I am a business man and i invest my harden money on this smart Phone to enhance my business. i bear huge business loss due to my smart phone is lying in company from more than two month. Now I want from company a brand new handset with one year warranty and 10000/- Rs. For compensate or pay back my harden money of 15200/- for this handset and 10000 Rs. as a compensate or expensive for this handset...

              sir my micromax funbook tablet P360 (imei-[protected]) which was purchesed near about 1year ago in which the problem arised after 7days of purchesing. The problem was seen then the TAB was immediately taken to the micromax care after keeping 7 to 9 days the tab was returned but after 2 days again the same problem was seen and again the tab was sent to the micromax care and this was continued more than 3 times at last a new tablet of same version (P360) was given to me but the same problem was seen again and after that the phone was sent for servicing more than 7 TIMES the new phone's IMEI are as follows imei-[protected]. The tablets warrenty company incerased by 1 year but unfortunitly my money and my pricious time is wasted due to this problem. My phone is still in the micromax service centre.                   I bought a Micromax Canvas Music[Smart phone] for Rs.8400/- from M/s. Krishna Mobiles, Neredmet X Road, vide Bill No.7620 dt. 21st July 2013. [[protected] & [protected]] Right from day one I had problem with its battery. Since the battery does not last long I am forced to charge it frequently. Some how I did manage for 8 months. But of late its unable to retain the power in spite of several hours of charge as a result the phone goes dead within a couple of minutes. When this set was newly launched in 2013 it was extremely popular for playing audio/video numbers. Accordingly, I did buy this set for this very reason but unable to play due to inadequate power/defective battery. Since the dealer does not respond to customer complaints of these kind I would like to bring it to the notice of Micromax for the replacement of defective battery. Though, several foreign brands were in the market I did opt for Micromax anticipating good after sales service. In view of the above Micromax may kindly keep up the faith imposed on Indian brands and address my grievance please.                     i was great fan of micromax...becoz it was an indian company...
                    so i buyed micromax a65..

                    but i dint knew that that was the biggest mistake of my life...after i week i started facing problems like automatic shutdowm...so i visited 3 service center, , , but not a single service center solved my problem...

                    after few days i went to service center he submitted my cellphone and sent it to micromax office for repairment...i.e on 10th feb, '14..they assured me u will recieve ur cell back after 25days from todays...then i called customer care on 25th feb for getting status of my mobile, , , , i was totally shocked to hear customer care officers words..."sir you will get ur device after 25days form todays "...again i called on 5th march then 1 new officer picked call.his name was "abhinav"..he assured me that you will get ur phone before 15th march for sure...i was satisfied by him..again i called on 12th march...then again 1 new officer..sir more 15 days...then i was very angry and talked with 1 senior officer he said by 20th march i will try to return ur device...but today when i called again officer said by 25th march but that too not fixed..

                    they r treating customers like dogs...LIE-LIE-LIE-LIE...
                    JUST EXTENDING THE DAYS...
                    worst service ever recieved...
                    plz take strict action on them

                      Worst company making cheap mobile phones and claiming things that are way beyond its reach not a single game or any good videos or any demanding applications working on my canvas lite ram they are saying is 512 mb saala mera galaxy mini isse better hai ram bohot kam hai lekin sab app support karta hai bandh kar de company aur cheap chinese handset bana k grey market mei bech i m goin to throw away this handset and buy a new one and goin to tell all my friends and family and their friends too not to buy micomax and goin to start a new blog as well why not to buy micromax.

                          I bought Micromax Q36 on[protected]. I had the below two problems in my phone and have deposited my phone in micromax service center on[protected] with job sheet #[protected]. 1. Frequent phone Switch Off 2. Not able to receive and dial calls from CDMA Sim I received my phone on[protected] saying the problem is resolved but I again started facing the above two problems along with two new problems 1. Charger not working 2. Person on the other side not able to hear my voice(MIC problem) I again deposited my phone with job sheet #[protected] on[protected], saying that I will receive the phone after 20 days. Its been 68 days no response from micromax. I have called Micromax customer care four times and have registered two complaints. Every time I call they say phone will be ready in 15 days. But till date no update from them about the phone. If the phone has been serviced properly the first time. How will I get the same problem again? And I am facing new problems with the phone. How can a brand new phone have so many problems in it. I doubt whether I have received a Damaged phone? I am totally unhappy with quality and service provided. Customer service is really horrible and frustrating. Service center in Chennai does not respond well to your queries. I don't want the phone to be serviced. I want my money back.                             Hi, I brought this handset from mumbai ghatkopar vijay sels on 15-Augest-2013.( Micromax a 210) this phone is hanging and restart for this i submitted with micromax servies center for more than 20 days, they return me back but still problem persists. again i submitted back on 1 march 2014 but this time yet my phone is not done and i not get proper responce from them Please Give me refund for the money as I am not satisfied with this product.                                 Dear sir,
                                So sad to inform you that your customer care service is very poor.
                                Myself Jiten jethva had submitted my mobile phone at your service
                                centre DS Mobile baroda, before 2 weeks, They gave me time for
                                repairing for 2 weeks & simply return after 2 weeks without doing
                                anything. the problem was of display flickering,
                                my mobile is canvas 2 plus.
                                now after doing nothing by them, they said me that they had changed
                                LCD, , & when i asked them, , what is proof that u had changed any
                                component then they had no answered.

                                The service people are delaying time for repairing unnecessarily.
                                Now there is a 1 month or above time is spent for repairing.
                                Is it possible the warranty will be extended after 1 year due to delay
                                occuring from your side.
                                Kindly repair as early as possible, , otherwise i will have to go to
                                consumer forum & complain about your poor services.

                                  I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD A 116 mobile phone. After running 3-4 months, the wi-fi has stopped working. Gradually Bluetooth, Camera and FM radio have stopped working. I have deposited the phone to the service center on December 7, 2013, where they told me that the phone would be back after 25-30 days. I had called Micromax after 1 month and they said your phone is still under repairing and would be repaired in 15 days. After 15 days, I called the Micromax customer care number again and they told me to wait another 20 days. Its already more than 2 months passed after I deposited the handset. I am really disappointed with the quality and the after sales service of Micromax. If they are not able to repair the phone in more than 3 months of time, they must replace the handsets if its a responsible and not a cheap company.

                                      As my phone having some hanging and speaker problem, so i have given for service @ malleshwaram its in under warranty, they have told me within 2 hours ur phone will gets ready, but after a day they had called me and telling ur phones PCB has gone it will take 30days to gets ready, before 1 month my phones battery also gone but they did'nt replaced they have told only 6 months warranty for accesories . they why the hell they are selling this kind [censored] products, now i have decided i dont that phone i want my money back.or else i want new phone and Its Almost 45 days But still I did not get my Phone and also i have registered a complaint last 15 days before but no response

                                      micromax full cheating and the service center guys are horrible dont know anything but takes months and months of time for repair
                                      almost 45days over they are not responding
                                      If i call Customer care they will not recive my call, if i call from diffrent then they will tell we wil call you in few minutes
                                      after that they will not response

                                        Hi, I brought this handset from Pune on 09-Dec-2013. Handset performance is good but only problem is whenever I listen songs or music on loudspeeker / speeker phone, sound is not consistant, it is fluctuating. I kept this handset at Micromax care for more than 10 days, they return me back but still problem persists. Please Give me refund for the money as I am not satisfied with this product. If refund is not possible then please replace this handset and give me the good handset. I mailed to you also, please reply, I am waiting for reply.
