Dear Sir, Recently 10 days earlier I buy Micromax Canvas Tab P480 through Flipkart. it received in better condition but is it noticed that while operating its display setting in the setting menu it show script and write on the script is "display settings is unfortunately stopped". While purchasing Filpkart declared on their webside that every item is tested ok. Sir, now I would like to complain in this regard. Please help me to resolve the issue at the earliest.       My Kanvas Night A-350 phone memory 2 GB is full, external memory still 19 GB available. All Apps down load in the phone memory first and then move to external automatically. Now i can not move any apps from phone to external memory and due to the phone memory is full, I can not down load any apps. I tried since few months but could not able. I am getting tired on this issue. How can i move apps from phone memory to external memory and make space available in phone memory pls advise. If i can not make space in phone memory, i can not able to down load further apps. I placed my complaint to Micromax Dhaka but no body replied, it seems micromax Dhaka does not care customer satisfaction so now I decided to submit in India

        I have Micromax A311, but recently i had to get the complete display changed from a Micromax service center in Secunderabad. Post display change I have been observing that there is a mobile network drop ALWAYS...I hardly get signal and this is been a problem. Need to get this fixed as soon as possible by your service center.

            Problem i faced which is not resolve yet I bought this phone on 07/11/2015 last month. After 15 days i start facing some issue with this phone which is as below. 1.before 2 days it suddenly switch off and dead for two hours then automatically it restarts. in between that 2 hours i tried everything i.e. try to charge, pressing power on/off button, removed sim any many otherthings. But did not worked. 2.Some times during calls the other side caller can not hear my voice at all. I have to do restart to get it done. 3. Some time pictures clicked are not showing in gallery. In galley there is only black image but it blocks memory. Then again if i reboot that image will re appeared After this issues i decided to go at service center in ahmedabad. People of service center saying that this phone can not repair here. YOu have to call customer support number and they will guide you. Then i call[protected]. Executive asked every details then he told me our representative will call you with in 24 hours. But no call received till date.

            I again called on your customer care number[protected]. Executive responded me to call another number[protected].

            I called 3 times but that number is like hell... saying all our adviser are busy on another line. Hold that line almost 15 minutes every time.

            So don't runaway.

            Now after deadline and complaint on all forum i received a call and specialized technical executive ask me to do factory reset and he also commit that if that does not work than we will replace your device.

            So now, Today at 4 p.m. i reset my phone. Wipe out all data, no memory card inserted and finally getting same issue of during calls the other side caller can not hear my voice at all. I have to do restart to get it done.

            My final conclusion is please call me and replace this device.

            What happend why are you running away. you committed me that you will replace my handset. Still i am waiting already 7 days passed.
            Im purchase Micromax Canvas 5 E481, While calling, my voice is not transferred but I can hear clearly from other side. Its a new mobile 10 days more only. 2nd day to till date this problem. Kindly give the solutions.

            loads of problem, software issues, mic issues, hangs. - Ref: DO NOT BUY CANVAS 5
            very bad experience with this micromax canvas 5 E481. same problem with me. any time its become hang, mic problem is common and lots of other. total money and mind loss
            I am facing too many problems with this mobile.. Its mic problem.. I had to restart it again and again to work clearly but after some time its problem again frustrated..
            And other problem is battery drain rapidly like 1percent per 15 min without using.. What is this.. I have only 2 month old mobile. Its problem started after updating my mobile.. Pl give me permanent solution
            I have this mic problem on my Canvas 5. I love all the features this phone has offered till now. But this mic problem is making my life hell. I cannot call anyone neither I can recieve any calls. Everytime I have to use a headphone but it's worst when I have to use headphone while I'm outside my house.
            So please help me out.

              Sir on 15/08/2015 i had bought micromax convas laptop at ru 14499 which came with one year warranty. however just after 15 days it developed a technical problem. we asked help from company custumer care but instead of giving help they told several exuses like your city is not servicabe so submit it to amravate service center however when we went there to submit the device the center refused to accept it we came back and again informed the company about it again company asked us to go there and assured that this time they will accept it but the same treatment we got there and turned away then company gave us addreses of other service centers at amravati but those centers denied to have any service of micromax and the phone numbers sent by messages were again wrong and again we suffered a lot because of this harrassment. on the one hand they say that they want to give service but when we go to the service centers we are denied any help. sir this is sheer loot and harrassment of customers i strongly protest it and i want to register my complaint in your court and hope i will get refund and thereby justice.

                I'm prasanta Roy .I've submitted my aforesaid handset at m/s belief (micromax service centre) on 4/11/15.for repairing.they told me that as this is a non repairable set I may got another one after some time. But after a lapse of more than one and half month I did'nt got anything., in the meantime I've sent a no of mail ( ticket no: 1615007, 164789, 1753256, 1769332, 1783567) to support @yuplaygod.com and also send a photocopy of jobsheet no:E[protected] DTD 4/11/15.but on 13.11.15 I got shocked by hearing from the service centre that now on they have no liability for any type of service for YU yunique and also raised objection to keep my handset in their custody.what I have to do with this 5k brick. pls help me. my cell phone number is [protected]

                          This is the most pathetic customer support fraud I have witnessed ever in a consumer durable company.
                          This is with reference to the below service complaint raised, when I called the customer care no. today they claim that the compliant has been closed and the reason and details given is that the customer has not submitted the purchase invoice to the technician.
                          Please note that all details regarding the purchase invoice was given to your technician Mr.Anil (M-[protected]) during his visit on 12.12.2015 and informed that the service issue will be resolved before one week. After several follow-up now the customer support teams informs that the compliant is closed and we have to raise an new compliant. This is fraud practice from your company to close the complaint giving an absurd and false reason for having closed the compliant and again ask the customer to register a new complaints, so that they can safe guard the company in case of consumer litigation.
                          I now as a final notice informing you to either replace the TV with a new one or refund my payment made towards it. Now I in no terms want a service of the same as I feel the local service providers are cheating the customer with either duplicate or spurious spares.
                          Please beware that if I don’t get any reply in this matter within 48 hours I will be forced to go to consumer court claiming compensation for the harassment and fraud practices practiced by your company.

                            Mobile had been repaired within 6 month from your Durgapur Service Centre and after repairing Battery is expanded when I receive the phone they said the battery condition are poor as when I give the phone. But this is not right and I have some proof for this. After repairing of my mobile it was hanged and maximum time it was shut down automatically. Now please tell me as a good customer why I use the same phone within your guaranty period. So that please provide me the new one mobile replaced the mentioned. My mobile details are given below:- Model A089 Bolt, Battery- V[protected], IMEI- [protected], purchased from Shree Telecom, Junction Mall, Durgapur- 16.

                            I have been struggling with micromax E455, i raised a complaint and detailed out to the customer care executive who called me. I thought micromax has good service. They also promised they will replace my handset within a week's time. Its been 3 weeks, nobody is responding to mails neither calls. Not too sure what kind of a service / commitment level micromax has. This is the first time i changed my brand from samsung to micromax and i really feel bad for taking such a stupid decision. too many issues - not able to hear and it will get cut in the middle of the call, had to call atleast 4-5 times to complete a conversation. Battery backup is really bad, it will be 100% thought i don't get much calls, by evening the phone is dead. Pathatic.

                            Everytime i raise this issue, i promptly get one issue id no (i have nearly 10 issue id no, now i lost control of which issue id i have to use) or a mail stating they are not able to reach me. I bought the phone on Nov 2 and im trying to reach you guys from 15 Nov, its been a month now. The final choice is get in to the legal formalities.. I'm frustrated.

                            I have done that thrice but still no body bothered to reach (SER[protected]. a person from customer care called me on Tuesday and asked me to reset the phone. He said he will call on Wednesday but till now nobody called to check. The problem still exists, he gave a number to reach you guys but that no is also wrong. I think Micromax thinks the job ends when you guys sell the product. Do you really have service department, legal department, customer concern department etc or just the production department?

                            I'm only trying for Vineet number / email which im sure i will get it in few days, i want to speak / write to him directly and not to you guys. Im sick and tired of your customer care people who calls and says replacement of handset is confirmed but they wont be bothered after that. It happened twice and not worth. Again two days later some one will call and ask for the complete issue and ask me to reset the phone once again. Do you guys think i dont have any other job other than to reset the phone once in two days.. If possible, please return the money and i will get back to my brand "Samsung" rather than all these stupid tensions and worries.

                              I have given my mobile micromax canvas A210 for having problems with mic, power button, volume button in micromax service centre located in salem.After one week they have returned my mobile.The above three problems was solved but then i came to know that my touch was not working in a particular place around straight to the down volume button . I then went to the service centre and complained about this problem.They said that they will change tye software and check that.After that also it was like that and they said they can't do anything.I asked them to change the touch panel but they asked me to pay.I refused that the touch was good in working before i gave them for service.I was helpless. The service centre is for repairing and solving problems but they had given me my mobile with a new problem.so please kindly take respective action against them. Thankyou.

                                  I would like to brief you that I have purchased Micromax mobile A290 on 2nd January, 2014. I have attached invoice in attached format. Since I have purchased this mobile. Frequently I have found there were charging problem and I have repaired from service centre 4-5 times. Recently I have found following problems on 23.10.2015: 1. Battery was not charging 2. Back cover was damaged at service centre during repairing 3. LCD screen white spot continuously seen. Till date I have not received my mobile. It has been around 40 days passed, but still mobile is laid at service center. I requested micromax to extend my warranty and replace my handset. I have suffered a lot due to this instrument.

Is[protected] and i submitted my mobile micromax canvas A190 on 27oct 2015 in nirman vihar micromax service centre bt now I don't get my mobile and I visited in care they behave rudely and say we don't know when ur phone ll come? I talked to ms.swati and she said we don't know and she don't forward complaint against these thing. So please take action against micromax and faculty also...

                                      I got problem with my micromax A300 with imei [protected] regarding display flickring, roboot problem, overheating . I have given this for repair to M/S S4 telecom in patil plaza, office no. 101 to 103, mitra mandal chauk, pune 411037 customer service center on 3/11/2015. Now after 41 days when I called to them they are not In a position to answer when they will return back .company always said that it will return within 15 days..that same statement always repeat after 7 days.the compalint no. for mobile is MA[protected]. It's really horrible to deal with micro max repairs.now how many days I have to wait for my mobile

                                        I am having micromax canvas selfie 2 . brought it on 10 December . everything is good but i facing problem in saving images in my phone ? whenever i take a photo my phone doesn't shows it and " cannot generate thumbnail" error mes displays ndi.m.lossing all the precious moments i m.capturing in my phone . even if i take a screeshot same thing happen. my email is [protected]@gmail.com and ph no - -[protected] just call me asap its just 4 days i m.using this product simran
