I have provided the details which you have already asked. But till now you haven't retuned my phone. Why this much delay. You can rectify this within 2 days. But you have taken almost 3 months. This is going too far. I am going to consult an advocate to file a case against you in the consumer court.

Today from micromax they have given me a same model phone which is different in colour. I think they have lost my phone. Anyhow it is working in a good condition. They told that company has given u a new phone. The functional properties are good. But i could see little damage here and there over the outer silver case which wont affect the phones basic functions. So i have accepted it. They also told that they have extended the warranty for 3 more months. So if a face a problem in nearby future i will surely sue them. Anyhow thanks.
