Micromax Mobiles — Poor service micromax mobiles

I am very upset and disappoint with your company, The phone is laying with company since last 1.5-2.0 months . not repaired till to date.
I have given 8-10 mails and spoken to customer care 30-35 times. No reply or solution given by the company.
if you not able to repaired my mobile so please replaced with new one or refund my payment.

Plz Cnfrm delivery date of my mobile, alrady two months waste for follow . if you are not able to repaired device so please replaced with new mobile.
