i bought a handset on 16/08/14, micromax A37, IMEI no. [protected], initally from the staring handfree/earphone not working, while charging, screen/touch pad stop working, handset does not support application like hike, line, wechat, problem in downloading.since 27/8/14, problem in display, software error, 4103 power switches off, initially i as a software engineering alocate promblem n solved, later again this kind of problem occured, on 2/09/14, we summit this to service centre, sp- ayushi electronics, M-115, Yashwant plaza, landmark railway station, indore, indore-452001, at service center a untrained 18year old guy, just show the shock in said water reached inside shocket but, that didnt happened, . service centre retured handset on 09/09/14, n charged rs. 1800/- even on warranty period, after that when we have a sight of loudspeaker . ringtone n music, no sound is emmitting from the handset.
