I am very disappointed after purchasing the mobile from Micromax A177 from reliance store Rajhamundry on 31st may 2014
Immediately after 15 dates my struggle starts with your mobile the power button is not working properly
After 16th day the Mobiles starts hang and after several days adjusting this case on 16th July 2014 mobile completely dead
Now the drama starts with the micromax mobile
I have given the mobile for servicing in Raigarh on 17th July 2014
Till date the mobile is not rectified and nor return by their stupid servicing team
I don’t know whether I will get the mobile or not but the thing is this is the first time I have purchased a mobile from Micromax after getting a message from my colleagues that please support indian companies by purchasing the mobiles from Micromax
Like this cases how can I believe this stupid micromax for purchasing
Please let me know when will I get my mobile after rectification

    I owns Micromax Canvas 2+ and got changed my Touch worth Rs.1850 from Authorised Service centre in Panipat named M/s Gaurav Communication, which was committed by service center owner that if it will not work properly we will change it within a week, now they are asking for my handset to be retained by saying that we will keep it for one week then only we will change the touch.

    As the handset is smartfone and i have all my office in this and i dont have any backup handset, i asked them to arrange the Touch as i have already made payment to them.


    now they started miss behaving with me by saying that we will not change the touch. they denied to talk to customer care executive as well when i called toll free no.[protected]

      I had purchased a micromax unite 2 on 31st August 2014. We have been noticing many issues regarding the functioning of this phone since the very day we purchased it. We waited for 2 days hoping it would start responding properly, but then the problems just got worse. As soon as we turned on the camera it would just hang and it turned pitch black and even if it started, no pictures could actually be stored on the memory card. And now after 2 days even the camera does not respond. Even the battery function is not proper. It so happens that after switching off the phone it wouldn't turn on until the battery was removed and again inserted in. The photos which were stored on the memory stick could not be deleted whatsoever. The phone's IMEI number is-[protected], and we would like this instrument to be replaced.       Dear Micromax :-I would like to complain about my Micromax Unite 2 ( JOBSHEET NO - E[protected] / IMEI No. [protected] / [protected] ) that I purchased on 3 Months ago. Eversince I brought the phone I am facing problem with the Power Button, which is not working properly.When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Micromax Service Centre ( M/S SILICA SERVICES UCP-026, BENGAL AMBUJA HOUSING LIMITED, DURGAPUR-713216 ) twice and I was told to keep the phone in their centre for 8 days and in the 9th day I faced the same problem, I was again told to keep the phone for 7 days on 26/08/2014 and since 50 days days there is no response from the service centre. I am repeatedly being told that '' PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE '' When Micromax cannot provide its parts they should provide New Handset insted. I called several times and experienced a poor behaviour from the above mentioned Service Centre. I would like Micromax to provice me a New Handset within 7 Days. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If Micromax did not resolve my problem within 7 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.         Dear sir, I am sourabh jagdale, purchased micromax canvas Magnus on 6th Jan 2014 via flipkart (which is the biggest mistake of mine till now ) After few months the phone was getting hang and its display got problem the touch was not functioning .hence I submitted my phone ( IMEI NO .[protected]) In “Krishna Telesystem-autorised service centre of micromax, near kmall, takka panvel-410206. On 1ST AUGUST 2014. Its more than 35 days and still my phone is in service centre!!! I really cant believe how can they take soo much time to repair ..they have given me the mobile number ([protected]) which is not in operation ! After 15 days I went there to get my phone but they refused and told me that my phone is under repair and you will get it soon .i took another number ([protected]) and called them again and again but I didn’t get any kind of response .its really irritating. this service is like hell !! I will never buy micromax again also I will tell everyone not to buy micromax !! worst !!           A110Q display touch screen not working. Given to Anand communications pathankot, punjab on 23 aug 14 for warranty repairs. docket no N[protected]. No action by service center even after 12 days. Told to contact company at [protected]. complaint lodged on 04 sep with company [protected]. company says will take 20 days from complaint date lodged. Then what is the purpose of repair center.and why 12 days from repair center r not being counted. Thus for more than 30 days i will without phone. for gross inefficiency and mismanagement between company and repair center pathankot i am suffering without phone. Request speed up repairs or provide new replacement phone without further delay

Purchased the Micromax Mobile Phone X329 Dated: 01/08/14 from Belgachia Kolkata and Deliver to the Service Centre dated: 04/08/14 for Repairing to LCD (Display) and Keypad. 2. On dated: 10/08/14 the Concerned Person in Service Centre i.e 17, Ganesh Chandra Avenue told that the Parts are yet not received. 3. On Dated : 28/08/14 again visited to Service Centre for Enquire about the X329 Mobile Phone for the Delivery but they again told me that the Parts are yet not Received and on the day they can’t Procure any mobile for Repair but the Open Their Delivery of the Mobile Phones for 31/08/14. 4. On dated: 04/09/14 Again visited to Service Centre but they again told me the Parts are yet not received and I got irritated that its nearly about 1 Month the Parts haven’t Received and I have been transferred From Kolkata to Jharkhand because we are in transferrable job, So I Request you to Suggest me an Corrective Solution and I can’t left the Mobile to Service Centre. 5.               I have purchased Mobile with IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected] and have given the same to baroda service station M/s Krishna Mobiles, they are scoundrel people not attending the phone call and if they lift the call are keeping the same to a side and not responding on the same the contact no. is [protected]. I would like to know have i purchased the new mobile for keeping it at service station the same was given on 26/08/14 for manufacturing defect of display. when i shall be receiving my mobile. if the same is not repairable issue my a fresh mobile of same model or return my money immediately.

              This evening I had talk with your customer care attendant at Gorgon Ms Shobha at 5.45 pm it is hard to believe that my call can not be transfer to any superiors or on other contact number is available with her for making complaint to any higher-up. As a customer whether we have made a mistake of purchasing the Micro max cell phone? Since it is a manufacturing fault than why we have not been provided by a fresh hand set or returning the full amount of hand set. We handed over the defective handset to your local service station on 26-08-14 and they have given us the job card with non existing phone numbers. After that on inquiring with them they provide us contact no. on 5th of Sept. of Delhi customer care. On contacting on [protected] they said that with in 15 to 20 days the hand set will get repaired. Now My question is what has happened for first 10days and why it is requiring another 15 to 20 days. I am sorry to write that this is not a good customer services and after-sales service of the company.

                Dear Sir This is for the escalation case of Mr. Sumit Aggarwal using Micromax Tab P410i. i had submitted the handset at the Cariano Telecom service center on the 20th May 2014 with jobsheet no. N[protected] and the job work was completed on the 28/07/14. I got the tab back after 3 months. In between the waiting period the customer spoke to customer care with Mr. Suresh (Gurgoan) directly and was committed to get a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 instead of the tab. But the tab was giving problems again so the new jobsheet was created N[protected] with more problems in it. the tab also is not repaired and still giving me problems. so then the company persons says they cant repair this tab and give me a new doodle 3 instead of it. till now, i dont have anything. i have personally meet mr vivek ASM who said u will get the doodle 3 positively next week. still i dont have anything from may. i have purchased this tab on[protected] n my tab is in warranty. i have used less than a month and hundreds of phone calls and personally meeting with mr. rakshit the owner of Cariano Telecom i have find nothing. so please help me out this. the company policy is if the tab is not repaired within 45 days thy will send u a new handset. i have nothing from last 4 months. thanking you sumit [protected]

                  I have purchased I Micromax A290, before the billing I checked the specification and it is said that SD card can be use. After Billing when Mobile store guys try to fit the SD card and Nano SIM in the same slot. Same is not fitting. I have tried also but same is not happening. This is completely cheating. and the issue is I can't refund set also. Please solve the issue ASAP or refund my complete money. My complaint also with the mobile store team who already know the issue but didn't tell me while billing.

                    Dear team I was submitted my A110 canvas handset for repair at SIMRAN ENTERPRISES 7 First floor, rani ka bagh opp distt library near petrol pump Amritsar as on 22 august 2014 and that time service team told me that u will collect your set with 3 days and now almost 12 - 13 days gone but still he don't repair my set and when I call in service centre at given contact number on their challan that number is[protected] but he even cant pick my phone. I call 100 times but he don't given me any response. Please do the needful.

                        My Name is Indu Chadha. I purchased a Micromax Unite 2 phone from Spice CELLUCOM Retail indoa pvt ltd k16 central market lajpat nagar and since day 1 the phone is not working .

                        The power side button does not switch on and also cannot pick up the phone with the touchscreen and have to press power button again and again and then use touchscreen whereas phone should be picked straigtaway when receive call using the touchscreen

                        Since this is a hardware fault from day1 please change the phone to immeidate effect failing which i will go to consumer court as my phone is under warranty

                        We have sent the phone to Micromax Repair centre on 19/07/2014 m/s b.r services E 84 Krishna market lajpat nagar -1 new delhi and they did not repair the phone for 30 days.

                        I received the phone after 30 days and it again starts fault after 1-2 days and now again the power button is not funnctioning and also touchscreen not working to pick the call and phone has black screen with no ring tone when receiving call.

                        So the power button, keys of the phone is not working correctly

                        I have been to micromax centre thrice and had a poor response form your service centre which has caused me deep mental harrasment as i have to to leave all my work and still my phone issue is not fixed.

                        Please replace my handse immediately and provide me a new phone as your service centre has failed to repair my phone which has not been working from day1 when i purchased the phone

                          I had purchased a Micromax Doodle-3 A102 handset on 27.04.2014 from Honey Telecom, Sector- 18, Noida. After 1.5 months, Back & Menu key of mobile display touch screen stops working and we give it for repairing at Micromax Service Centre, M/S Satguru Communication, Noida on 06.06.14 & I received our handset from them on 19.06.14... (Ref. to Job sheet No. N[protected]) But after receiving our set, we found that now most of the keys of display touch screen stops working. Again, I had to give it for repairing on 20.06.06... (Ref. to Job sheet No. N[protected])... On 14.07.14 they told me that they need 20 more days for repairing... On[protected], upon my calling they told me that they still need 15 more days... Finally on 02-09-14, I got a replacement of my phone with some old phone... Now again, the problem is this phone hangs a lot since I brought it home... and finally it's dead at 10.30 PM... means switched OFF and I am unable to switch it ON... I haven't used (so called new phone in their wordings) it properly even for few hours... To bring this phone, my husband has to take a leave... he went two times to their service centre... once for receiving the phone... another for taking the stamped receipt of the replaced phone with its new IMEI number... Again on 03.09.14, we deposit this so called new phone also for repairing… They gave us again the old Job sheet, saying that they will generate the new one after 24 hours… I think, tomorrow again, husband has to visit their office to take the new Job Sheet… We are completely tired... there's a limit of our patience... Husband’s office timings are 10 am to 6 pm... He can’t take leave daily to visit their service centre...And I can’t go since I am expecting… Please take some solid measures against these companies…Please look into this matter and help not only me but all the harassed consumers who are tired of their poor services…

                          about 70% micromax is found to be defect before warranty and then when customer go to service centre care then return after 2 and half month .please no one will purchase thiss mobile and government and media should show about this company defect

                              My screen was not working so i went to micromax service centre for repairement (Product is still under warranty) So he said that processor chip has to be changed. I submitted my mobile on 1st Aug and now its more than 1 Month but still it is not repaired and when asked they always give the same reply that chip is coming.                                   Dear Sir/Madam Myself Dipak Singh, would like to throw light on the Pathetic services given by the service centres of Micromax. I purchased a handset Micromax A117 on 10/042014 but only after few days it started showing its poor quality, the handset started givng touch pad problem.On 2nd of august 2014 i went the service centre as it was under Warranty Period, the centre head said that come after 15days. On the said date, when i went there they again asked me for further one week extention. Now after almost 30days period they are saying the same thing again and again"WAIT FOR A WEEK". Now after such poor services I don't want that set and want my money back.                                     i have submit a handset for repair on 09 day of june 2015 for the problems reported in the service bill attached below. whenever i call in your service center there is no response towards service and it is just delayed by some of other lame excuses.
