I was complaint registered to microsoft customer care & the complaint no. Is srx[protected]id
I bought new handset on 13. July2016 unfortunately there is a manufacturing fault at headphone port which is not support, i informed to customer care executive but they didn't proper reply to me & he said to me first we service & if the part problem than it will be change but no time duration told.
I have already complaint to microsoft but no response from till now.
So kindly help me out from this situation.

My job sheet number[protected]/160627/039 and i had visited to the service centreand called many time but i am not getting satisfactory answer. I have suffering from lot of problems without my phone. Please do the needfull thanking you.

      I have a microsoft xbox 360 controller and it has given some problem, so i went to the microsoft authorised service centre in pune to get it repaired an they told me that it will be replaced within 2 days. But it's been a month and still i am waiting to get it replaced but they are continuously saying that it's not in stock.

      I am fed up of this, its been a month and i'm regularly contacting the service centre to get it replaced but everytime i hear the same answer that it's not in stock. Please help me out. I am completely fed up of this nonsense.

          Myself is abhilash mullasseril from kerala india.
          Its very sad to contact you with a complaint regarding microsoft lumia 535 that became faulty just within 2-3days after the expiry of the warranty period.
          I contacted the local service centre and they informed that the warranty period is over and the handset had serious problems that is very costly than the products current value. I hope the company microsoft can do something on the same.

            I was buying Microsoft Lumia 535 Mobil with mobikwik cash back offer. ₹300 per month add money than ₹300 cash back . Offer valid for 12 months. But offer is expired only six months.
            I was complain Microsoft customer care 3 times but he told this is mobikwik error so call mobikwik customer care. But mobikwik customer care told offer withdrawal so not available this offer.

              I purchased nokia 105 on january 2016. 6 months down the line the microphone malfunctioned. When i visited nearby nokia care i was informed that the product cannot be entertained and will be replaced by seller only. I had purchased the product online and it was delivered from delhi to ranchi, now it is impossible to get it replaced. So my rs. 1800 went in drain.

              Firstly this practice is prevalent after microsoft came in picture. Why should i contact the seller when i have service centers in my city. Moreover in such scenarios, microsoft should ban sell of these products on online marketplace. They do not do so and neither they take responsibility. It is a well designed plan to phase out the remaining lots of nokia phones and push them down the throat of customers. I want to report this unethical business practice.

              I believe same story is being replicated for other customers as well and this wide spread arrangement between intermediaries across the supply chain with respective commission is helping microsoft to clear the stocks.

              Can i bring this to notice of someone. So that products from microsoft that do not guarantee services at nokia care are banned from being sold on online marketplace.

              Secondly i would also like to highlight on the standards of service centers run in franchise model under legal name of nokia care. Shreya services the nokia care in ranchi have worst employees in place. They do not have basic understanding of customer relations and do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction and how that impact brand image or in building loyalty. Sorry to say but microsoft have untrained professionals at crucial service encounters like service center. Though running on franchise model but the experience that results through engagement with such employees definitely leave customer dissatisfied. I for sure am not buying any microsoft product in future because of poor service encounters that i have experienced. Microsoft should have proper processes in place before going for strategic partnership like service providers.

              Hopefully someone in microsoft will take notice of above concerns and do something to avoid spread of bad wom.

                IMEI No. [protected] using since 1 month, gave 3 times for service finally replaced a new device. Still this Lumia 650 having following problems,

                1. After updating all default apps
                a) camera will not work - it will come to home screen when I take a photo.
                b) Calling option is not working - since 2 days I couldn't open calling option and I never do a single call, but I received few incoming calls. Both the SIM also not working to do call.
                c) WhatsApp not working - Now a days WhatsApp is an official app. But unfortunately I couldn't able to take photo using WhatsApp and not supporting with voice message. How can I work official things by using this phone?
                d) Gallery is not working - when I open gallery to watch camera roll (photos) it will come to home screen.
                These are the some of the main functions it is not working with this particular model. Same problem was there in earlier mobile also.

                2. After trying to open above mentioned apps mobile will stuck up and to release that I need to long press power button and so that it will restart. Sometimes it will restart by itself.

                3. Due to recurrent switch off and ON battery will drain out soon. Battery will remain not even for 6 hours. Need to recharge 2 to 3 times/day.

                4. While working with some apps mobile gets heated.

                Now I will come to the main point that, I opened gallery, got stuck up so I tried to come to home screen it is showing loading... it is there since 15 hrs. This happened at 8pm on 8th June 2016 and now I gave it to service center in same condition.

                Please answer me that,

                # I have spent Rs. 14899/- and having the above issues since 1 month and 7 days from date of delivery till today. I couldn't do any even single official work also by using this mobile. So what is the use of this particular mobile.

                # Many a times infront of my friends I felt shame as it is getting hang while calling, taking selfie or using some of the features of this mobile. Who is responsible for this?

                Because of one lumia 650 following things are happened...
                Who is responsible for the following losses ???

                * I lost many important data by recurrent format by service centre. They took my permission to erase it. But due to continues hanging I couldn't save all those data before giving it to service centre. Totally formatted more than 7 times.

                * Every time after reset, for updating all default apps I lost around 3gb of data within 1 months.

                * I took 2 holidays for my company while giving phone to service center and totally I visited 5 times to samvradhi technologies, koramangala, bangalore. Lost my precious time with this faulty handset !

                * Nearly 200 minutes of time I wasted with customer care person.

                Finally I submitted my lumia 650 along with all accessories to 'Samvradhi Technologies, koramangala, Bangalore' and I repeat it was my 5th visit to that centre for same issues since 37 days. They gave job sheet no. 239 and noted new IMEI No. [protected]
                Raised complaint in customer care and its complaint no. is, [protected].

                You can confirm all the issues with service centre person because infront them I have showed all those problems. I really amazed about this model.

                Now my request is to please refund my valuable money. More than this if you are go through your policy then God bless you !

                  Again, in[protected], i discussed my phone problem with shop keeper, he told me that no one distributor at this time in the city meerut. He received my phone in[protected] for service, after 31st may i visit his shop severals times but he says ever no one distributor in the city for service. Finally after 1 month i visited his shop at[protected] now he says to me that your phone does not have guarantee sticker on phone panel, when i purched this product, no one guarantee sticker on my phone.                     Date of purchase - march 23, 2015
                    Actually, recently on march 14, 2016, i made a complaint and handed over my mobile to the store and they returned my mobile on 29 march, 2016. Again i faced the same problem which i had faced before. Again i sent my mobile to the with the same complaint on april 04, 2016.
                    Actually the complaint is my mobile is automatic ally switching off oftenly.
                    So after handing over my mobile to the store on april 04, they returned back my mobile on april 15, 3016.
                    And even they provided extra warranty for one month.
                    So, now i am facing the same complaint now and again i kept a complaint to the store, but now they r not accepting my complaint.
                    Five days had completed after giving the complaint.
                    Actually according to the extra warranty provided by the company will ends on may 15, 2016.
                    But they r not accepting my complaint.
                    This was the problem i am facing. I need immediate response from the respected regarding this problem.

                        The phone was not working after 6 months. The nokia service center in madurai asked me to get it replaced from the dealer. But the dealer was asking me to contact nokia directly. I made a complaint to microsoft regarding this (Reference number is srx[protected]id) on 3rd march 2016.

                        Microsoft still not provided any replacement or atleast servicing the device.

                        Kindly help me in getting this problem resolved.

                            Refrence above, microsoft lumia640xl(Imei no.[protected]) was repaired on 14/4/16 for touch screen on cash payment of rs 6741/- vide bill no.0574 with one month warranty for any malfunctioning .
                            Set was not functioning properly from day one of repair as sensors were not responding.Service centre was contacted on only available contact no.[protected] but attendant failed to connect mr.Avtar/technician who repaired the set as well as mr bhupinder sgh nor their contact no. Was provided which was very much embarrassing.
                            Finally, i have to visit service center, after examination i was told by mr bhupinder sgh that lcd touch is a single unit, which is not repairable and has been provided as supplied by company .It will be changed on availability within8-10 days and my contact no. Was taken . No any response have been received so far. But it is very much regretted that such a big name/ fame company is playing with custmore"s hard earned money by supplying defective parts or functioning of service centre needs to be investigated for unfair working like provision of defective spare parts.
                            Immediate corrective measures needs to be taken otherwise i would be forced to take legal measures for deficiency in service.

                              Beware of free downloads from microsoft windows 10

                              Dear sir, /madam,

                              I received from microsoft a free direct download of windows 10 on my new - ish hp pavillion all in one desktop pc, 64bit, which was at that time running a licensed windows 8.1.

                              After a few months o[censored]pgrading to windows 10, the pc crashed completely.

                              As the warranty period for the pc had expired i showed the pc to three different computer service centers. All of them unanimously opined that the root cause of the crash was the windows 10. They also informed me that such instances are now rampant.

                              The authorized hp service center in pune has now informed me that the crash has ruined the motherboard. According to the said authorized service center the motherboard malfunctioned because it was not designed to run windows 10.

                              My point is that there is always a compatibility check that is supposed to happen compulsorily before a new software update or upgrade happens. Why did microsoft proceed with the installation of windows 10 if the motherboard was not equipped to handle it?

                              Who will compensate me for the cost of the new motherboard which, at. Rs 13000/-approximately, costs over 30% of the price of the original pc?

                                Sir/ mam,
                                I have purchased my device on 10.11.2015. Now i am facing many hardware & software problems in it. I have alreday replaced my charger, phone speaker & visited many times in nokia care regarding software issue.
                                But last few days i was facing major issue ( sometime automatically vibration during charging, screen blink in landscape mode during playing videos ) in my device so i submitted my device in nokia store on 18.04.2016.
                                Now i want to replace my device but there is no response from microsoft while i have been called many times. Everytimes they said that wait for 24 hours & our backand team will respond you as soon as possible. But there is no call from that side.
                                Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I was purchase a Microsoft WH-308 earphone in the date of 10th October 2015, when i purchase it microsoft Priority told me that it contain a warranty of 12 months. It was mention on the box of this earphone. But when my earphone was not working properly i was reach a care in the date of 11th April 2016, they told me that the warranty period was expire before 1 day. When i told them and saw them that it's contain a warranty of 12 months they will not believe me and told me that it was wrong. They was not accept my earphone for repair and told me that microsoft give only 6 months warranty and they behave as a very rude. This product Ean No. is[protected]

                                      Nokia mobile lumia-930 (Under waranty) was given to nokia service centre code 442_43357 i.E. 7a 1st floor scheme-1, tejaji marg, opp.Metro pilar-120 sanganer road, near sodala, jaipur-302019 on 12.01.2016 for solution of audio microphone problem.

                                      On continue telephonic follow up, no assurance given from service centre. On 03.03.2016 when i contacted personally & asked for my mobile. Then customer care representative intimated that due to mis-handling by customer care rep. The screen has been damaged/crashed and the assure me that they will return the same after changing of screen and solution of problem within a week.

                                      I regretted to intimate you that care centre representative are not giving any response properly even after lapse of 66 days.

                                      If no solution is given to me within 7 days, i will be compelled to consumer court and all the responsibility will be microsoft/nokia.

                                      Microsoft Windows Mobile — Lumia540 do not support HD video

                                      I have purchased Lumia 540 Windows mobile but it is not supporting HD video.I have gone two times in Nokia care but nothing has happened. They said it can not support HD video.at the time of purchased it was not mentioned that it can not support HD movies'.company just misguided me and I want to replace my mobile.

                                        It has been 1 month now that no one at microsoft has listened to my complaint. I have even tried to reach out to satya nadella @ [protected]@microsoft.com but to no avail. I hope that by reading this complaint some one will help me or else i am going to consumer court.

                                        Dear Mr. Satya Nadella,

                                        I am writing this letter to you as last hope of response from your Microsoft. I hope that after reading this letter, employees of the concerned department will wake up from their slumbers and start working more quickly as your customers are suffering and losing hope in Microsoft’s products. I would like to bring this to your notice that I purchased Microsoft’s Flagship phone Lumia 950 XL on Monday, 21st February, 2016 at 06:18 PM. I was very excited to use this device since it is Microsoft’s first flagship phone after a long time but unfortunately my expectations were short lived as the phone started acting up. Within 4 hours o[censored]se I was done with the latest updates for phone other apps from Store to be installed. In the next 2 days, when I hardly used the phone the battery automatically drained continuously even if the phone was not in use. Battery lasted for only 10-12 hours whereas Lumia phones are known for their enormous battery backup. Second thing I noticed that the phone was over heating even if I use a very basic app, say: Photos App or File Explorer despite the fact this phone comes with “LIQUID COOLING” which Microsoft have advertised in many of its promotional videos. This phone carries a good hardware with unfinished software, the phone keeps on hanging a lot, apps keep on crashing with a lots of error code which no user can solve without looking on the internet, over-heating without any reason even if the phone is set to use minimal resources. I have performed all the troubleshooting steps which your so called “CARE POINT” will do “WITHOUT” any care. I have tried to troubleshoot on the device by installing latest updates, Resetting phone with GUI, Hard Resetting the phone with key combination and then install updates, Turning -ON Quiet Hours, Turning OFF Location, Glance Screen and Windows Hello feature and Mobile Data as well. Nothing seems to bring luck to my Lumia 950 XL.

                                        Is this what an enthusiast customer should expect from a giant like “MICROSOFT”?

                                        Story does not end here, I have contacted your staff for support on my device and all I get is a rude Store Manager who calls from her personal phone number and does not even know how to interact with a customer!! I am attaching all the reference case numbers and call recordings from Microsoft which I have had so far. I will appreciate a line of reply to this E-Mail instead of an auto generated E-mail that a support staff will contact me soon, because I am fed up of all this. Here are my very simple ask:
                                        1. Refund the money that I have paid to Microsoft and take your phone back.
                                        2. If number 1 is not possible, send me a phone that works like a “PHONE”, for e.g.:- Lumia 640XL which I can use for at least 24 hours with a single charge. Deduct the cost of this phone and refund the remaining amount back.
                                        3. If both are not possible, kindly let me know I will reach out to other methods (This is not a threat!! I will be proceeding legally and filing a case against you involving social media)

                                        I hope someone will read this E-Mail and see what customers have to face on buying Microsoft’s Flagship Device worth Rs.50, 000/-
