    I am Pratik taken Microsoft Lumia 540 mobile from market and when I was taken this mobile then company says we will give 32 GB OneDrive storage when one year is completed then it was said that we give only 5 gb storage but I paid this money when taken mobile then he cheat with our.because I paid money, when I was calling to customer care then he said that no help I can do to resolve this issue he doesn't give any information regarding this issue.please help me .

      I bought a Microsoft 640xl mobile worth rs14790. Imei no. Is [protected]
      Bill is Rs. 14790
      Model. 640XL
      It created some issues so I sent that phone to customer care. But now the customer care has lost my mobile and they are not giving back my mobile.. they lost the mobile. They sent 3-4 times the phone to Bangalore for repair. Here are the details of customer care number and jobsheet docent number.
      Microsoft corporation complain no in customer care [protected].
      Another new complain no. In customer care in b2x department . 017795.
      Consumer doc no. 33865
      Please solve this issue as this is not a small amount n due to them my phone is lost.

        Dear sir-
        My name is Sandeep chhabra i live in indore i purchased lumia 540 on 24/8/2015 from indore .after purchasing it worked ok for 1 month then i started facing problems like sometimes data was not working sometimes internet sharing was not working for that i went to service center and they checked the software and gave back to me this happend like many times. Then after 3 months more problems in mobile occurred like it started showing memory full, hanging issue whatts app not working and every day some new problems started coming then i took help from Microsoft help line they told me to go to service center but they were unable to solve the problem these happened 3 times then help line told me to submit my mobile to service center.
        The phone was sent to Microsoft factory for reparing. But after receiving the mobile the next day same problem occurred than after discussing with back in team annu ji
        i submitted my mobile again.
        The phone was again sent to Microsoft factory for 2nd time. Then after few days i received a swap model form Microsoft it worked ok for 15 days then again same issue occurred like memory showing full, data not working and hanging issues then again i submitted my mobile to service center after discussing with chandan ji
        Then again 3rd time mobile was sent to Microsoft for repair after few days i recived repaired mobile same problem occurred after 3 days of receiving then discussion went on from help line and back up team chandan ji was handling my case
        Now i have submitted my mobile 4th time 08/09/2016 to service center and they have again sent my mobile to Microsoft factory.i requisted to back up team mr yatindra ji that i don’t want this mobile but they said that we have forwarded your case to regional team after This i called on regular basis to help line but they did not gave any answer and sent my device repaired to me i called help line and they transfeerd my phone to mr shiva and he did not listen and told me to take the repaired device
        Now its 5th time after reciving mobile on 28/09/2016 the next day i faced same problem i have deposited my mobile to service center this has been going from last eight months and every 2nd or 3rd day either i am calling help line or going to service center
        Now i cannot take it any more i don’t want this mobile i want refund .

          Battery life is very poor.The first piece that i bought hanged within 2 days of purchase & got it replaced.The replaced piece is also in very bad shape.Each time I dial a number the display goes blank, i cannot disconnect a call. If somebody calls me the display does not show name or number for atleast 30-40 secs.I am unable to receive call or end call. I cannot see any notifications on display. To unlock the phone I have to press power button atleast 3-4 times. I got it serviced at ur centre just a month after buying and again same problem within 4 weeks of servicing. The intensity of the display also lowers on its own n i am umbale to see/read anything on the screen. This is the worst phone i have ever used. Kindly replace or give my money back.

            Respected sir, why lumia mobile not popular in india? Nokia company spoiled their name... Because no quality mobiles are released all r having many issues, so that company loses everything.. Microsoft has bought tat company.. I don't know y u still using tat brand name like LUMIA, tat is the major mistakes u have done... u change tat name and release mobile in another, then see ur development.. Because many peoples believe in Microsoft they will give quality... Because am contact with many peoples ... All r telling about lumia ll be worst mobile because tat is NOKIA product... My suggestion ... Is u release new mobile with different name different styles and look beautiful, Indian peoples give first preference to outlook and quality... I hope u ll..

              I have purchase microsoft lumia 540 at 13/07/2015 phone was running fine till may 2016.in june month my phone has hanging issue, so i submitted phone to saral sanchar nokia care bhagalpur, they said phone has some so we will send the phone to the company, after almost one month at 05/07/2016 i receive another phone inplace of my original phone and they said your phone has replaced by company and this phone is also good. Within 2 -3 day phone's touch has some issue so i again visted to nokia care they change some setting and told me now your phone is ok. During this 13/07/2015 has gone passed ie warrant time is over. But from 14/07/2016 my phone's touch is not working and nokia care is also not accepting the phone. I lodge complain to customer care (Complain no [protected] & [protected]). They are not giving any satisfied answer even almost 3 month passed. Now they are saying you will have to pay the money you will not get warranty.
              You can see how the company is cheating a customer. Why they change my phone without any information to me? They have given me a phone which didn't last even a week.

                I have purchased Nokia 230 dual sim phone on 18th august 2016 from Top 10 shop at Dahisar- east. the phone had display problem within 02 days i.e. on 20th august 2016. This was escalated to online mirosoft care through chat. the online agent from Microsoft advised me to get the phone replaced by the dealer- Top 10. I approached the dealer and he readily accepted the phone assuring to replace within a week's time. It is almost 03 weeks now and the dealer is not able to replace the phone. The reason is that Microsoft is not supplying the replacement piece.
                I logged call to Microsoft and they simply shrug off their shoulders from this responsibility. the agent straightly told me that Microsoft has nothing to do with the warrantee replacement and it is dealer's responsibility.
                This is straightaway cheating by Microsoft. At one end they are running from their responsibility and at other end they are not issuing the replacement.

                real cheap is mirosoft. I need immediate replacement of the inferior quality product supplied by Microsoft.

                      On 19/07/2016, I got a message from nokia.[protected]@msn.com that my phone No. [protected] got a 2016 Nokia Award Splash promo worth Rs 2.6 Crores.
                      I contacted the above mail asking for full details. On 29/07/2016 I got a reply asking for my details with ID proof ( Attachment 1). As they received this information, I got a mail about the process of delivery of the award ( Attach 2).
                      On 3 aug, at 930AM, Diplomat Scott Richard, after reaching India at IGI – New Delhi, contacted me on my phone and instructed me as detailed in the letter. Also I was asked to pay a sum of Rs 21500/- towards registration and endorsement of parcel with Airport Authorities. As instructed by Diplomat Scott Richard, ( Attach 3) I paid the amount to the following address through my bank.

                      During the process of transfer, I was asked to pay an amount of Rs 58700/- towards transfer charges, called COT CODE. (Attach 5)
                      As directed by Mr Scott and Barclay, s, (Attach 6) I paid the amount, on Aug 4, to the following address through my bank.

                      Since I had insufficient funds and expressed my decision to surrender the prize money, Mr Scott arranged a sum of Rs 1, 00, 000/- from Nokia, through an MOU between Nokia and Barclay’s, as a support (Attach8) and asked me to pay only the balance of Rs 1, 47, 700/- for issue of TAX CODE.
                      The amount was supposed to be paid to the following account(s)(Attach 9)

                      I do not know whether I am writing this letter to the right place. If not kindly transmit it to the concerned and also provide me the E Mail ID of the concerned people to take action on this matter.

                        I have purchased my Nokia Lumia 630 for an amount of 6700 /- (Six thousand Seven Hundred Rupees) through online shopping through Snap deal with Invoice No.SB6C50/15-16/7132, dated[protected] and got delivered on[protected]. I am using my phone with at most care and love. Unexpectedly my phone lost it's display. I have approached Nokia authorized service Center "Dr. Mobiles" located in my own Town in Nellore of Andhra Pradesh state on[protected] and explained the problem. They have taken my phone for repairing and told me that they will call me after the examining the phone. As I have not got any call from them, I approached their service center today[protected] and asked about the phone. For my shocking they have returned my phone saying that it could not be rectified because of the problem in the board.
                        For the middle class families like us, Rs.6700/- is not a small amount to purchase a phone every year. I could not understood the quality of the product for getting the problem in the board with in a span of 15 months. I am believing that I had received a bad product belonging to the company which caused a lot of disappointment. I am also considering it is the consumer loss which could be answered by the company. I would like to know whether there is a solution for me or not. I humbly informing you that I had no other way other than approaching suitable consumer forum for my losses. If you ask me I will provide you the Copy of receipt of your Nokia Service Centre who returned the phone by saying that there is board problem.

                          I have been sold a defective flagship product during its pre-launch in Dec'15. Product started having issues since feb'16 and when taken to service centre it was advised that the software should be updated. This done, phone never ceased to continue throwing problems. When it became intolerable it was again taken to service centre on 6th Aug'2016 and since then it is in your custody for replacement.

                          I requested for a stand by phone for the time this phone is replaced however to no avail. Made umpteen connects with your team to get an update but to no avail. Its been over 12 days now and this phone is not with me. In light of this I bought another phone from amazon to at least continue the connectivity with outer world. I have already spent 13k on the new phone and whilst this entire process is completed Microsoft is still not able to come back with replacement. I can share the invoices with you accordingly.

                          In current situation with the financial hit due to your defective product and sheer mental harassment of not even getting the response and solution to the issue; I hereby request you to either refund the monies that I have incurred due to the sub-standard product and the additional expenses I have made on the stand by arrangements OR replace the product and refund for the additional expenses I have made on the stand by phone; failing which I have to take this case legally.

I started facing issues with the device in feb'16 and when I approached the service center I was told it's a software update issue, I updated software but issue continued. Now when I revisited the center I was told there were issues with its battery and software. I didn't expect this to happen to a premium phone but with a thin line of sight of you serving better to your customers I surrendered this phone at your service Centre for its replacement. I also requested for a stand by phone to be able to at least be connected with the world. But you being Microsoft: no resolution to the issue do not bother about customer's plight.

                          I have made umpteen connects with your customer care but to no avail.

                          First of all I am fed up of your statements on "we understand the situation" etc etc. You actually don't.

                          I have been an ardent Nokia customer and with that legacy somehow continued with Microsoft. And that has been the biggest mistake.

                          First you sell defective products on premium, give incorrect resolution to customers, take eternal time to connect and solve customer's problems and still call yourself a customer driven company? I have surrendered the phone to you and it's been ten days, requested for a stand by, but to no avail.

                          If you are unable to meet product quality and customer services why you shouldn't refund the money?

                          Please note ASAP is not a word that denotes a timeline and unfortunately you guys don't understand that.

                            Sir,
                            The staff/mechanic at galaxycare/patna are all reckless and rude to the customer. I have deposited there my nokia mobile model no. 305 on 06.08.2016 for mic problem and given the delivery date of 08.08.2016. After 2-3 failed interaction on phone they could manage to hand over my mobile only on 13.08.2016 with cash invoice no.[protected]/15/01683. Despite my correct particulars given in the set handing over memo the cash invoice generated contained wrong customer name and wrong pin code as entered in the earlier cash invoice which i replaced with the above one. Then i couldn't check out all the functions of my mobile phone and came back to my home where i see that memory card was missing. The staff at the service center didn't hand over the memory card at the time of taking up my mobile phone but when i asked about the missing memory card, they have thrashed me instead of searching for the memory card. The set handing over memo related to the above invoice no. Can be checked and truth can be found out.
                            I hope that the erring staff must be taken up properly so that the customer may not be harassed further.

                                Sir i purchased Nokia n 220, imei no- [protected] on 29-11-15 which was warranted for one year. the device was defective with manufacturing defect as it was not reading /writing memory card files as such the device was provided for service on the authorized service center that is MM ELECTRONICS[protected], SHOP NO- 116 FIRST FLOOR KALPANA PLAZA 24/147 BIRHANA ROAD KANPUR NEAR K.P.M HOSPITAL KANPUR UTTAR PRADESH EAST 208001.INDIA the care center wrongfully realized 400 rs on the pretext that a component is lacking the device is under warranty and no component has been narrated in his service job sheet rather they have narrated in job sheet the device to be out of warranty more over the care center has not provided computerized receipt for realizing 400 rs care center has provided a hand written cash receipt it seems that care centre is cheating the consumers without informing Microsoft the cash memo for purchase of the device cash receipt of care center and service job sheet is submitted with this complaint in scanned form .

                                    I have extended my Nokia Phone warranty period but these details are not getting reflected when I visited one of the Nokia Care. They were asking me the charges to pay for the service. I have called Customer care many times and also mailed them all the details. Everytime I am getting response that we have escalated your case to backend department, but not getting any proper update. Now it has been more then 25 days and I am not getting any response from Microsoft team.
