          We r purchase stabilizer in 19/4/2017 guarantee 3 year due to lock down we registered complain 18/5/2020 first ur executive come a change my stabilizer transformer . next day again come change fan then again come change pcb card . when run my stabilizer not run proper . no any changes taken in three time I am bill given ur executive WR R JUST ASING IN EXCUTIVE LOCK PEROID EXTAND THEN TELL ME WE R CONFIRM.NO AMMOUNTE WILL WE TAKEN BY ME..

          Then we r frustrate we r call services center in Kanpur then they tell me plz stabilizer come here services center.i am send stabilizer in services center .now service center enchrges ur transformer again burun plz change & give me charges.

          We r just asking three time engineer visit why not taken amounted & tell me ur set in between guarantee..period. TRANSFOMER CHANGE SHOULD WE WRITTEN IN MY BILL BU ENGINER..PLZ LOOK URGENT THIS MATTER..

              I bought the microtek ups device like 6 months ago, initial 4 months was good without issue. But last 2 months it is giving a lot of trouble. Fuse gone and fixed, coil gone and fixed and now ups not even getting turned on. It was fixed just today evening and by night it stopped working. Not sure if they have provided any faulty device. Can anyone else suggest any better brands than microtek?

                Hi,

                Writing this notein extreme disappointment. There was fire at one
                Floor of our house yesterday due to
                Inverter blast.
                This resulted in catching fire on curtains, sofa, tube light, wall,
                Clothes, decorative items & other household
                Stuff. The loss in not constrained to this, my family got burn injuries
                And we are still unable to breathe properly.
                This is severe damage to our property and mental/physical health of family members.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I have purchased inverter model ebups 1200 v5 on 22.03.2019. The inverter is not working. I have registered complain no. Mjc7337311. But even after 15 days of complain nothing has been done. The service centre and service personnel of your deoghar, jharkhand branch is not picking up the call.
                  Why company is not replacing the device when it is warranty. The service centre should be blacklisted for their non-cooperative attitude. On 22.08.2019, i received a message from microtec that the complain has been attended. How the technician can close the complain without attending the issue.
                  You are requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                      My name is junaid mansuri from mumbai. I bought an inverter from your

                      Company in aug 2018 which is under warranty. 3 days ago my inverter stopped working invertor was not charging even still have problem i registered a complain on july 30 2019 via complaint number mjc7226577

                      Till date no but till now no engineer has come here nor got any solution. On friday 02 aug 2019 a stupid engineer called me at 12pm name fakira shinde for inventor checking i told him that is come 4 pm because the office is closed when i reached the office, i called him and said to come in office he said sir, i will come in 1 hr i am at other place i called him again at 5 o'clock in the head, i call in 15 minutes then i called 5.20 then he said sir i call in 10 minutes then i called him on 5.40 and he said that sir, i am not getting your office i am near to your area. I told him the way how to come that’s just 5 minutes away from my office then i waited for 20 minutes and called him again but he did not take the call. Again, i call him at 6.30 and he picked up the phone and said i'm will call you back i am not feeling 7pm same he didn't respond then after wait 15 20 minutes, i called him and he start shouting me sir, you do not understand, so what i am i am from nagpur i am this and i am this like that after that he disconnected the phone again i called continues 5 6 times about 10 minutes. He did not pick up then approx. 8pm he called me and said sorry sir but i am coming i am standing at your area again please send someone to pick up me and my staff leave office to pick up him at the spot he was waiting in place within 2 minute, when he told his location i am standing here my staff was waiting for him at the place till 10 minute but he will not present in front of my staff stopped answering me and my staff calls suddenly he called me again and start shouting me again saying i am from nagpur you don’t know who i am i said i will complain you at microtek he said do it what you can do my name is this i am from here in hindi he said (Mera koi kuch ukhad nahi sakta jo karna karlo mai kal aaunga) means he didn’t care about the company in which he is working netiehr company reputation or he did not respect his company he don’t have fear anything what he told (Company mera kuch nahi kar sakti) then i stopped calling him and he also trying to getting complaint number from me so he can closed complain in his system

                      Next day i call customer and told this was happened your customer care said they can’t do anything they just logged complain nothing else they give me one contact number your dombivali branch manager number i called him 7 8 times but he didn't receive the phone i drop him msg also no response then i called to customer care and tell them this is happening they said they can’t do anything even i told him to cancelled this complain and logged new complain and send new engineer to my office but they said it is not possible customer care said new engineer will come today means on satyrday but no one came but they gave me one number which is in noida mr. Ajay khatri i called and explain everything when he listen he said he will contact dombivali branch and will send another engineer and take necessary action against farika shinde but no reponspoe from mr. Ajay khatri also i trying to call him continues till 6.30 pm but no response

                      Means they are one they do not like to hear another complain from customer. They all like to bother customer not to give solutions these people threaten the customer, they blame and harass the customers they don’t care and think about customer and microtek reputation and business and they don’t fear from company and they like to lie and cheat customer and company

                        On 3rd day, engineer just visited and done nothing. Said to wait for 4 hours to charge the battery.. (Are we mad to give a complaint without primary checks from our end?) why engineer is required then.? To visit and wasting our time? Who will check this properly and tell us what is the exact issue. Poor costumer care support (Why they are picking up calls if they want to cut immediately? Without our confirmation) poor fe support. Seems like we are begging to their support after buying their product.

                        Fe is not able to identify properly what is the issue about (Battery or ups), why he is a engineer is he is doing same thing as we checked?

                          We had a complaint to invertor. And we called to the customer service number. They told to us to they will be come in 24 hours. But they did not come to our home and we got any reply yo us
                          We got the message that message from customer service centre that my complaint had been register but nobody can cime to solve the problem

                          We bought that invertor in about 1 month back only but it does not work

                            I talked to Gaya zone head manager.
                            Micrtek has Very poor service.
                            I raised complaint regarding my inverter they didn't come on time and also sometimes they Close the complaint without solving the issue.
                            They don't have any customer satisfaction things...A lot of wrong attitude while talking... They disconnect the phone While talking.
                            I would suggest all not to buy microtek guys...
                            And Microtek kindly take care of your customer service...

                              Cust care and venkat making fake promises and i've wasted 3 days leaves for waiting for service person.

                                  I have did complaint (No - mjc5919539) same complaint number received via sms. I did complaint my invetor on 25/10/2018 which is under warranty and i got response within 72 hour your invetor issue will short out but today 31/10/2018, no one come to solve problem, last 6 days we are waiting.

                                  However i call other technician and paid him to fixed issues because of microtek will not listing customers under warranty.

                                  I am extremely disappointed microtek service & false promises with customer.

                                  Now i will put this on social media, you people are cheating, after sales no one is listing customer problems.

                                  This is very very poor service & false commitment from microteck.

I have a microtek inverter of model sw900 which was defective so raised a complaint via online to your official website on 13th october, but from your company cc rekha gupta mailed me a service amount of 350/- instead and did not registered the complaint, then after my several request after 5 days she raised a complaint with no. Mjc5892614, then one your company engineer visited my house on 20th oct 2018, but he not even checked the inverter properly and said inverter was ok, problem was in battery, he demanded a 300/- inr and i was compelled to give the charge without any repair. Then, without getting any good response from microtek, i called a local elctrician who just in 5 min corrected my inverter, which was not able to be corrected by your big engineer and looted me by 300/- by microtek. So, this is the service of after sale support of your company. I raised you to refund my amount otherwise i will take further legal steps to recover my amount with compensation for harassment.

                                      Hello sir, i registed complaint for microtek ups 900 at 4/10/2018. The complaint no. Is mjc5824013. The engineer was come and continued repairing for one hour. When the fault no found. They say that inv is under water. I will not repaired it without money. They go without repair. The engineer was not full trained. My ups is not under water. Please check my inverter again from trained engineer. Otherwise then i will go to consumer court. One thing more when my ups is under water the engineer how did repair it one hour.
