I have purchased microtek stablizer. I have lodged complaint 2 months.. But still now the problem does not clear. The executive take my stablizer 5 times in two months.. But the problem continue. Finally i lodged a complaint no mjc6555746. He take my stablizer friday on 06.04.19.. But still now he didn't solved and he didn't respond to my call.. Kindly do the needful... I have purchased microtek stablizer. I have lodged complaint 2 months.. But still now the problem does not clear. The executive take my stablizer 5 times in two months.. But the problem continue. Finally I lodged a complaint no MJC6555746. He take my stablizer Friday on 06.04.19.. But still now he didn't solved and he didn't respond to my call.. Kindly do the needful...     I have did complaint (No - mjc5919539) same complaint number received via sms. I did complaint my invetor on 25/10/2018 which is under warranty and i got response within 72 hour your invetor issue will short out but today 31/10/2018, no one come to solve problem, last 6 days we are waiting.

    However i call other technician and paid him to fixed issues because of microtek will not listing customers under warranty.

    I am extremely disappointed microtek service & false promises with customer.

    Now i will put this on social media, you people are cheating, after sales no one is listing customer problems.

    This is very very poor service & false commitment from microteck.

      Total hopeless service of microtek. I have a microtek inverter of model sw900 which was defective so raised a complaint via online to your official website on 13th october, but from your company cc rekha gupta mailed me a service amount of 350/- instead and did not registered the complaint, then after my several request after 5 days she raised a complaint with no. Mjc5892614, then one your company engineer visited my house on 20th oct 2018, but he not even checked the inverter properly and said inverter was ok, problem was in battery, he demanded a 300/- inr and i was compelled to give the charge without any repair. Then, without getting any good response from microtek, i called a local elctrician who just in 5 min corrected my inverter, which was not able to be corrected by your big engineer and looted me by 300/- by microtek. So, this is the service of after sale support of your company. I raised you to refund my amount otherwise i will take further legal steps to recover my amount with compensation for harassment.

        Hello sir, i registed complaint for microtek ups 900 at 4/10/2018. The complaint no. Is mjc5824013. The engineer was come and continued repairing for one hour. When the fault no found. They say that inv is under water. I will not repaired it without money. They go without repair. The engineer was not full trained. My ups is not under water. Please check my inverter again from trained engineer. Otherwise then i will go to consumer court. One thing more when my ups is under water the engineer how did repair it one hour.

          Microtek is only a brand but not so helpful. I bought a ups shinwav 1500sbz invertor but there have much problem, which i long time ago complaints to more authority of microtek. They give a false statement for that complaint. They are not so helpful. The problem is i connect a computer with that invrtor but when the electricty gone the computer get restart, i complain but no hear my problem and this happen in only my case.

            Hi,
            I have Registered complaint regarding USP EB 700 VA Inverer on 30th July at 11:00 AM. complaint No. MJC5468380
            The complaint supposed to attended within 24hrs. but no one attended the same.
            I called several times at customer care, they given local service center contact No.[protected] but no one picking the calls.
            Also sent mail at [protected]@microtekdirect.com but no response.
            I really unhappy and unsatisfied with such kind of services and support. can you suggest the way forward and next action.

              My inverter is under warrenty and i complain on toll free customer care number. My inverter is not working and no responce from microtek customer support. When i call they said that we repair today but no one come and repair. In my house a little baby stay and many time electricitry gone so many problem we are faced but microtek did't listen.Since 6 days we faced this issue and four days completed of my complain registered in microtek. I call daily but no responce, wrost service of microtek.
              Today date- 19.07.2018
              complain date- 16.07.2018
              Microtek International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have been facing a probelm in the ivertor which is for the back up of my alignment machine since last 3 months, due to which my work is getting suffered.
              kindly look into the mattter and resolve it asap.

                Inverter is not working. Just called the toll free number mentioned in the website. The person took the phone and scolded me saying that you reside in Maharashtra and calling at delhi for complaint. Given an pune number to register complaint. Tried 2 days and nobody picked the phone. Registerd a complaint through a dealer.
                Its almost a week the complaint is registered and inverter is not working for more tha 10 days.No response. Being monsoon season, there are frequent power cuts. It is highly difficult to manage kids at night if power is not there.
                Microtek International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I know about service warranty means if customer call mail or wait till end yet to resolved issue for battery purchase after no response batt
                very worst service from backend of service part from madurai (tamilnadu)
                if we call them also improper service of attending calls and complaints

                  I purchased ac stabilizer em 4150+ on 22nd june 2018 and installed on 24th june 2018.
                  This piece stopped working on 29th june 2018.
                  I received called after logging complaint that service can only be provide from 11 am to 6 pm including sunday is off.
                  We both are working and can not be available at this particular time.
                  On request to engineer visit at after 6.30 pm, the customer care executive bluntly refused to provide service.
                  Detail of log are as follows:
                  1- file complaint on [protected] at around 10 am dated 30/06/2018. Complaint no: mjc5282784
                  2- received call from mr. Praveen (Ph [protected]) and said they work only from 11am to 6 pm at around 12 pm dated 30/06/2018.
                  3- called mr. Praveen (Ph [protected]) several time but number not received.
                  4- called on number[protected], customer care pick call and repeat same thing. He did not support to resolve issue.

                  Today i called microtek toll free number and they closed old complaint and raised new one.

                  How smartly they are playing with sr.

                  What a pathetic staff is working in such a big brand those a purely unsupported.
                  In fact microtek competitors are more supportive to resolve issue.

                  Please do not buy microtek products.

                  The engg. Who come to repair my inverter take the fault parts with them and replace the fauld parts with the repaired used parts and charge the rates of new unused parts. My complaint no.was MJC5278392

                    Please tell us is this correct price for this.

The reason I am told is non availability of drivers, which is unacceptable. The location is Pune station bus stand. I had customer care as well

                      For past one year every month i am lodging complaint about the invert-er each time service engineer come and repairs and go.
                      They replaced a second hand plate each time they change resistances.

                      Is this a new invertor each time they blame the battery, in fact this invert-er kicked off my two batteries too
                      This is last time next time ic am going legal in consumer forum

                        I have purchased above invertr from silicon enterprises, deshpandenagar, hubli on 3/8/14. Last month board burnt and replaced with new by paying 1700/-. Just after 15days again burnt. Tested all elec line n found correct. Dealer not provided any receipt for paid amt.. Now again demanding 1700to replace the board. If we pay every month 1700for board then what is the moto o[censored]r company? They told that company sending only repaired boards insted of new one.. They r giving worst service. Pl resolve this

                              Recently i purchased microtech inverter with sinewave technology model. Within a week of purchase the led display is not working. The retailer is not at all concerned about the product issue. Moreover shop keeper says microtech doesn't have spare leds in entire india. Please let me know what all things you need to proceed to fix this issue.

                                Since i bought the microtek inverter, im facing problem, inverter is functioning proper, till now PCB replaced, main button got replaced too, still inverter is not working.
                                Since last 7 days, inverter is closed and not in use, complained to microtek care but no one is responding.
                                Is this the way microtek serves, kindly send some engineer asap.

                                  I am having this ups, this is not working properly there are some auto cut problems and charging problems too, the ups continues to supply through it even if there is power supply from external main source and it charges only when the switch is turned off, these days its switch is also not working properly, technical help is needed, kindly get back to me

                                    Purchased a microtec stabiliser model no. 4130+, sl. No. 17cvsbaah37925 on dated 11/05/2017 from niladri auto electric by payment rs 4000.

                                    Again from 05/09/2017 same problem raised as earlier machine stop with displayed hi, in everymonth this is not tolerable so either please refund the amount and pick up the item otherwise i finally go to consumer forum for justice.

                                    Regarding this issue i lodged a complain previously and complaint no. Was mjc3420557 on dated 17/06/2017.

                                    And a technician attend and after completed the service within one hour same problem raised. He was changed a parts of stabiliser. When i contact him again within some time he said he already closed the complaint.

                                    After that again lodged a complain and complaint number was mjc3426145. After that a technician came and said previous technician fittings the spare parts in wrong direction.

                                    Again 16/07/2017 machine stop with display "hi".

                                    Againi lodged a complaint and complaint no. Is mjc3588907

                                    10/08/2017 again the product not working. Complaint no - mjc3732823 had registered on 11/08/2017

                                    How many time i suffered for one product.!

                                      सर मैने 2/4/2017 को झांसी उप्र से इनवर्टर मॉडल संख्या 1100AV मय यूपीएस नं 17bgqhfaz452017 खरीदा था जोकि अभी तक दो बार खराब हो गया है एक बार में स्वयं झांसी में सर्विस सेंटर पर जाकर सही करवा चुका हूँ परन्तु एक माह बाद फिर से खराब हो गया है और चार्जिंग नहीं बना रहा है मैंने 22/8/2017को टोलफ्री नंबर पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी जिसका नंबर MJC3789943 है लेकिन अब तक इस पर कोई भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया गया है और कंपनी के सर्विस इंजीनियर द्वारा घरेलू सर्विस न देकर अनावश्यक रुप से फोन कर करके आजकल आजकल करते हुए 120 किमी.दूर सर्विस सेंटर पर प्रोडक्ट को लेकर आने का दवाव बना रहे है
