I ordered a product from the miracas.com and when the product was dilivered to me then i found out quality issues so i raised a return request. After that i was provided an address at which i was asked to courier the product as there were no pickup facility. I couriered the product and it is alomost 3 weeks and i haven't got any details of my money which i should get after returning the product. It is a humble request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

My self rajesh mondal. I am from kolkata. I buy a blazzer jacket from micas international but i did not get my product. Due to change of my delivery address i was unable to receive the order. But the company did not refund my money. Please help me regarding this. I try to contact several of time to customer care of this company but they did not give me any response. Please help me out from this.

Order placed on 7th April17. I have ordered two products. Till now I haven't received any of the product. It's been more then month and half getting same tracking results saying stuck in Indian customs. Neither they receiving any calls nor replying to any messages. Worst online service ever.

I am yet to get back my money and they are not responding also.

I ordered a product frm ur website it was a tshirt and the order no. Is 80656. The size dint fit me so i returned d product and it reached ur warehouse on[protected]. Bt till nw i havnt been issued with d voucher. I regularly keep on caalln ur customer care bt every time i call them dey say that d representatives are busy den wat is d use of contacting d customer care wen are problems are not heard i am very unsatisfied with d services provided by ur website and havn. A bad experience. Plz consider my complaint as soon as possible.

Hi this is Kekhriesenuo seyie i had placed an order on three items dated 18th March 2017, out of which I have received only two so far. I tried several times to contact the customer care but the lines are always busy. This simply makes me wonder why they want us to call if at all they are not even available to pick our calls. And not only that I even mailed several times requesting to update about my orders which is still pending but till now I have not received any reply, and I really wonder what is this all about#not picking up calls n not responding mails#So unprofessional. So now I need a confirmation on whether my pending order will be delivered to me, if so when shall I expect and if not then I want to refund my money back. These are the orders for t -shirts from miracas international.
The two orders are delayed due to custom clearance at new Delhi international air port since April 28th -2017.
I have given complaint 10 ago but there is no response from miracas.com.
Kindly inform about the shipment of my orders immediately.
I don't understand why this much delay for the custom clearance.
I'm really very unhappy about the delivery of my orders.

I placed order on 13th March for 2201rs and tracking shows delivery delayed due to custom clearance from March 29. After then no news of the product even tried to contact them through phone calls, emails, messages, Facebook but no response from them. I want my product delivered or money refunded. It is really an unfortunate experience I have faced.

I had placed order worth RS 3000 on April first week. Till date haven't received my goods or any information from company. They show status as "delay due to unavoidable condition". I tried calling their call center number u which never works. I tried reaching them on Facebook page. They see the message but don't respond. They block your a comments on their page. My order number is83642.
I want this site to be declared as a hoax.
Please block them online.

The said two orders have been delayed due to custom clearance at New Delhi airport.
Already one month completed but I dint receive my orders.
Plz tell me the date of delivery.
I'm very unhappy about shipment. Tell me why this much delay for custom clearance?

My ORDER #83570, I placed a order worth Rs 1890/- on 31st March-17, I am trying to call customer care daily & email them too, but always the same response that customer care is busy and phone get disconnected. Not sure whether it is a fraud company. Very frustrated with such behaviour. I[censored] cannot deliver the product please refund. It's a hard earn money.

First time i ordered leisure suit jacket with collar button on 24 oct 2016. Order no:29851. After 2 months your company didn't delivered my product and refund my money. After that again i placed my ordered on 28 dec 2016 again your company couldn't delivered my order and refund my money. Third time i placed my order on 31 march 2017 my order no :68252 and still i am waiting for receiving my order.

I had ordered 2 jackets on miracas international market by paying online of rupees 3980/- on December 19th 2016 with order no 53966, I have not yet received the product and no refund of amount also. i tried contacting the customer care & mail queries as well but no response.

I had placed an order on miracas website on 12th march 2017 and my order no. 78948. But i have not received the product till now and its nearly two months. I have called customer care many times and also written to email but no response from miracas. Kindly pay me back my money if my product is not going to be delivered. If the product is on its way then atleast update the status.

I have made order since august, 2016, still they did not give the product and they also do not give refund in my miracas account as they mentioned in policy. Also they never pic call. Whenever they pic call said wrong number and disconnect phone. My order no. 19256 dated 08.09.2016 did not get refund.
Again i order 2 product order no.69191 & 72498 dated 10.02.207 and 04.03.2017 which i was returned but also did not get refund. Order 86672 in this i order two product but get only one. And still they did not refund. Total value is rs.2998/- they hold with since august 2016.

My ORDER #85892. I placed a order worth Rs10500/- I am trying to call/connect to customer care daily but always the same response that customer care is busy and phone get disconnected.
I want to change the address but they are not replying to my messages as well.
Please accelerate the issue so that i coul received my product (Costing 10440rs/-). Its really frustrating.

Its been more than 3 months.. I haven't receive my product. The first order was cancelled after 1 month. And then i order again (Order #64167)... But still i haven't receive my product yet even after more than 3 months. I haven't receive my product yet. So kindly if you can't processed my product. Do refund my money back. I can't able to wait for so long.

I have placed an order for a watch (order no 81899) on 24th March. Its been a month and I have not yet received my order. The order status on the website says it's pending at the customs and it might take 2-5 days. And this status has been there since the 11th of April.
The customer care numbers are not responding and the automated voice recording always says "the representatives are busy" and cuts the call.
Also there has been issues in the payment procedures. The payment was done twice at my end since the billdesk payment page expired during my first payment. I was assured that the payment would be refunded back but it's not yet done.

I ordered one from credit note as didn't received my previous product (Order #60059). I ordered another order #84918 with some additional amount but i haven't received the product. I ordered (Order order #84918) as on 5th april, 2017 but till date i haven't received. Every time it shows "delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by miracas international".

Its more than the given working days but neither i have received my product nor i received my refund amount. Even no one respond on miracas customer care mumbai[protected]. Its too frustating for me.
