My order hasn't arrived yet as it says that the package is been held in new delhi customs for clearance from 31 march.

Its been more than 2months.. I haven't receive my product. The order status on the website says it's pending at the customs and it might take 2-5 days. And this status has been there since the 31st march

Hi Team,

I have placed an order yesterday. I didn't get any details of estimated delivery date, now I can able to track the order and found that the estimated dispatch date will be May 10, 2017.
I have booked a blazer for my wedding. I need the order to get delivered by this weekend. i.e. 28-Apr-2017.
Can you please confirm the same or else please let me know how to cancel the order. I am trying to call customer care number, it was busy.

I had order one dress ORDER #8977 on 7th june 2016 i received product bust size was small so i ordered for another ORDER #11203 but it was showing that the product stuck in custom then it got cancelled and i again ordered another product ORDER #20160 same issue happened with the product and i didnt receive it then again i ordered product ORDER #55589 here also they took some time and then showed same reason of custom and didnt delivered product and i got credit amount which i need to shop there so i again ordered ORDER #80037 it is almost one year now and my amount is stuck with this fraud site, they never deliver product they just show updates and then same reason they post on our order history and after some days it goes to credit amount which we are not able to withdraw and not getting product also god know to how many people they have made fool, they are such an fraud ###### who is making people fool who trusted them. i called so many times on their no its always busy, no reply on msg they are helpless ######, ##### god will never forgive them who just makes people fool

I ordered one shirt from credit note as didn't received my previous product (Order #62045). I ordered shirt order #78922 with some additional amount but i haven't received the product. I ordered (Order order #78922) as on 12th march, 2017 but till date i haven't received. Every time it shows "delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by miracas international".

Its more than the given working days but neither i have received my product nor i received my refund amount. Even no one respond on miracas customer care mumbai[protected]. Its too frustating for me.

Kindly refund my amount asap.

I had ordered something in Diwali 2016, somehow it could not reached to me, i had raised a complaint, after few months refund given as Credit note, again ordered something which never came & got credit note, third time also ordered from credit note & it never came, it is stuck with customs, always in last 6months my money 2000 INR is stuck with company where i have not received anything, no material no refund, the same process always the company does, no one responds on mail,
Their number is not reachable since last 9 months.
What to do,

My order id is 80400. I m trying to call/connect to customer care daily but always the same response that customer care is busy and phone get disconnected. I ordered on 18th march but still unable to receive the product. Please accelerate the issue so that i coul received my product (Costing 2201 rs/-). Its really frustrating to wait so long for the product.

I have ordered a product from this company (Mircas) before a month back. Have not still received the product or refund in spite of multiple mails & calls. Think so it’s a fake company which operates from honk kong. Met may people who have ordered from this company and none have received the product/money.

Lot of money has been cheated from the indian customers thru miracs.

Request you to kindly take some strong action against such company who act immorally.

Hi,

I ordered a blazer from miracas and returned it due to size issues. I have got a confirmation that the product has been returned to the company and they have said that a voucher will appear on the time of next order's checkout

When i try to pay for my next order no voucher is getting applied. I tried calling the customer care n number of times but it states that the number is always busy and guess the number is a fake number[protected].

Still i am not able to contact them or get my voucher back.

I have been waiting for My product for almost 2 months now and I never received any reply from customer care. They stole my Money. Their customer care number does not work. The address provided on their website is fake. They don't respond to customer s email and message. The don't have an option for cash on delivery. They will steal your money and you will never receive your products

It shows heights of irresponsibility towards valued customers like me what you guys are thinking i purchased one product then awaited for 2 months still haven't received any feedback no cashback, i need my money back or product i can't wait anymore... If i wont get my money back with in 24 hrs i will going to file a case in consumer court.

I ordered a blazer on 12/2/17 worth Rs.2541. And I still don't get the status about where the product is. And how much time it would take to deliver the same. I paid the amount through DEBIT CARD. And the customer care support is worst. So please send me the order status and refund me the amount or deliver the product as soon as possible.

I had placed my order on 17th feb 2017, till now (11th april 2017) i haven't received it. The delivery status was within 7 days. They have already taken the money. Many others have the same problem. So please take action against this fraud company. They are not responding to any of the emails or customer service. They website just say clearing at customs at delhi airport but it showing from last 2 months.
