I have order a two blazers from your website. my delivery is suppose to be on 31st jan 2017 for one blazers but I didnt receive yet . my order no is #62955. and wen i tracking my order its showing its delay due to custom and it will take 2 to 5 working day but its already more 7days kindly let me when will get my order product. wen i am trying to contact on customer care all time its say they busy... i am not happy with service ... i have order one more blazer it suppose to reach today but now showing as previous order delay due custom clearance.

    I have cancelled the order but company does not give me money back .even their customer service no always busy . they does not reply SMS/email .. Just cheating company. They are cheating with me last 7 month .. What can I do with this company. I want to complain the customer forum so that they return my money or give me my desire product . please do something for me.

      Dear Sir/Madam I have ordered my product since Dec 31 2016 but till date(i.e 01Feb 2017) I didn't get it. My product ID is ORDER #58900. Please solved this matter as fast as possible. I also try to track it but for 15-20 days it got stuck in New Delhi International Airpot.
      Since there is no cash on delivery service so i already paid for the product through online service for a price of Rs.1990.00. The product that i ordered is for Males jacket(Solid Colored Plaid Neckline Zipper Jacket).

        Hello, The above mention order for "Leisure Suit Jacket With Collar Button
        Medium 1" i have booked on Miracast online shopping but still not placed for the date and pass more than 10 days I can't contact them through their contact no. It's automatic disconnecting now I know need for this order just cancel and want ti refund my money for same bank. Or else tell there is any other option to take care of my money like EBS payment gateway.

          My nephew has placed an order on Dec 18th, 2016 bearing the order no. 53218. The payment has already been done online and it has been 45 days and the product has not been delivered yet. Checking the reviews on google, I have got to know that this company is a mess and delays all the order with poor customer care services. Either delivery or refund of money is appreciable.

            I have placed a order no.40872 on 1 dec till now i have not receive my product. they were not received my call and not bother to replied my msg.and then i contact with ebs payment gateway ..and suddenly miracas send me a msg like your order is cancelled. And they gave me a voucher of amount Rs. 1691 ..and i have orderd another product and they are sending me me different product so want to cancel product ..and again they were send me a msg about courrier charges and all ..please help me to refund my same amount to my account ..

              I have purchased one cotton cargo through miracas.com on 4th december 2016 also i have paid through credit card and still i have not received the product. The company is not replying through mail and the contact no is always busy so there is no option of communication between the company and the customer. Now i just the product delivered to me asap or i want the refund.

                Hi Team,
                I placed an order with Miracas onlineon Jan 9, 2017.The order no. is 61507 which has 3 products.They delivered 2 product which i had to return due to quality issues. I Have mailed to them on their id - [protected]@miracas.com.
                But there is no reply yet. No Refund has been processed. I Have requested them to give me the refund for the whole order in my account as it 's already been 16 days. Their customer care no.[protected] is always busy and disconnects after a voice message.

                I am really fed up with such a bad service from them. Neither their clothes nor their services are good.

                I want my refund amount of 3459 along with courier charges (for reverse delivery) of Rs. 200 back into my account.

                I bought a sleeve last month, already paid online but the product is still pending for delivery, says custom clearance in New Delhi 2_5 working days.Now it's 10 day my product is not delivered from the dispatch date and a month since I bought .Is this site really scam like other posted.hoping for a reply Miracus

                    I placed an order on miracs.com on 14-oct-2016.
                    The cost of the product is rs 4290 at the time of order i asked your team on messenger the tentative delivery date of this product and they told me that it will take around 15 days from the date of order placed. But my product not delivered till now.
                    I called up many time to customer care but they never picked my call.
                    After many follow ups on messenger your team replied on 17-dec-16 that your order has been cancelled as we are unable to deliver the product.
                    I asked about my refund amount but they didn’t reply and closed my conversation. Now i am unable to ask any question to miracas team.

                    Now want my refund of inr 4290.

                      Yesterday I hav paid 3136.50 rupees to miracas international by signing in though facebook in order to purchase a blazer. Money deducted from my account but till now I hav not received any massage or email from dis comapany. I hav send dem mail along wid net banking slip bt no reply came frm dere. Plz help me out. I think dis company is a fraud.

                      I don't what is happening here. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Miracas is nt online shopping store its a fake website. But nobody wants to take any disciplinary action against it.

I order it on 15 december 2016, and i try to call the Customer but call can not be connected, and after payment i dont get any tracking id which is provided by the site.                               I haven't received my trousers which i had ordered somedays before. And i only got my t-shirt which i ordered. And everytime i try to contact customer care, they don't respond to the call or messages. And i have paid in advance to them via TRUSTPAY. Thus I think this is a scam to me... I just want my delivery to be as soon as possible because I have to gift it to my brother. Who's marriage is going to happen in this month...

                                But I am a little confused about your product and service as I read so many complains about it . So I want to cancel it . I am trying since Saturday morning to contact your customer care number but no one picked my phone .

                                  Order no 56585. I had placed my order on dec 25 2016 for 2 leather jackets. I had paid 4063 rupees. Tracking status says its delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances at Indian cutomes Delhi. Customer care isnt replying to my messages. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan 11 2017. I need this product very soon for an occassion. Please help me in this regard.

                                      I placed a pre-paid order of a jacket on 12th December (order no 50432) and delivery time was supposed to be 29th Dec. But on 29th Dec the status started showing that it's stuck at the custom at Delhi airport and still after more than a month the status is same. Tried calling them a number of times but customer care is always busy (pre-recorded message) and they never respond to the mails, messages and FB messages. This is a fraudulent company and it should be banned and a strict action should be taken against them. They are neither delivering the product nor refunding the money.

                                        I purchased a blazer on 24-Dec-2016 and the expected date of delivery was around 11th-jan-2017 but I haven't received the order yet. I have called the customer care but they didn't pick the phone. I wrote an email to them but still no reply. I tried to talk to them on facebook but still no reply from their end. The closed the ticket on their website without answering.
