My order num#60540 has been placed before 3 months and your shipping message dated[protected]. After a long and prolonged discussion with a irresponsible MIRACAS customer service. I'm feed up with your stupid answers and finally after 80 days period you have come with a stupid solution of refunding my money in miracas account. After having such a worst experience with your company. Would any fool order things from your site. You have failed to send our products and asking us to order one more from your site. what is the guarantee that this product would reach me. So I don't want any products from site, it's enough now. Let's close the deal and refund my money back. I want proper explanation for this.

Ordered a jacket on 1st february 2017. It's been 2 months and i haven't received my order yet. I have sent many mails and messages on their message support system. I did not get any response from them. I tried to call them even but always busy. My order number is 54124. Now it is becoming more frustrating. I saw others are having same problem with this site. Now i think it is a fraud site. If they are not able to deliver then i want my refund in my bank account not in points on miracas. Prompt response is expected...

I am already ordered a long sleev t-shirt on[protected]:41:21. Untill this time miracas not responding. I didn't get any message or mail from their office. I am already paid rs. 1266.50 by online payment. (Id: e1ef636f00329dd6fd77). They are making only online payment. No cash on delivery payment. That means it is a cheating company. They cheated me. I lost my money. Then again they are showing their new products through facebook for cheating the people. Pls arrange to give my order number or pls payback my money. I had ordered item from here but there is a size mismatch so I need to return and change size for the product, since the return request is not available I have sent this via courier as mentioned in there site courier is received and still they have not credited my money as they have mentioned in they will provide voucher/store credits and I can re order the product

I had placed my order on 13th feb, 17 for a blazer. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 1st march, 17. On 1st march, it started showing that the delivery has been delayed due to custom clearance in delhi and will take max of 2-5 days. It has been more than 2 weeks but don't know for them when their 2-5 days will be over. The customer care number provided is also fake. I have been trying since then and tried for more than 100 times, still unable to get in contact. I need them to cancel the order and i need full refund of my product to my bank account not in their wallet. Else i will have to take other steps against the company and will have to file a case against the company.

It's March 13th & Still haven't received the item which was ordered on 12th feb.
Like others even mine product status is showing as under customs in Delhi.
There is a customer care no which will be never answered, a mail id which is not operational.
And it's a fraud company & we all have been trapped.

I had placed an order on 31st Jan'17. There is no status on my order. I have sent innumerable emails and tried calling the customer care no. However, no one ever picks up.

Its been almost two months now. No one seems to be answerable as to provide my product or atleast provide the status.

Seem like a fraud site to me and no other customer should face this. This site should be closed asap.

I had ordered a baseball jacket on 22nd of jan 2017 the order no. is 5680 was not delivered yet, i had tried to communicate the team miracas regarding about my order, but could not gets on given no. That is..[protected], and also i had send a messages on miracas messages base system, but the message was still pending and know one is replying my messages at all, and its only showing that the products is at Delhi airport for customs clearance, why it took so long for custom clearance...?

On feb 14th i order a blazer with order id 72540.
it has be delivered in 2nd march 17.
but on 1st april i got a message that it was strucked in customs clearance in new delhi. & will deliver the product with in 5 days. till now it i didnt received any details about that product..
i buy it for marriage..
now i want them to cal back & deliver the product in 2 days or cancel the product & get refund in 2 days

I placed the order #61216 on January 8 2017 and have still not received it. The order status has been saying "pending with Delhi customs airport" since January 24 2017. They haven't responded in spite of me pinging them on Facebook multiple times. Their customer service number is unreachable. They have not responded to my emails either. I have been following up god knows how many times. Kindly help.
