I ordered one "Beautiful Flower Printed Blue And White Aline Dress" bearing ORDER #54577 on Dec 20th 2016 for which I paid (Rs. 1181.50) in advance. But I have not received it yet. It was mentioned in the website that I would receive my product by 1st week of January. But I have not received it till today. I have mailed them regarding my concerns. I also sent messages in their Facebook page and also through their messaging service. But none of my messages were replied to by Miracas. I also tried calling their customer care, but their customer representatives are always busy.
I am also not able to track the order as it is showing that my order is stuck at Delhi Airport for Custom clearance. But I am not able to get any details of the estimated date of arrival of my product. How can it be stuck for Custom clearance for so many days? I just want my product for which I made the payment in advance. If that is not possible, I want my money back in my Bank Account, not in their store credit/ eWallet. There is no option to transfer the money from their wallet to the bank account. There is also no option to cancel/return the order. This is just a group of fraudsters, who are fooling people and sucking their hard earned money. Please help me. I think there are a lot of people like me who have experienced the same. Please help.
