My self has placed a prepaid order (ORDER #43904) on 25th Nov'16 but even after 50 days, my parcel has not been delivered to me.
During tracking it is pending since 13 Dec'16 for custom clearance at New Delhi. Neither any update from their end nor any apology, even i am not getting response of my e-mail. Customer care number[protected] is busy all the time.

Kindly help me to get my money back to my account...

My order id is 57319 from miracas. From 12 th Jan it is showing that it is in custom clearence in New Delhi thought it took a long week scheduled time to do this before. Moreover on 11th it showed that custom clearence has cleared but now it backtracked.It was supposed to be dispatched from Delhi International Airport a couple of days ago. Although, surprisingly, even after 72 hours, it is still in there. I have asked its status sometimes...

I have ordered a product (49461) from www.miracas.com on 14th december 2016, even after waiting for more than a month i have not received the product. They have given there no. On site but every time i tried to call them, computer replies that lines are busy. I just need my product asap or my money back.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as many people have given negative reviews against the service of this...

I made a prepaid online order (Blazer) from miracas on dec. 19, 2016, as this company is highly advertised on facebook. As i placed the order, they messaged that the order is placed with order no. 53874. I got to know that they import from hongkong all products after placing the order. Their customer care no.in pune, maharashtra also does not exist. It happens to be a fraud company as i later came to know about. They siphoned off my money...

This co is fraud they don't even reply, I have paid 1800₹ to them for a blazer it has been a month still waiting the goods has stuck somewhere in Delhi, since Jan 4th.
We should immediately complain about this co in consumer FORUM.

I placed an order on 28th november 2016. I ordered for small collared leather sleeved side pocket zipper jacket order number #45167 and i paid an amount of rs 2290 through credit card. And till date ie 11th january 2017 i haven't got any information regarding my order.
