Hi,

I placed an order with the company on 10/12/ 2016 and when on december 27/12/2016 my tracking no ORDER#49058 i tracked the order status which showed at delhi custom clearance and when today, i tracked my order then, it showed me the same response.

It's one month and up and i have had a very bad experience with the company.

I would like return of my money in my bank account or delivery of the product in a good condition.

Please take a stricter action against the company, as its customer care people are not responding and the number is busy.

    Placed an order(42768)on the miracas mobile application and paid for it in advance but its been more than 2 months and i hvnt received the item yet.Even the customer support unit doesnt response.This site has cheated many peoples across the country, you should take a strong action against it and arrest the owner.i hve mailed, messaged and even tried to contact them on fb but they have blocked me on facebook.

      Dear sir i Purchase online blazer on 06/01/2017 on following web site Miracas.com but it shows delivered on 25/01/2017 which cant fulfill my time requirement. it is received after the date of occasion so i contact to customer care[protected] but all there representatives are busy no one is answer to my calls so i mail to cancel my order and refund my money.

        Hi,

        I placed an order with the company on november 27, 2016 and when on december 16, 2016 i tracked the order status which showed at delhi custom clearance and when today, i tracked my order then, it showed me the same response.

        It's one month and up and i have had a very bad experience with the company.

        I would like return of my money in my bank account or delivery of the product in a good condition.

        Please take a stricter action against the company, as its customer care people are not responding and the number is busy.

        It's a sheer tactical step taken by the company to earn money and to bluff the customers by not delivering the products.

          My name is sandeep. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have ordered a one button designed simple leisure suit with order #45479 from online website of Miracas. And have returned the product through DTDC courier as the fitting is not good. and they have received the product. I have sent several messages to them but they are not responding. The customer care number is[protected]. and every time I get only one recorded message "All our reps are busy, please call back". I have sent several messages to respond and return the amount of Rs.2790 + Rs. 120 (courier charges) into the account or add to the miracas account so that I can go for the next purchase with them. Still they are not responding. Also they claim that the product will be delivered from hongkong dont know is it correct or not. Please, do the needful at the earliest.

                I have order one product with the Miracas International Online shopping on 4th December 2016, But still the product is not getting delivered to me since 20th December 2016 till today that is 31st December 2016 it's showing product is under custom clearance at New Delhi Airport.I tried calling their helpline number which is [protected] but it always shows all executive are busy and every time call gets automatically disconnect after that I have send many emails to them on [protected]@miracas.com but still no revert from there side.My order ID with them is 47160.I want to get the refund for the amount of 3398/- which I have paid through credit card.Please assist me in getting the refund for the amount I paid to them.

                  I have placed order on Nov 29, 2016 and expected Dispatched date was Dec 16, 2016 from Delhi as mentioned on tracking chart and when i logged for checking Dispatch status, it says 'Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi." and "Delayed due to uncontrolled circumstances. Your order is pending with Indian Customs at the Delhi International Airport. We are in the process of clearing the shipment on your behalf. This can take 2-5 working days depending on various parameters. Please note that there is no additional cost as customs clearance is a free service provided by Miracas International...order no. Is 41789 for a Korean winter warm padded jacket. Please take necessary action. I am spreading a word through Facebook, what's app and Twitter not to buy from this website and asking my friends to post on their walls too. Need action asap.

                    I have been trying to buzz Miracas customer support pertaining to my order, which has been stuck in Delhi airport at customs clearance. There is no response on facebook and no response on their messaging support app on their website, looks like this is a fraud company and scamming people around. Don't even think to buy anything from this website.

                      Hello,
                      I want to say that i made two purchase from Miracas International in the last few days and both orders have shown unusual tracking activity. I have already listed one case as complainin your site. In other case with order id # 48157, though it was just yesterday when the tracking was showing that all procedures are completed and the only remaining one is a rechecking before delivery, today strangely the update changed and the tracking is showing that there is a pause in shipping due to undergoing of custom clearence( which according to yesterday was already completed) in New Delhi.
                      Today I came to know from reviews in google about Miracas that they are least liable source for online shopping. They neither contact customers nor let customers reach them. There are some customers who even never get their product or money after waiting for long.

                      This quary is not only for me. Its for all the customers who faced problem before and those who are willing to buy product from them in future.

                      Please contact them and make them to go in right track.

                          Today at around 6 pm I ordered a blazer with order id #57319 from Micaras using my debit card. Though a message from bank says that the transaction is completed successfully and the amout 3391 inr is removed from my acount, i got two mails one after another of which one telling that the transaction is completed and the other is telling that transaction is failed. I do not see any progress in the tracking of the order either.
                          I messaged them in inbox but didnt get any reply.
                          Please do whatever you can. I want either my money back in my bank acount or i want the product as i wished.

                            The order was placed on Sep 30, 2016. The order got cancelled as it was got stuck in custome

                            I got a message on my miracas id that the order stands cancelled due to custome issue the refund is made in ur miracas account

                            I don't want the refund in miracas account, I have made the payment with my credit card, u want the refund back in same . Please do the need full

                            Miracas custome care number is always busy none of the representatives b free at any time I call and the call gets disconnected

                            Even on the miracas message box (customer care ) I have messaged so many times for the refund in my credit card

                            No reply from there too

                                I have ordered a product on 11 December & it has been 16 days till now but there is no response from the Miracas team about the delivery. I have done a online transaction and the is no response from the customer care either. I just want a refund amount if the delivery is not possible. In website it is shown that the product will be delivered within 15 days but i t has been 16 days and my product is not dispatched & i dont even get any message from the Miracas.

                                  They didn't deliver my item worth 2690/- placed in January last year and to this date have not refunded my money. They told it'll be delivered within 15 dys after which I inquired. They kept on assuring me that it was due to custom delay. After 3 months of nagging they replied me that the order can't be fulfilled as the item went out of stock. Well they shouldn't have taken the order itself then!! They then refused to refund my money and issued me a voucher which doesn't work. Please help me get my.money back. The customer care is not available and they have really harassed me a lot. Please help.

                                    This complaint is regarding my order placed on 13th Nov. 2016 of High Quality Leisure Blazer - 6815. As per Company profile mentioned in delivery column the product should be delivered to me within a month but after month and half still not delivered. As per company's track record product is still in custom clearance in new Delhi from 29th Nov. 2016 and also mentioned that clearance will be done within 1 to 4 working days.But after more than 10 days the product is still stuck in custom for clearance in New Delhi. All most one and half month I don't receive my order and I already sent a massage dated 12/12/2016 for information about the product but no massage or no communication is made by the company yet. So I humbly request you to refund my money.

                                        I've ordered for a jacket bearing a order No: 14493 with this site, on[protected]. it was a prepaid order, since they couldnt deliver it on time they automatically cancelled the order without my concern stating that order cannot be fulfilled, also they do not refund the cash in the respective bank account they refund only by store credits. so i again ordered for the product same product with order no: 13506. and finally it was delivered on[protected], since there was a size issue i wanted to return the product and i returned the product, as usual i received the store credits and again a new order was placed on[protected]. again they couldnt deliver on time hence order was cancelled by them without my concern and store credits was issued, pls help in in this regard to get my refund back in my respective bank account.
