    I ordered two products on miracas.com on 11th DEC 2016, relating to which my order number is #49758. Total payment was made via online amounting to Rs. 2, 427.60. I received one of the product I ordered but there has been no update on other product of my order since then and the 2nd Order amount was high. I tried to reach out to their customer care via email, messages and phone but all in vain, neither call connects to provided number[protected] despite trying from different numbers numerous times) nor they reply to messages/email. It has been around 15 days since I made the order but there is no further development and no communication regarding the same from the company. My emial id [protected]@gmail.com

      There is an issue with my order which i placed, Oder Placed on 19th Nov but still there is no confirmation when you will provide. I have already dropped u mail but no response I have dropped you a message also but there in no response, ([protected]) this customer no is fake i am not able to make a call and speak to you. this is very shame less from your side. i need quick update or else refund my money.

        This company is totally a BS...
        Even you packed my order wrongly..and there is no return for this product..
        Not even a single phone cal you are attending..
        I am seriously fed up with your product & a waste of money for me..
        Please don't believe them...
        They are totally a waste..

          Greetings for the day,

          I had placed an order on 9th September on miracas.com and i have been following up for the order from quite a long time. Everytime i give a call to the customer support the only answer i used to get is "You will receive your shipment shortly" which has never happened. Now a few days back i get a message on 1st December stating "Your order 8063 has been cancelled. If you are unaware of the reason, please contact the customer care here by replying back to this message." This is very unethical and my entire amount has been transferred to the miracas wallet. I dont wish to buy any further items from the so called international brand which takes infinite time to deliver the products.

Total payment was made via credit card amounting to Rs.4122. on 25th Nov 2016, I received one of the product I ordered but there has been no update on other product of my order since then. I tried to reach out to their customer care via email, messages and phone but all in vain, neither call connects to provided number[protected] despite trying from different numbers numerous times) nor they reply to messages/email.               Hi Team,

              My name is Prabhat Kumar Srivastava and my order number is 41268. I placed the order on 19 Nov and it was expected that it would be delivered by 7 Dec but from 6 Dec they are showing that it is in custom clearance and no one is taking calls or texts. I paid Rs 2499 for that order and now I am scared that they are fraud.

                I have done payment 5280 rupees by online transaction but not received any order confirmation message by miracus. And after payment order show in cart.. Not show order list in done order... After payment by online transaction not received order confirmation message and not done my order. Please resolve my problem...                   I have placed an order, order number 35406 for a blazer on 3rd nov, 2016. 43 days has passed but the order not yet received. I am attaching the image as well. Many times called on their customer support number :[protected], but all the representatives are busy, all the time! No one picks up the call and no one answers at all. I regularly check the status of the order. It is at delhi customs, stuck for 4 weeks? When it will be cleared and when it will be delivered? I paid rs 3690rs : (, my hard earned money : (Please make the order reach me, complete the delivery, so that i can get the ordered product. Site had good product, but such delay & bad service is making things worse. : (Clear the order from custom and send it to the given address. I paid for that

                    I had ordered a product on 31st Oct. It has been not delivered to me yet. In the "track my order" section it says that the order is undergoing custom clearance in New Delhi. And this was updated on Nov 16. Today is 15th Dec and still i don't have any update. You looters either deliver the product or return my money back ASAP else i will take this issue to the consumer court. My order # is 33851

                      I order one blazer by order no. 38701 on12th Nov 2016 but till date I didn't receive my order of Rs. 4000/- around . I called to your customer care no. Also but you have put this on auto reply mode . Mail is also on auto reply mode . You blocked my I'd on Facebook too. Please refund my amount asap. I have seen lots of complaints that you are not dispatching or refunding the amount .

                            I order trench coat from miracas site on 2nd week of november.expected delivery was on 30 November 2016.I tried calling them no of times but there is no to talk, all are busy.I mailed them but there is machine generated reply, i messaged them.But no one is present to provide customer support.i messaged them on facebook also, but there is no one to reply .this is very unprofessional . they don't provide customer services.

                                Haven't receive my order it stuck twice at the Indian Airport at custom clearance. I don't think you can manage to deliver this order to me . Please return my money back to me instead of giving me point in the application.

                                  HI Team,
                                  I placed an order yesterday 06 dec 2016 - ORDER #47797 at Miracas for rs 4913.. The items were winter coats, as we planned for a vocation at the end of this month. But unfortunately we had to cancel the vocation plan and so we may not need the winter coats any more. I wanted to cancel the order but found no option to do so and also tried calling the customer care many times and was not able to reach them. Now i am worried about my money. Kindly do the needful.

                                        I have ordered jacket worth rs 2890 on October 1st but till now I haven't received my order, and I am not able to their customers care as every time I called I received an automated voice after which call gets disconnected.
                                        I am really pissed off with the way this company gives false promises.
                                        I have already awared my known about this filthy website..
                                        I want some serious actions against this fraudsters as to give them a lesson..
