    I have ordered two jackets in this for which i paid rs. 4148 by debit card. My payment id is 63471444. I had placed my order on 21/11/2016, where it was shown that delivery will be made on next 7 days. But, now as it has crossed more than 10 days, I am little worried for my money. I want my order to be delivered or refund my money in account as soon as possible. I am too depressed because of it as nowadays when everybody is using online shopping. This type of act is highly regretted.

      I have also placed an order on Nov 8 and my order number is 37278. It was supposed to get dispatched to me on Nov 25 and now they are telling me that due to unavoidable circumstances my product is pending at Delhi customs. I have raised complaints regarding the matter but till now i dint get any positive response from their side.
      I have seen many complaints of miracas and now i feel that they are not going to deliver the product. What can i do if they are not delivering the product or else refund my money back. Please help.

        I ordered a sweatshirt on 11 Nov 2016. The order is not yet received. Is this some kind of cheat that you are doing to me.
        If not so then please reply or else I have to file a complaint to the consumer forum.
        And when I am trying to call on customer service. They are replying with prerecorded voice that they are busy.

          I have cancelled my Order No. 39801 on 15.11.2016, Their site is showing the order is refunded but I have not received any amount back and neither their Customer Care responding to my messages.
          How much time they will need to refund the money back ???

          If you don't know how to do business better to close it. At least don't make fool of your customers . BC Fraud Company.

            Order place on 5th OCT 2016 at that time product supposed to deliver on 17 th but i had received on 22nd OCT in whch i had received only one product but another product still i didn't received.customer care guy Mr. Sandip giving fake commitement tht u will receive with in 2 days . This he is saying from last one omnth bt still result is zero .i didnt received it. When today i had call to customer car hey againg said wait for 4-5days.               I had ordered a blazer on july 16 (order no 12853) after 2 months they cancelled the order and refunded the amount in miracas account with with i had to order the same blazer again with no choice left, i ordered it again on oct 5 2016 (order no 15387), and it was supposed to deliver on oct 21 2016 after all formalities, but i still dint get my order, texted several times but ended with auto reply, customer care number never gets connected. its just a fraud company with no COD option aswell.

                Are you all drunked people doing the business, everytime you are sending the wrong products. What is this? I will complain to the consumer forum, and had already written a letter to to pm narendra modi jee. For your company.in a single order you are sending partially and out of the placed order i had recieved 2 wrong products, i still not recieved one of my products. No one picks the call or make a call back. Very poor. The worst online service and are fraud company. Displaying beautiful designs and sending wrong products.

                    Order of 'Simple One Button Designed Leisure Suit ' placed online via Miracas website on Oct 12, 2016 and payment of INR 3690 done by debit card

                    3) It has been 37 days and I still haven't received the product.

                      Hi, I ordered my Product on 16th Nov and due to some reasons I want to cancel the product so just after 5 mins I looked for a way to cancel the order. I didn't find one so I send a mail to them and also called them but no reply after that they redirected me to their messaging services. I messaged them but no reply and when I track my product they are processing it I don't know why.
                      I am trying to call and mess them since morning more than 50 times but everything goes in vain.

                      This is the first time I submitted a complaint at this site. I just want to ask whether submitting a complaint really solves the problem or this is just for warning others?
                      Hi, I ordered my Product on Jan 10th and I Dint Get My Product Till Now i Dont Knw I Think This Should Be Fraud Company i Already Paid Money in Debit Card i dont How To Cancel There Us No Response From Customer Care at All Dont Order From This Faurd Company
                      Below is the screenshot.
                      Harsha - Trust me you can't do anything and the best part is the quality of the product is worst than you ever imagine.
                      And now if you cancel the product or return it after 2-3 weeks you will get your money in the form of credit store so you have to buy something else because you don't have other option.
                      Now if you buy again then it will take approximately 3-4 month to get the new product as it will be shipped from Singapore or Hongkong and it has to get custom clearance.

                      And again the best part is U will get the worst product ever.

                      And posting here or any consumer site is of no use.

                      I had already tried everything.

                      Sorry to say but you can only do one thing just forgot about your money.

                              I tried calling more than 50 times to the customer care number[protected] throughout the week but i am always getting a response that "All the customer care executives are busy, please call later." This was really frustrating. It's been more than 4 months i did not receive my refund.

                              When i called them again they said that they still did not receive the product. How come this happens, Miracas people have arranged the reverse pickup and it's their responsibility to track the courier not mine.

                              I returned it on 14 august and i have all the receipts but no body takes care of it. It seems like they are not afraid of the law.

                                  I ordered a winter long coat a month ago and paid through online mode for it. The cost of the coat is Rs. 2590. As the Cash on delivery in Noida region was not available I had to go for payment through online mode. After a week I started to contact the customer care service of Miracas through the number which they provided me. But was not able to talk to their executives as they were always busy or sometimes available. I tried them multiple times but no result. So now I am filing this complaint.

                                        I Mahantesh Chougala has placed an order on MIRACAS online shopping of SLIM LONG SLEEVED ONE BUTTON CASUAL SUIT, ORDER No #26189 on Date: 9 October 2016. Where I have already made the payment of Rs.2290/- through online. But I have not received the placed order or nor Refund of the payment.
