Hello, Mayur this side. Actually, I placed an order on 9 step 2016 but it was 24 days passed and didn't received my order.Ever time I put a message. A automated message come by Miracas that your order is in process and we try to deliver it to you ASAP. However didn't received up till now.Not even I received a shipment number.This is my first time with Miracas and such a worst experience. They provide the customer care number and every time teller machine says all are customer care representatives are busy. how it can be possible that every time I call they are busy and that to from 24 days and every day, night, morning and evening. Such a fakers and trying to fool us. And I typed a message please provide me as soon as possible my order but again they say in process or provide me the customer care number which is not reachable.Please see the conversation below which I got from t

Such a ridiculous and worst feedback for them. And they do not care customer satisfaction and Miracas flourish without customer care. I do not order again with Miracas and don't suggest anyone to buy from Miracas. Also if I don't received a order after this . I will go for legal action.
Miracas International customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This not the way to treat customers after taking the money for the clothes.
