I have ordered for a casual blazer from miracas international on 7sep order no-16487 which was supposed to be delivered by october 2. But its been almost two months i have not received it. I am tired to get in touch with the customer care, every times its coming busy busy. I mailed them but no response. It is written in there page that if i paid for something and have not received the product with in 30 days, they will refund the money. But its been two months neithet i got my product nor my money. Totally disappointed by this pathetic service of miracas international

    I have placed my order (order no. 19960) on 12th september and it's almost 2 months, it has not been dispatched.

    In the tracker its showing custom clearance from 22nd september which will take 2-5 working days. but still there is no update.

    This is unacceptable service rom miracas, when contact the customer service team got a silly response "dear customer, your order is in process and we are trying our level best to bring the product as soon as possible to you. team @ miracas"

    The worst every customer service witnessed.

    I also called the customer service team and they have no further update. is this the way you retain your customers???

    I also asked for cancellation and refund. i was advised that the amount (rs. 2990) will be given as credit voucher and i will not get it in my bank account or the credit card from where i paid.

    This is really strange. this way your company is just blackmailing the customers and keeping their money. fraud service.

    They are making fool of customers.

    I need my money back in my account at any cost.

    The order were cancelled because after two months I had not received the dresses. I am still awaiting for the voucher for the amount that was paid. Everytime you call the no it is busy and not able to reach the customer care team.
    This not the way to treat customers after taking the money for the clothes.
    I had placed an order on mirCas for casual blazer on October 9 2016, order no 26189 but I have not yet received the order till date...plz get this ploblem solved as early as possible.

      MIracas has been cancelling the orders since Apr 09, 2016. They have this usual procedure of taking the order, then keeping it on hold for around a month or so making false promises and then they finally cancel the order citing some reason. This has already taken place 3 times ( Apr 09, 2016, Apr 25, 2016, Jun 29, 2016). Their finally reason in all the cases have been that they could not get the custom clearance. When I request them to return the money in my Savings account they do not reply to the messages. Am sending the proof of all the conversations. This is a mental harassment and I want stringent action against Miracas at the earliest.

        I had order 3 T-Shirts from Miracas.com on 28th Aug 2016 for a value of Rs. 4383/-. I have till date received only one t-shirt of Rs. 1390/- from them and the rest two of value Rs. 3480/- are yet to be delivered. I have tried calling on the customer care number several times but it is always busy. I have complained several times through mail and message but I receive a standard reply that "we are looking into your complaint".
        It has been more than 45 days that I have received the product or any update from them. I have even written to them of filing a consumer complaint they have not replied back till date.
        I request you to help in recovering the remaining amount as I am now not interest anymore in getting my products.

          I have ordered a casual blazer with order no:14488 from miracas international on 10 of august, till now i did not received my product. When ever i called them all the lines will be busy[protected]. Not even a single time they have attended my calls. When ever i text them every time same replay call to customer care executive, to which they wont respond. So kindly do favor.

          Hi,

          I ordered on 11th August and my order is stuck in Custom Department since 29th August. Till today, the product has not yet been dispatched. I call them everyday and they try fool me by saying that it will be dispatched within 6 days.

            I ordered a product from miracas.com on 7th sep, 2016 and it hasnt been delivered as yet. Order status says to be stuck at delhi customs for past couple of weeks now. No response from customer care either-mail to customer carr email id provided, bounces back. No one replies on the chat option, no one picks up on the customer care phone number. Going by the other complaints it seems, i've been conned. Please help me get back my refund. They are just a bunch of crooks and i cant wait any further.

              From last 1 year, every order delivery is first 'delayed' and ultimately it gets 'cancelled'. Not even a single product is delivered to me by the company. Neither the amount refunds back to my bank account nor they are delivering any product.
              I don't see any option on how to get my money back. Customer call executives do not provide any kind of support. Worthless company.

                Hello, Mayur this side. Actually, I placed an order on 9 step 2016 but it was 24 days passed and didn't received my order.Ever time I put a message. A automated message come by Miracas that your order is in process and we try to deliver it to you ASAP. However didn't received up till now.Not even I received a shipment number.This is my first time with Miracas and such a worst experience. They provide the customer care number and every time teller machine says all are customer care representatives are busy. how it can be possible that every time I call they are busy and that to from 24 days and every day, night, morning and evening. Such a fakers and trying to fool us. And I typed a message please provide me as soon as possible my order but again they say in process or provide me the customer care number which is not reachable.Please see the conversation below which I got from t

                Such a ridiculous and worst feedback for them. And they do not care customer satisfaction and Miracas flourish without customer care.                   I ordered few clothing items in july but they still haven't got delivered. If i write to the message board on the website i only get an automated message that means nothing. Worst customer service ever experienced. No one bothers to tell the status of my order.
                  No one ever picks up the phone at their customer care or calls back. Regretting to order with miracas and how.

                    I have ordered (Order number 12853) on 26th july, one product from my order got delivered and other product i am totally unaware of status though trying continuously to reach miracas people but never got any proper response, i have called customer care around 100 times but never got connected.
                    Even the status of my product is not known if its dispatched or not.

                      I have ordered a product from Miracas worth 1800 Rs, in the month of July'2016. The order has been placed, amount has been deducted but the package is not received yet. Even the customer care numbers are invalid, every time I call I just hear that the representatives are busy at the moment. Tracking of the stuff shows that the package is under custom clearance in Delhi from past 1 month. I am highly disappointed with their shipping procedures and customer services.

                        I ordered 3 items from miracas of amount 4, 700 RS paid online my order number is #13862, only one item delivered, its almost 50 days completed i didn't receive any information on my other two items, i am calling customer care, they are always busy and not available, they are not even giving proper response,

                        I asked them to cancel my order but they are not giving any response to my message

                        Order placed with Miracas on 1st August and is still undelivered. Nobody picks the phone at their customer care number. The chat support is useless and they keep on saying the order is in progress. Number 1 cheats. Never ever buy from them. God knows why aren't they charged for fraud!

                          My order has been pending for more than 3 months. No response to any messages on their message board. No response to customer care calls and their e-mail ID also throws an error

                          The company send me a message after 3 months that they cannot deliver 3 out of 4 products. they also send a message that money will be credited to miracas account and i should choose new products.

                          The delivered the cheapest product out of the 4 products ordered and are not also stealing my money worth 4000 rupees

                          They are stealing customer's money and cheating them. How can we raise a legal suit against this company ?

                            I had booked on 26.08.2016 as today is 20.09.2016 still no delivery and as we are following the customer care are no responding properyl.

                            Please let me the know about my order as i need it urgently. as again and we are asking for my order status the same answered we are received that still no update . whts wrong with the order why my order is still not dispacthed please let us asap.

I think u act as smart or we are fool to purchase a item from your site. Just cant believe that this when i will get my order delivery. Please let know wether u wont to give my order delivery or not. We are not sitting free as u all.

                              Hi,

                              I ordered 3 T-shirts from Miracas of amount 4, 383.00, paid online. But only one item was shipped and when I am calling customer care they are always busy and no availability, even they are not replying on other 2 product status.

                              I asked for refund on there website then also they are not responding. Please take strict action against them as I can see many people are having same issues with this site and lost of money.

                              Please help us to get our money back as this is our money, nobody can take for free.

                                Hay guyz, my self shiv shanker have ordered long sleeve blazer casual from your website on 10-aug with order no (14488) and according to my tracking details its under going custom clearance from 26 aug to till date. When ever i called to your customer care executive number, no response from their side and its always busy. I called them more then 15 times they never attended my call. I[censored]r failing to send my order refund my money back. Its almost 1& half month till now no replay from ur side.

                                  I had ordered 2 jackets on July 7th. One item is delivered but of wrong size. I had requested for reverse pick up for which the website is not responding. Other item is not delivered yet! it's been 2 months. Order ID's are 11120 and 11121 respectively. Kindly let me know the procedure to get my money back.
                                  I have already lodged a complaint against miracas.com with consumer court. If this is not resolved in 10 days then I am filing an FIR against the company until i get my money back. i'm giving 10-15 days to resolve this issue, if you do not resolve this issue in 10 days I will move this issue to consumer court, according to consumer protection act 1986. - complaint no 20483

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I made a prepaid order with MIracas on[protected]. ORDER #1033, for a Jacket, this order was not delivered even after 45 days of placing the order whereas i received a message stating that order will be cancelled if the product is not delivered hence i asked for a refund in my bank account but they said its company policy that no refund will be made to bank accounts they will provide refund only as store credits, there after I again ordered for the same jacket with ORDER #13506 on[protected] with the store credits provided. until today[protected]. the product is not delivered. I receive a poor response from customer care, the contact no. mentioned in their site is not responding at all. kindly provide a solution this grievance as soon as possible. please possibly arrange a refund in my bank account since i no more require the jacket since the marriage occasion passed by.

                                      I have tried to call miracas customer care but its always saying busy only, i message many times but they are not giving proper reply to my messages.

                                      I asked them to cancel my order but they are not giving any response to my message.

                                        I am Mruthyunjay Prasad. I had placed an order of 4 products on Miracas website on 8th Of August. Order Number is #14832. Its been a month already but there is no update regarding my order and in the website its showing 5 days delayed but its been more than the mentioned timeline.

                                        I tried to reach you customer care number but your people has no common sense how to speak to customers. They are just saying its delayed in customs. and need 10 more days to dispatch 2 products and for other 2 products there is no update when it will be dispatched. If I ask for refund there is no option to get back my money. Instead it will be credited to Miracas account.

                                        I am not getting back my money also there is no update on product delivery.they are not answering my calls now also there is no response to my messages and emails.

                                        Please help me out in getting my money back.

                                        Ordered two products to use my voucher of Rs. 2290/- creared by miracas for cancelling old order.
                                        ORDER ID Of new order-11275. The total amount of it is -3080/-. For balance amount of 790/ chose option of Cash on delivery. But they delivered one product only on 18/8/2016 and took balance amount of 790/-. Now they are responding on second product.
                                        There is no update still on this complaint. Let me know if you people can take some serious step or should I file a police complaint. It not just me who is facing problem. Many people have raised complaint on this sopping website.
