While the company says that they need time to fulfill an order since they have to source it from Hongkong, it does not imply that they will not deliver it at all. They made me pay for my order and delivered just one(the lowest cost product). No response to any messages or calls. It has been nearly 2 months and my order is not yet delivered completely.

I ordered a blazer from this portal which after one month i had to cancel as there was no response from their side.
With the store credits they offered i ordered another jacket, and now even after almost two months there is not status of that jacket.
it just says that it is with customs.
There customer care is not reachable 90% of the times and even if you somehow reach them, they tell the product will reach you this...

I have a placed an order on 04th of May and it has been around 2 months but the order is yet to be received, after contacting the company multiple times they keep saying that it will take time. Now they have stopped responding to messages or take calls. They have one of the worst customer service.

FYI: The payment has already been made for the order....

This is my 2nd time order from maracas. There is no one on the help desk to pick up your calls. Helpline no i guess is fake or i dont know what purpose it actually serves when there is no one to pick up your call. They have updated their website which does not allow you to use our old vouchers which was refunded due to a return of a poor product shipped by them. All in all, browsing thru the site gives a time wasting experience. Please resolve this problem. This really pisses off...

When i asked them they say that the product is in customs for clearance in mumbai or delhi then later they will reply the product is out of stock n again they will provide e credit slip with the same amount so when i order again the same problem occurs again n again.what is this ? I had placed the order on 9th May 2016 and got the delivery on 13th May 2016, same day I had requested for a reverse pick up, but no one has come up to pick up the product till now, today is 6th June, whenever I called to customer care they always assured me that within two days it would be done. I have had tried to used the credit slip that was made in the month of march since the product was out of stock but cant purchase or used it now why ? Validity was till next year . Voucher no.is V156691C[protected] n amount is rs.4580. The email is still with me regarding the credit slip that u have send. If its not made clear then refund the money.Revert me as soon as possible.
