My refund request was initiated 75 days ago with order number: m[protected].
They always ask to wait for 2-3 days, but now it been 75 days.
I am still waiting for my refund to be completed.
Mr. Khalid afredi (Manager) & always just asks to wait for 24 or 12 hours more. And does nothing.
They even took my hdfc a/c details saying "we will refund in 2-4 days".
Sapna, manoj, ajay & all others are just liars.

    I have an horrible experience with this mirraw. Its been 3 months chasing for my money from them. I buyed 3 leggist from them after i received it, the quality of cloth was like 100-150rps cloth of footpath it was so cheap n smelly that i return it immediately to the seller address by confirming on call to the customer care. For all the 3 products the vendor was same so i return it by courier after that i receive the refund for my one leggist n chassing yet for 2 products. When i call them they hang up the call or the keep me on hold for long time by saying let us concern with our concerning team. Now in my hands i dnt hv my products nor my money third class customer service don't know to talk professionally, your employees need alot of training in quality of voice. I seriously advice u guyz dnt buy anything from them they r useless. They will steal your money. Buy from other reputational online site not from these robbers.

      These people are frauds.
      Without even initiating refund they updated my account saying refund completd on 4th jan.
      Later after numerous mails they said refund is initiated on january 17th. They provided some transaction id which was supposedly paytm but i never got that money ever in paytm.

      The amount to be refunded is 4686.

          Hello i had ordered a saree of rs 621 on 6th january 2018 from mirraw.com. My order no is 17419 and product ss56. I got my order on 13th january and it is entirely different from what i had ordered. So i returned back the product through professional courier with tracking number knp[protected] and it is already delivered to them. I already mailed them several times about this and i also talked with customer care person on 13th january. They said and also mailed me that they will initiate the refund. But they are still not refunding my money, when they already got their product back. Please help me. My gmail id is [protected]@gmail.com

            This site is a scam.
            I purchased several items from from mirraw.com on nov 20th. At the time, the estimated delivery date to the us was dec 7th. Since then i have not received a single item. It's been 45 days (Today is jan 3rd).
            Today i received an email that they are randomly cancelling items.
            Customer service has been issuing the standard response of "please be patient" with no further details.
            I've researched and it seems this site is notorious for scamming it's customers. Please take action.

              I have returned the goods the day after I received it due to low quality item of 1800 rupees. I received email to say my refund is being processed, when I call they say it will be processed in 24 hours. My refund is still outstanding.

              I have made many calls but I still haven't received my refund.

                My order # in mirraw online m27663848.
                I ordered some traditional clothing (5 sarees, and a lehenga) in online mirraw back in october 21st, 2017. Their delivery date was november 10th and they failed to deliver it on that day and promised me to deliver on november 15th. I ordered the dresses for me, my daughter, and my in laws family as we had a family get together in nj during thanksgiving.
                I informed mirraw from the beginning in details the purpose of the order, and they again failed to deliver me on nov. 15th and my flight was on nov. 17th to nj from tx. For their convenience i gave them nj address so they can have extra time to get it done and requested them to deliver it on nov. 22nd, so at least we can wear that for our family dinner in nj. Unbelievably they didn't deliver that on nov. 22nd and i left nj on 25th. I send them 3 emails that i'm leaving from nj, and to send the items in my home address tx. They didn't bother it, they put wrong address of both nj and tx on delivery package. On dec. 5th dhl send me text that they are not able to deliver the package because they confused of the address. The next day i was waiting for the package but i didn't get anything, i contacted dhl and asked them for my package, and they said they already delivered the package, but that’s not in my address, somewhere else. Last whole week i called dhl thousand times and was waiting for 40 to 45 minutes in line; they transferred me to other dept. Then research team and so on.
                It’s been almost two months i ordered things and still it’s not in my hand.
                The whole thing i'm going through that is very frustrating and disappointing. Also there is a sentimental issues involved, we were not able to wear that in our family dinner... That was so embarrassing, my daughter is looking forward to her dress so eagerly, changing so many dates makes her really upset.
                The person who was in charge to do the email conversation is very unprofessional, and unethical. He doesn’t bother what customer is asking for, didn’t keep the promise to deliver on time, also put the wrong address on the package, and now keep telling he doesn’t understand why i didn’t get my package, as it’s already delivered. Every time when they missed the delivery date, i asked them to cancel my order and send my money back, they didn’t bother about that either. Customers are suffering because of their irresponsibility, and their unloyal things. They should compensate us, and should be honest with their customer. Yes, i want my money back, and also demanding the compensation for the harassment.
                Not sure yet how is the quality of the product, and the stitching!!! Don’t know what other experiences are waiting for me to order my stuffs in this fraud site!!!
                The company is cheat company . Please don't buy products from this company. I returned the product and payment money for it too. Now you don't have the product and money, It's showing refund initiated but not received it yet.

                  Ive both a dress from you wed sight on 11/12/2017 for my childs senior class nits delivery date was supposed to be 12/5/2017. I called twice nd i was promised on both occastion that my order will be expedited but i went and make a chech of my order and it still has not been stiched as yet so i will please like to cancel my order and get a refund asap.

                      I ordered the gold stone bangles on 20-Sep-17, order number M[protected].
                      The order was delivered with a stone stud on one of the bangles broken. I also found that another stud was already in a soldered condition, with white patch of a solder clearly visible. (see the attached photograph)

                      I initiated the refund on 25th September, sent the snaps of the damaged goods and after a long follow-up, finally got a go ahead for shipping the faulty bangles back on 1st October.

                      I returned the bangles on 2nd October.

                      After that, till now, I am waiting for the refund. I have communicated on their support email ID many times. Every time I get a promise that within 3-4 working days the refund will be through, but that is yet to happen.

                      Calling the helpline number is a big nuisance. I could get through only once, and got the same promise of 3-4 business days.

                      This is cheating. I want my money back, with the interest for the number of days the payment was delayed.

                      Received the refund on 22nd Dec, after a prolonged follow-up. That is a whopping 2.5 months of wait to get the money back!

                      Is this dress I need to stitch or already the bottoms are stitched?

                        I am not at all satisfied with the service. Had ordered a gift for a function. Function got over but the gift parcel is still not delivered. Your customer care number is also not working. After trying so many times nobody picks the call. Why is the promise done that delivered on the mentioned date when youll cant do so. Please make it a point to deliver on urgent basis.

                          Horrible horrible horrible!! I ordered several clothes and a jewelry set in october anticipating delivery per the initial deliver date promised in november (Around 15th) for a function. Haven't received my order or any update about estimated arrival of my order till today. Will make it a point to tell all my family and friends to never use mirraw for any future purchases considering how tacky and incompetent their service and delivery is. Please in future, make it a point to not over - promise!!!
                          I had booked one ring from Mirraw.but this order was cancelled without informing or mailing me

                                      Dear mirraw, the services provided to me was very unprofessional, i regret that i have wasted my money on mirraws, when there was other excellent online shopping sites available.
                                      You sent wrong item, cheap pathetic fabric which i haven't seen before. The sarees i bought from our local shop is excellent quality just because of busy schedule and wider collection's i thought i will go online shopping, its when i came across mirraw.
                                      Now i have to waste my time and money for returning back the saree and expecting to get something... I don't know what. There is more which i haven't received yet, god knows what will be sent.
                                      Please stop making fool of customers.

                                      I paid for 5 item only 4 item received, where is the next item mirraw's.
                                      I didn't receive any email or update. Look for the item "red embroidered georgette saree with blouse" or return my money.

                                      My order number is m[protected]. The quality of fabric is not good and grey printed georgette has got stains there.

                                      Previous order complaint no one bothered to contact or check or even informing why you replaced my item with some unwanted product and now you sent another parcel without the item and not even informing me.

                                      Pathetic service provided.
