I have ordered something worth average rs 11, 000/- from mirraw.com on 16. Aug.2018 (Order number: m[protected]
But not received yet any further information i already send money throw online banking but mirraw.com said, not receive the money, that`s impossible. How can i receive my order. Please help me. My friends want to buy same product but they want to see first. I hope, that is not fake company.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the payment proof as attachment. We have cross-checked the payment proof with our account department and they have informed us that sometimes it takes upto 5 working days for the payment to reflect.

As per the attachment it shows that payment was sent on 22nd Aug and since due to bank holiday on weekends, we request you to allow a few more days for the payment to be reflected in our account.

We are maintaining a tight follow-up on this case and as soon as we receive the payment we would confirm the order and notify you about the same as well.

      Sir,
      I have ordered a begie colour salwar kameez at mirraw.com the item no. Is#m2691672 designer is fashion basket at 9:42pm
      I have to cancel my order, and i didn't find any options for cancellation also as per the terms and conditions i have mailed to the mirraw about my cancellation at 10:12pm and i have received a mail from the authorities saying that my order will be cancelled and my ticket id is 1458690.
      Since i have informed about the cancellation within 24hrs. I won't be responsible for the order if it is unfortunately dispatched neither fund will be paid nor it will be received by me

        The above subject orders were returned as they were not up to my satisfaction as the fabrics used were not matching with the one they have sent across. The attached correspondence shows all the exchange of conversations between us and the false promises by them to refund the money. It was a great mental harassment for me from my husband as I was wasting lot of time and neglecting my other responsibilities. Also now he refuses to give me money for any other shopping for this great loss occurred to me .

        I waited for almost a year and now I thought of complaining & getting my money back & also compensation from them for the mental agony I went through this whole episode.

            I purchased two saree from online saree store of mirraw company under order no. As

            M[protected] for rs 1897 dated[protected]Black saree)

            And

            M[protected] for rs 1763 on[protected]White and pink saree)

            A grand total for 3660 rs

            And i returned them through sri mahavir exress service courier as under (Through 90 rs delivery charges for each article)

            M[protected] through awb[protected] dated 18 04 2018 dated[protected]Received back by mirraw on 20/04/2018 by through royal fashion)

            And m[protected] for rs 1897 through awb[protected] dated[protected]Received back by mirraw through mirchi fashion on 21/04/2018)

            But till today online saree store - mirraw has not returned refund for both articles 3660 rs whereas i have spend 180 rs for courier charges to return them back as they were not appealing and having quality issue whereas mirraw got both sarees.

            I got to bear only shipping charges for 160 rs as well as 3660 rs payment.

            Mirraw still shows as incomplete or pending returns and wrong improper treckking details whereas it is received back by mirraw.
            Despite many emails and proofs and intimation i did not get my refund back even after 3 months.

I check on the app to cancel the option is there but it never redirects to cancellation page. The order purchased is within 24 hrs so as per your companys norms we can cancel in 24 hrs.

                I have ordered online sarees and dresses on 7th april and delivery was supposed to be by 27th april. I have still not received products and there is np response from customer care despite serveral complains raised.

                We ordered it for function which in april but we had to extra purchase things as mirraw did not sent delivery as promised.
                Surprising is there is no response.

But they are not giving the option... Just need my refund dats it.,.. They said in there return policy after receiving the product you can return or exchange within 7 days...                     By mistake I have paid two orders with the same 5 items, the order number is M[protected].
                    The customer care service told me that the order has been successfully cancelled and the refund will be processed

                    But I am reading on this website that a lot of people did not received any refund!!!

                    I am scared because it was not my fault and this mistake happened by accident!!

                      Order number m[protected], i placed order on 25th if march and waited for a month, still i haven't received my item, so frustrating, mirraw keep lying once they said items out of stock, again quality failed, and again technical issue,, and asked me to pay more to get out of stock items, but on theirs website doesn't say that it is out of stock, and after month when i ask for refund they don't even refund the money,, this people so fraud, so disgusting, i need a help to get my refund, i did trust one indian women, that's why i bought from rhrrr people, i am so worrying now,

                        Do not order they are a rip off

                        Do not order, you will be very sorry that you did.
                        All the dresses that i ordered i had to return, some could not even get over my head, most sat on the top of my breast, the materials were very poor quality and the stitching was awful, the skirt line was uneven, i even received one dress which the sleeves were torn and another dress smelt moldy. The dresses are not as advertised and not made right, there is no flow, very skimpy on the material, most of them fit like a smock instead of enough material to make it flow and fall properly. All my dresses were tight, even if it was let out it still would not look good as the cutting was not good. I feel that they are trying copy from someone else and also using unprofessional people to sew there clothes.
                        I have return the dresses which amount to over $700 and have been told that they are not going to refund my money, also had to pay charges for customs before they would deliver, so i am so far out of pocket over $1000 and fighting to get my money back, they keep putting me of with excuses.
                        They are not even worth 1 star.

When i am submitting my request about cancellation they are responding that our customer care will respond u in 72 hours but for cancelling you guys are granting only 24 hours.                           Today, Mirraw, Mr. Prashant Babode comfirmed that he would refund part of my payment - Euro 37. When reading your complaints about Mirraw I do not feel comfortable that I will receive the refund.
                          When i want to return the product the loading branch name does not loads n says failed...can anyone help me with dis... How can i get rid of dis situation...how shud i return... There not even d contact no... Wer can i ask...n wts d guarenteee dat dey return

                            I tried to place an order on march 11th.

                            After the money was deducted from my account, the web page gave an error. Subsequently i cancelled this order. (Order number m[protected]

                            Mirraw confirmed that the order has been cancelled and the money which was received by them will be refunded.

                            For the past one month i have sent several e-mails and called their support team. Every time a new person answers the phone and i have to repeat the entire story.

                            And every time i get vague replies that the "refund is under process" or "action will be taken soon" etc etc

                            More than one month hs passed and still the money is not refunded. It is a large amount

                              I send my return on the very second day of order received and same has been delivered as well. Screen shot has been attached for your reference. Request you to kindly refund my payment.
                              I already shared my account details.
                              Even i have sent a mail regarding the same two days back but i didnt get any response on this as no one is responding on my mail which is completely ridiculous as first of all they send a wrong product and now they are not agreed to refund my money. If they continue this kind of practise then for sure on one will prefer to shop anything online from this website.
                              I hope that after read my complaint. You people definately help me to get my payment back from mirraw.
                              I am eagerly waiting for your respond. Please help me to resolve this issue asap so that i can get my payment back.

                                  On order no. M[protected] dt 23.03.18, the cost of the product "Pleasing four string necklace set for Women " was Rs. 333/-. However, on delivery no bill was attached to the package and the COD amount printed was Rs 653.
                                  Therefore as per the demand of the delivery boy of Delhivery I had to pay Rs 320 over and above the actual rate of Rs.333.A refund of this amount is requested.

                                    Hey, this is regarding order number: m[protected] i placed an order 1 kurta today at 7.30pm. After i placed the order, i realized that the price of the product in cart was not the current one of products. I didn't notice the amount while doing payment. But just then i realized the bug and tried to cancel the order. But to my surprise there was no option to cancel my order.in your policy it is clearly written that we can cancel our order within 24hrs of ordering. Please have a look and cancso my order

                                      My product that i returned was never refunded to me. I tried to get in touch with the customer care, one mr. Faiz, and his senior, mr. Sagar responded to my calls, to my bad luck. Multiple internal tickets were created for my requests - 1342573 on 4 feb[protected] on 12 dec 2017, 1260061 on 21 nov 2017 to name a few. Plenty of calls were made and emails were exchanged - only when i approached mirraw's customer support team for inquiring on progress about this.

                                      I want to officially create a complaint on mirraw.com for the following:
                                      - mirraw.com failed on their promise to refund money to me
                                      - despite being a big e-commerce site, mirraw.com claims their backend teams (Customer support, accounting and warehousing) are not connected well - this should not be my problem. I should not lose money because of their faulty processes.
                                      - i was never told to send them a tracking number in the first place, i should not be denied my refund because i did not send this information, although the returns number and order number are both specified in the letter sent with the returned package.

                                      I would appreciate if you consider this complaint seriously, and help me get my refunds. I would also hope that no other consumer has such a terrible experience with mirraw again.

                                      I ordered a 'kundan pearl and emeralds necklace' from mirraw last sep 2017. They delayed the delivery stating that the product they received from their vendor failed quality check and are getting the piece done by a different vendor. Ultimately when I received the product in nov 2017, one of the emerald stones came in detached from the necklace itself. Having spent $140.00 on this piece, I did not find it worthy to receive a faulty product, hence made another mistake of deciding to return it for a refund. I clicked the pictures, created a returns request, and sent the product back for an additional $30.00 on 21st nov 2017 through Usps from Columbia, Maryland, Usa to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I did not keep track of the tracking number, but the details of the order number, date of order and the returns number were all mentioned in a letter I sent with the package.

                                      See, being one of the biggest e-commerce sites in India, one would expect mirraw to have sophisticated back-end processes respectively their warehouse, accounting customer care etc. But mirraw has crappy processes that can't keep track of a product, associate it with a simple returns number, even though the details of the order# and returns# are mentioned in the package returned.

                                      I tried to get in touch with the customer care, one Mr. Faiz, and his senior, Mr. Sagar responded to my calls, to my bad luck. multiple internal tickets were created for my requests - 1342573 on 4 Feb[protected] on 12 Dec 2017, 1260061 on 21 Nov 2017 to name a few. Plenty of calls were made and emails were exchanged - only when I approached mirraw's customer support team for inquiring on progress about this.

                                      After 3 months of deliberation only from my end, multiple calls and emails to mirraw customer support team, their team hardly reached out to me with any response despite many promises and requests to trust them and believe them. When I reach them, all they tell me is that the warehouse team cannot track the products they received unless I provide them a tracking number. Even though I provided all details of the date, time, location and carrier from which the package was returned, mirraw.com is not capable of tracing it, I find this unbelievable.

                                      Making international calls and writing emails to this team for so long, and wasting a lot of my time and energy, it looks like I am never to receive my $140.00 I spent on this faulty product, plus additional $30.00 on returning it.

                                      I want to officially create a complaint on Mirraw.com for the following:
