I have ordered three sarees from mirraw thru online, received 1 saree, but i would like to return the same since it is not upto the expectation.

Other two sarees out for delivery expected today.

Kindly advise how to proceed further for returning saree.

    I ordered 2 dresses from Mirraw.com and both are cheap quality, different from picture and of incorrect measurement. I submitted my complaint but no response. I sent message on FB page and someone said that they will look into it but then no response. I want my money back and will never order again.

      There s no way to cancel the order, but it says within 24 hours cancellation is possible.
      I badly need my refund.
      After sending more than 10 emails ([protected]@mirraw.com) ([protected]@mirraw.com) regarding cancel the order, i have received several ticket no. S saying someone will contact me, but as of today nov 1st no one responded.
      Surprisingly now they are sending me tracking no. After shipping.
      How could they ignore a cancel request and ship something that a customer do not need?
      Now its more burden on me, i ll have to pay custom fee as i m in toronto, then return shipping.
      Is nt that a scam to rip off a customer. Very frustrating. I saw many international customers were effected just like me.

          Its been a month i am chasing continuously on calls and mail but all they do is asking for wait for 24 or 48 hours. Infact they say that in their account amount has been refunded but i have not received even a single penny. I am fed up of calling and mailing them. But they dont respond. They give lame excused like amount was bounced and technical error. Please help in getting my refund.

          Kindly shut the website before they cheat more people.

            I ordered my dresses in the month of july.
            Until now i didnt get after several reminders from me.
            Last 15 days back they told that they will dispatch without sitching.
            I agreed that also even my order is with stitching
            After that they sent mail order dispactched and given some wrong tracking order. I tried to track that order it shows wrong tracking number..

            Please do some help on this issue.

              Sir,

              Refer to my order number m[protected]. For the web site www.mirraw.com
              I ordered for dresses worth aed 299.90 in the month of july with free stiching.
              Even after several reminders they didn't send my order.
              20 days back they replied and told me that with out stiching for one dress we wil send. I agreed for that, then next day they informed order dispatched.
              Until now i didn't received. I tracked the order it shows it is wrong number.
              I wrote almost 50 mails to mirraw. Until now i didn't receive.
              How to reimburse my money.
              Please do some help.

                I ordered a sari from mirraw.com on sept 20 2017 and it was scheduled to be delivered on oct 7th 2017, they were 1 month late and still hadn't even stitched my sari, the customer service was terrible and very incompetent, they employees there are very lazy, and the manager was never "available" for me to complaint to. I was constantly lied to about the shipping date and the status of my order. I have requested a full refund for my order and not received it yet. I would suggest to never order from this company, it is a scam.

                  Purchase made in july. I received in september a text from the shipping company asking for £50 fees for the delivery. I was unaware of that, nothing said when i bought the items. I had to pay as the company would not refund my money after asking many times (Consumer rights act says that the items must be delivered within 30 days unless a different time period is agreed, otherwise you have the rights to cancel the order). The quality of the items purchased is very low, it ended being a loss of £200. Easy return and exchange says on the website but when you click on that it appears nothing but other items to purchase. Thinking of suing. Unacceptable and misleading.

                    Now i m complaining for 2nd time in this forum though i have sent too many emails.. I placed an order which was not on time so they refunded my money.. I opted for stiching service along with that order but that money for the stiching service they haven’t given yet..
                    Whenever i send email i got a reply “we have escalated your issue to concerned dept” but nothing has happened for last 1 month.. I called the customer service and one lady said that i will get my money within 2-3 business days but its more than 15 days..

                          I have ordered a product on 21sep 2017, and i got the product on 26 sep 2017 and due to some reason i have requested for the return of the product on 1st oct 2017.. Then i got a message that "please fill tracking details for highlighted orders once you ship the products."
                          No one has come for the reverse pick-up and now i can see that my return request has been expired.
                          Why is this expired?? This is not my fault if no one came to collect the product.
                          Please process it asap and return it.
                          Product received with duppatta and top. But bottom fabric not available, lining cloth also not available

                              My order number is m[protected]. It was supposed to arrive by 29.09.2017 but is not here! I checked the tracking code that was sent to me and it said that the product had been delivered. Also, the items stated were dry fruits while as i have ordered jewelry. Either have my product delivered by monday or i demand a refund. I am disgusted by the service of such a popular fashion store.

                                I had ordered 2 salwar suits on mirraw on 8th of september. The items were supposed to arrive on 20th of september. Today is 19th but they have not even both products at their warehouse. I informed them that i needed them urgently. For some days i have been emailing them to ask for help but they are not replying. Now i'm worried. Everything i shop with mirraw i land into trouble.

                                    I ordered a dress from this site (Order no m[protected] but unfortunately the quality is very bad.
                                    The picture and the delivered item quality is completely different. Also they charged me 23 euros and delivered the receipt of rs 930. Now they are offering 10% discount, which is not i am asking for.
                                    I am not the only one who is complaining about this site. You need to check the review of this site and must ask them either to improve the quality or close the site.

                                      I ordered salwaar kameez 10 days back and still have no clue when i will get and no response from your side my order number is m[protected]. These people are not giving any information regarding my order and give false commitments. Please refund my money can, t trust you guys. It, s been 15 days i have not recieved my order. I ordered two salwaar kammez from that one have not delivered other one is of bad quality which i have put on replacement but no information about both. Lack of coomunicatio bad delivery and service. Really disappointed
