I returned my parcel for refund via DTDC on 1st November and provided them with the image of the reciept. AWB no. is V19131797 Please check on the link dtdc.com/index.asp This parcel have been delivered on 4th november. I also confirmed with the vendor and he told me that he has sent them a confirmation mail for the same. But now they are not even replying to my mail and when you call them they are so irresponsible and so sleepy while talking. My product worth Rs 2350 and Return shipping cost was Rs 160. They told me earlier that they will make refund as soon as they get confirmation mail from vendor but now even after getting confirmation mal they have slept and not ready to even reply to mails and process refunds.

I have received refund after lodging complaint on this consumer forum but have not received Return shipping cost which is Rs 160 till yet.

    I have ordered gold pearl dangler ear cuffs (M[protected] from www.mirraw.com extremely unsatisfied from the product received. It's but obvious the earrings are always in pair. But the product received contains only ear earrings. For the second ear i have to order again which come to me costlier than expected. This is a case of misrepresentation and will never recommend anyone to order from this website.

      Dealing with Mirraw has been difficult to say the least. After tens of e-mails and some mistaken invoices I finally managed to clear out my order. However, when it arrived, there was a salwar suit missing and one of the suits that was said to be ready-stitched came as fabric. My e-mails asking about my order have not been answered.

          Did online purchase for 5 salwar kameez. Which the delivery date is on 14/10/2014 Received an email on 9/10/2014 stating that one of the suit it not available. I replied to cancel that Particular suit order & refund the money, didn't get any reply till 12/10/2014, which they claim they are still Waiting for my suits to reach their office for them to qc check & courier it.             I placed an order for Bangle on 26 Sep 2014. I got my product(Bangle) delivered today in wrong size(2.6). I have requested for 2.8 but it is delivered in small size which will not fit for me. I have raised a ticket for return on the day of delivery itself(Oct 07 2014) but there is no response for next 2 days. Inner package of the delivery has clearly mentioned as 2.6” but in the outer courier package someone has overwritten as 2.8”. Attaching proof for the same. There is a mess-up in checking a product for Delivery. It clearly shows that Packing team knows they are offering wrong size to customer and they didn’t care on replacing a right one. Do you think whatever you send, customer will accept? I keep asking them in Customer call Via call and emails finally raised a Return Policy Steps stating I keep asking them in Customer call Via call and emails finally raised a Return Policy Steps.The cost of return shipping will be covered by Mirraw.com up to Rs.100 but the cost it took to send a courier for them is Rs.300above which is nearly equal to my purchase amount. This results a loss for me and created a frustration. I have thought to purchase gifts and dress materials but this situation makes me to refuse purchasing again with Mirraw. I have never suffered such like this while purchasing in other online e-stores, I am very unsatisfied and frustrated with mirraw's performance.

                  I ordered on 26 th june. It was mentioned that it would take 12-15 days for delivery for international delivery location. Where is the confirmation? M[protected] Your contact numbers are not working. No proper response from you about delivery date. CCare says vendore doesnot send ordered items to quality check!!! Can you tell me do I have to do anything with your irresponsible vendor. Such vendors should be entertained by you otherwise you will lose your credibility.

                  Dont order with them..! Mirraw people will just eat your time and dont take the business responsibly. I ordered 2 items with them and they said that they will deliver by the date I wanted for. Later they said they wont be doing it and wants to select any other item instead.

                  Received the tiems on 9th July but I was so sorry for the quality of items.. There is a huge difference from what is being pictured in website with all the effects and real item. Definitely not worth for what I spent. Another example not to buy from them. Anyway I didnt bother to return them because I dont have to deal with such irresponsible replies and delivering is all what matters for them whatever the quality. After you got my money for the order, the system you follow in processing order (no contact numbers, no reply email, I had to keep worrying if the order is going to be delivered or not). THATS IT!!! I am Done.. Friends, Dont go by their pictures posted for the item on website and order them. Look for other online stores which have real pictures and customer-friendly process after paying the items price. DONT BUY AGAIN from them.

                    I ordered 2 dresses from Mirraw on 4th June, both were to be delivered by June 12. Mirraw did an excellent job of shipping one of the items well before the promised time. The item was as good as expected. Giving Mirraw the credit where it's due. The second item has not been sent yet. The courier tracker shows that it has been delivered in Cannanore. What in the world is happening? My email got a standard response which gave me the impression that they did not understand what the problem is. Please send the second item to Hyderabad or please refund the money, Mirraw.

                      I ordered for two dress items on 2nd June worth 4500/-. One of which did not reach my address in Hyderabad. Rather it was sent to Cannanore as per the shipment tracker in DTDC AWB no. A28837901. They don't respons when I call them. You can never connect to the phone number they have given - [protected]. Email them and they want 4 hours to respond, but they would respond within 24 hours with "we sent you the items and collected them". They are yet to find that they sent the shipment to Kerala. Wonder how long I'd need to wait before I receive my shipment. Or should I ask for a refund?

                        I bought two sarees and both were damaged, so I returned one of them which was more damaged. But after taking its tracking number, they are not replying to my emails. They have not send back the saree and have not refunded the money. They are cheating on the name of online shopping and selling their bad products. This should be stopped and proper action should be taken against them.

                            I have similar problem with Mirraw.com. My item suppose to arrive 10 days back accroding to site info. When I tried to call them, its always busy and I never receive call back from them. Several support request and mailed them for my shipping tracking number, but they never reply me. This suppose be the fraudulent behavior. Again, BUYERS- BE AWARE.
                            I have ordered a product and not received yet..its been more than 12 days .cash is already paid..a tracking number is given which cant b found at courier site..help..wat to do...i m scared ..money loss

                              I live in US and placed my order on June 5th and today is the 12th but my order has still not been shipped yet? I tried calling them on the number they have provided on their website [protected] but it gives a weird busy tone signal and rings and goes back to busy tone signal. Very disappointed and regret spending over Rs. 5000 and not able to find out what is going on with my order.
                              I received my Shipment and it came in excellent condition. I was satisfied with their fast shipping process, even though they sent me the tracking info. 2 days after the order had been shipped. It was an international order and I received it within 7 business days which showed me that they are on top of keeping their customers satisfied. I did receive one damaged item which i will have to get replaced. I hope again they will do a great job in replacing the item and if everything goes smooth i will definitely return as a valued customer.
                              Overall good experience. They replaced a damaged piece of earring after I e-mailed the Mirraw team. I received the new piece within 2 weeks. Very Happy with their service. I was little skeptical in the beginning when i first placed an order and was not able to contact them through e-mail and phone. Eventually they did reply back within in 2 days and after everything went smooth. Thank you Mirraw!

                              Placed an order with mirraw and firstly it took forever for me to get the shipment and when i eventually got it, all the items the sizing was completely wrong. I tried numerous times to call the customer care number but never got a response.
                              OVERSEAS BUYS BE AWARE USING ONLINE COMPANIES FROM INDIA TO BUY GOODS!!!
                              We purchased from mirraw and weren't happy with couple of products due to very poor description or none given about items. There website says 7 days return with money back. But now indian customs wants there $$$$ because we are returning items back for a refund which means I have to pay for items to be sent back registered mail and then customs take there bit so you end up with nothing back in you bank.
                              Also they forgot to send 1 items out of the 5 that were ordered which was my daughters wedding jewellery.

                              I'm a Customer based at Dubai and when I used the mirraw for the first time I understood that it's a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals running
                              a scam based industry. I ordered a 70 AED & 100 AED sarees and used my Credit card to buy that. Up to One week all my Items were on Hold, then one fine day they sent me a mail saying that the 70 AED item is not available and asked me to choose another item of same rate. I replied with another product number, but 2 days later when i tried to track the order it was showing 2 AED 70 Items !!! I send a lot of mails but there was no action taken. As a result I lost AED 30 !!! They are cheating me.

                              I do agree with this. Mirraw is totally fraud site when it comes to item quality and refund of money for the defective items.
                              I placed an order for 151 items (Rs.85, 000) on July 2 2014 and received only 5 items two weeks later. It has been 29 days since I placed the order and their promised delivery time was 7-10 days. I have been sending emails and calling the customer service, they have been telling me they are investigating..and after few days they stopped responding to my emails and whenever I call they say someone will call me back and no one called back. All the tracking numbers they provided were fake...none of them worked...the items are from 21 different vendors and Mirraw said they are checking with the Vendors that they have the item in stock...so they make me pay for the items that they are not sure if they in stock or not...what a waste of time..waste of one month in my life...I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH MIRRAW AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECO FOR ANYONE. THEY JUST FOOL YOU BUY PUTTING UP FAKE FEEDBACK ON THEIR WEBSITE...THOSE WERE WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES...GIVING THEMSELVES 5STAR.

I have been sending emails and calling the customer service, they have been telling me they are investigating..and after few days they stopped responding to my emails and whenever I call they say someone will call me back and no one called back. All the tracking numbers they provided were fake...none of them worked...the items are from 21 different vendors and Mirraw said they are checking with the Vendors that they have the item in stock...so they make me pay for the items that they are not sure if they in stock or not...what a waste of time..waste of one month in my life...I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH MIRRAW AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECO FOR ANYONE.                               mirraw dot com is a complete fraud online shopping site. i ordered a pair of earrings quite expensive, and it crossed more than 8 days deadline for delivery and they couldnt deliver my product. whats even more shameful is, that they have a bunch o[censored]nprofessional working at the other end who take ur calls one by one, each time telling u a different story. they didnt even confirm the payment i made until i called them up after 2 days of paying their agent. on phone they confirmed that they've received the payment and told me NOW they have ordered to dispatch my product which shall reach me by 2 days. i called them a day later and they cooked up a story saying their product has left bangalor and shall reach me the next day. i waited the whole of the next day and no one appeared. when i called them, i was shocked to hear, that they haven't even dispatched my product as yet, giving me another excuse of "im sorry ma'am we'l dispatch it now". i was furious and totally disgusted as to how unprofessional they are. they dont care if the product reaches the customer, they take weeks to confirm ur product and days to confirm payment and nobody knows when the product will reach you. i have asked for a complete refund of my cash and I AM DISGUSTED WITH BAD SERVICES OF MIRRAW AND SHALL NEVER EVER BUY A THING FROM HERE, NEITHER WILL I RECCOMMENED SUCH A FRAUD SITE TO ANYONE.

                              Inner package of the delivery has clearly mentioned as 2.6” but in the outer courier package someone has overwritten as 2.8”. Attaching proof for the same.

                              I had ordered designer Earrings for my wife. While booking it online, hidden charges were applied for Cash on Delivery. I was not allowed to change the mode of payment even after requesting within few minutes from placing the order.

                              The delivery took 15 days and that too wrong ear-ring. When I asked them for replacement, I was told about the policy.

                              I need to send the ear-ring back to their vendor bearing the expenses. Any delay or damage to the product while delivery will result in no replacement.Once the wrong product reaches to vendor, then he will send the correct one (hopefully).

                              No discussion about the hidden charges, time delay, late replies from customer care, additional cost to me. Really pathetic and worst service. I am beginning to loose my confidence in online shopping due to these fellows.

Since I did not get the sarees on due dates I called and was told that they had only one and they have ordered the other. Subsequently when I pressed them for the shipment they informed me that one saree was defective and have re-ordered. Since then I received only one saree and the other has not been received. I have called the number they gave me, only a voice mail says that they have my number and the directors are busy and they will call me back. I made several international calls and no one responded.                               i am also experiencing the same issues with Mirraw right now! they have scammed me! i bought semi stitched anarkali and when i received it, it looked like a rag with threads hanging out from the embroidery and the centerpiece was sewn crooked. threads were hanging out from everywhere on the garment. even the motifs on the actual garment and on the arms were different with more threads hanging out! please be careful to all who want to purchase from here. i have just done so research on a site that warns against buying from mirraw. i have been cheated from my money! and they dont respond to emails.

                              I had very bad experience from Mirraw. I live in USA. I have written email to Mirraw team 5 to 6 times but didn't get any satisfied answer and I have purchased 3 jewelry on 25th June, my money processed though PayPal and already paid $44 but I didn’t get any order or tracking number. On 7th July again I ordered three same jewelery and this time I chose Cash on Delivery at my house in India. I got Order number this time, but what will I do with same kind of jewelry??? I got one after a week of Delivery date and didn't even know the info of other two. The dress I took is not good quality so I'm trying to return it but none is responding via Phone nor email.

                              I am a customer from Sri Lanka who was cheated by Mirraw. I requested several time to check if the ordered products are available before i made the payment. Bharat Yadav, a customer service representative from Mirraw called me personally and said he would make sure to deliver my stuff without any issue. but after I made the payment they informed me one of the products are not available. In-fact they have got money for a product that is not available.

                              Now Bharat is not neither calls me not replies any of my mails. I requested them to replace this items with some other shalwars but now they are asking me to pay another US 29 whereas earlier I paid in Indian Rupees. Purchasing in US$ is not worth I could buy in Sri Lanka for that price. However I keep getting mails saying that product is back in stock. When I inquired about it no one replies my mails. There phone number does not get connected.

                              They just kept sending me irrelevant mails without responding to my question but now I keep writing to them no one has responded to me for past 3-4 days.. I am very disappointed with their service and lost my money IN Rs. 8267.00. If they don't solve my issue within this week I will write to National Justice Council in Delhi. They must be thinking that they can cheat me as I am an international customer and cant do anything. I have my relatives and friends in India and I will make sure to give them a tuff time so that they wont do the same to any other customer.

                              I strongly advise to stay away from this website. These guys think that they are at the top of the e-commerce business, creating ticket closure notice for every single ticket raised. And then they simply do not care. Highly irresponsive behaviour, once you make payment just forget that you can track your order correctly.

                              One of my order got cancelled because they had no stock. It took them 2 months to refund, seriously are you guys kidding. Everytime they used to mail that refund will be done in next 48 hrs. They do not understand that there are 30 ...48 hrs cycles in 2 months. Even though, they didnt care to refund me untill I decided to sue them in consumer court. And then magic happened. It took me 48 hrs to compile my case, and within exact 48 hrs they refunded. Mirraw, I am a technical person, do not befool me that due to technical reasons, refund was getting delayed. If you are not capable for a simple refund, just get out from the business. And if you want free money, I would be happy to consider you a begger and throw money on you guys.

                              I strongly advise to stay away from this website. These guys think that they are at the top of the e-commerce business, creating ticket closure notice for every single ticket raised. And then they simply do not care. Highly irresponsive behaviour, once you make payment just forget that you can track your order correctly.

                              mirraw people dont rely once they got the payment, they took my money its been 5 months there is no rely from these cheaters ...

                              I ordered two dresses from mirraw and the material and colors are not the same as shown in the picture...not happy overall
                              I have purchased 4 items from Mirrauw. I received them 13 July 2016. Unfortunately, I received two sets of one item and my last item was not even included.
                              I wrote to customer service and it took time to respond.
                              To avoid confusion, I created a table in word document format and highlighted in RED that I got two of the same item and one item I did not receive at all.
                              The response was the shipping cost to send back was very high, I should keep those dresses and they will ive me 10 % off my next purchase. I have sent them pictures of the order I received and still no response.

                              The quality of fabric was upsetting for me. I also received 2 of the same item and that item was supposed to be navy blue and orange as per my order but I received black and orange. I did request to keep the one item and send three back because I was not happy but they gave me a whole story so to make their life easy I suggested I will keep the three items even if Im not happy but the one they made a mistake and set two of they need to pick up and give me the one item I had ordered.
                              I am still waiting to hear from them.
                              The sales or support do not understand it seems and although information is given and evident they still miss important points and show rudeness over emails to customers.
                              The customer does not come first and I will never buy from this site ever again.

                              I had ordered 2 dress materials both were in very bad quality, so wanted to return back the products. I tried calling customer care many times but no response at all. I had dropped mail for product return, more than 10 days over no response at all. very worst website I have ever seen. shouldn't take risk in ordering in these kind of websites. I want my money, I'm not ready to loose my money for these kind of worst product. More over the product is damaged, strains are there. Dono hw they r delivering these kind of products to customers. This website needs to be blocked
                              hey... i ordered fir 2 sarees worth rupees 1850 still i hv nt received it... i didn't recieve any mail or msg regarding order confirmation... it tried to contact them through mails n customer care no... bt was always busy... now m worried that i m not going to get my product

                              I booked order from Sharjah and got aramex tracking number also, when i rang to aramex they said we have not received any parcel yet, then how tracking number is generated.                               I do not agree with you, the Items I ordered are between $35 to $40. I have paid for 2 set of clothing. I have received only one set, either u refund me or send my other set of clothing/items. So you are wrong and you have over charged me for singles and now u don't wanna refund me. I am enclosing this items list from MIRRAW.COM and u can see the price. These are the items I ordered and the price are of singles AND I have paid double the amount.

                              I was about to buy items but reading reviews I cancelled order. I understand some people simply complain regardless but here are heaps o[censored]nsatisfied costumers. I am not happy with responses from Mirraw about resolving issues. I am writing this so that those who feel cheated would find some relief. Mirraw, you must improve rating before people will trust you. Good luck

                              I ordered the Saree of this order ID[protected] multi color printed cotton poly saree with blouse 3 quantity, but I received only one quantity and I paid 1500/-, I asked delivery person about this, he asked me to contact you people. I tried my best to explain you people.. Ajay pasai, and few more contaced me regarding this, but none solved my issue. Completely irresponsible and useless people. Why the bloody you run this cheat business, do you think it's going to run your business and trade like this. I gathered all the information call recordings mails which I received from you people promising you will resolve, and social media reviews, everything . IL file a complaint against you, and nothing no one can hold, come and face in the court... You will pay heavy for this..
