I had placed an order with them[protected] on 16 august 2020 and i cancelled one product out of two working one hour of placing the order,
They told me refund against your product - white cotton ethnic wear churidar leggings for women's - rs 215.0. The refund request will be initiated till 18 or 19 and the refund will be credited into bank account till 26 or 27 - august

It’s 8th september today and i haven’t recieved the refund
They don’t even reply to my emails now.
This is highly unprofessional from a name so big and i’m very disappointed
As they aren’t relying to my emails also i have no other way than to seek help from consumer complaints.

      I got my order M[protected] ..It is good but it was not even in a box...It was a gift..I bought from tarinika ...The piece was so good...In a beautiful case...What do u expect after spending 134 dollars ..I should additionally buy a box??

          On the July 13th I ordered 6 product from this web site.I am from Fremont California.They said the they gonna send me all my product in between 14 to 15 days.I ordered everything for my wedding .I called them continuously and they told me lie about my delivery. My wedding was 9th august and they finally said they gonna send me my product but they send me 4 product which is cheaper one and bad quality one to my address where i can't received my bridal dress or groom dress.even though they said they did.not only that they send me wrong size of product too.I called them numerous time and told them to cancel my rest of the product and give my money back which is more then $440.they don't return my money back or send me the product .Called them everyday and they still said same thing.
          I can't even use there any product ...
          I need to complaint about them so that they can't cheat any people like that..

            I ordered a dress from the site mirraw worth 5556 rupees..when it arrived it was nothing like the photo infact it was horrible so I obviously had to return it.The pick up for return was on 4 th June 2020. Since then I have called them multiple times they kept making excuses and since the last week they don't even receive calls and don't reply to the email either

                I purchased 6 products from mirraw.com Out of which I received only 5. I got refund for 6th one. However I returned all the 5 products within their return policy limit. The courier company records shows that products have been returned to the mirraw wearhouse. However mirraw says that they never received it. I have called in multiple times. But mirraw team never did any investigation on where did the package go if the courier company says to they have delivered it. They conveniently say that they did not received it

                  I cancelled my order 4 hours after purchasing something from their website, and now after reading all these complaint i want to make sure i get my money back, i have written several emails and i didnt get any right response.                       Oredered 3 sarees with custome made blouses. 2 blouses are so small and even with extentions they leave are too small.
                      They want t offer 20% on their wallet which i have no interest. I paid in full and i want items to be complete.
                      First option is to provide the 2 blouses asap.
                      Next is give my full refund back to my credit card asap. I will ship back the items back to them.
                      I informed them with photos of both blouses. Third saree is for my sister and have no clue how thats going to fit till i meet her just befor the wedding.

                        difficult returns process

                        Mirrauw advertises easy returns and money back, but then expect customers to arrange their own courier service within 7 days. It would be so easy for them to arrange collection and couriering and just take the cost of the courier off their refund amount. That is was takealot and shoetopia do - they collect the returns.
                        But mirraw obviously wants to avoid returns so they make the returns difficult...

                        I ordered a red rajasthani kundan hansali worth rs. 3900/- set on 20th november, received it on
                        23rd november, 2019. I returned it same day. They kept on promising ticket has been actioned (# 1941126), however no refund till date.
                        Order id: m[protected].
                        Last mail received from them was on 10th december.
                        They have been promising payment within 7-9 days since 23rd november.
                        Their phone numbers on website never answer, seems they are fake.
                        A very bad experience!

                          I ordered a red rajasthani style kundan hansali worth rs 3900 on 20th nov 2019. It got delivered on 23 november and it was defective. Hence, returned by me on the same date.
                          The supplier was rewazcreations. They rang me up and accused me of sending the defective stuff whereas they had sent me a defective product. On 1st december evening they said that my ticket (#1941126) has been actioned however no refund has been recieved as yet. The bank details have already been giving to them.

                            I received a wrong product on 10th november.

                            My order no 14273 woethnic, a lovely white n grey colored linen designer saree was asked for, instead a brown saree with red checks is sent to me.

                            I want this saree to be taken back and amount of rs 1299.00 to be returned to me.

                            After repeated emails, there has been no response.

                            Ordered 2 sarees with Blouses and receive late. sarees and blouses were so dirty could not ware for the weding functions. Talk to many of customer service but they just wants to give 10% discount on their wallet. I want to get the funds back in my credit card and return the sarees as we could not ware it.

                              After taking an order i decided that i dont want that order anymore. I tried to cancel the order 30 minutes after ordering, but there is no confirmation that the order is actually canceled. Im from germany so the shipping would be too expansive.

                                I received two lehengas with order number m[protected] and i had requested for can-can in both of them. One of the lehengas however (Red one) did not have a can-can and that is very disappointing.

                                Secondly, my order number m[protected] is delayed by more than a week. All the orders here are for my wedding and if i receive it late, there is no point and i would rather return it.

                                My wedding order number m[protected] has also been delayed further and further. I would appreciate if you would work towards it fast and deliver it on time.

                                  Its been more that one month that i returned the products which i ordered from mirraw india site but not received my refund back. I tried to reach out to them through mirraw support email id but they keep on telling the same as one of the ear ring is missing (From one month) but i did sent all the items. I had returned two products from different sellers but not received refund of one item at least. This is really frustrates and feel like a fraud site which we should never use.

                                  I returned two orders. None of the orders money I recieved. If one order's earring is missing what about my other order refund(it'sfrom different seller too). Why are you delaying refund of that order. How many days it takes to process my refund? Do I have to complain cybercrime to receive my refund?
