I have ordered goods on order no. M[protected] on Feb 16, 2016. I would like to change my order and find it unable to do so on the website. Kindly help.

Few days ago I ordered one of the product of mirraw named as Thankar new sangeeta ghosh anarkali dress material of Red color. The dress was looking so nice and bright in the picture.But when I received the product I was just shocked. The dress was of poorest quality ever and it's color was very very dull to.I wanted to return the product but these guys have not given any direct return option.2-3 days passed away then I got to found on Google that we can return the product by sending a mail to the mirraw team for returning the product.. I felt happy. But then suddenly I got to know that mirraw only provide this return policy within the 24 hours of product delivery. What the BS these guys are seriously.(May be coz these guys knw that they deliver poor quality product and just want to impose the product to the customer forcely). I mean at one hand these guys are not providing their customer with direct return policy and on the other hand if someone smart enough founds a way to return then he too gets disappoint by the return only 24 hours policy. Seriously I m really angry and upset with their service and a voice should be raised against these guys. They are just making people fool.
I just want to request you people that please don't buy anything from them ever. And I will try my best to get my payment back which I spended for their poor service.

My delivery date for an item is over on 8 the till now no proper answer..they told to wait for 48 hours .after 48 hours no response from their side.already I paid money no delivery or no refund

'v placed an order and I don't like that product so I returned it to the given address.And I am waiting for my refund . I've emailed u there is no response from them.Intitially they were replied my emails and now they are stopped that and also they are not picking calls.Really disappointing. My order no. Is M[protected] and i have requested for refunding for the three items ie all three suits that i have ordered from mirraw site..also i have mailed previously about each and everything..i have sent a parcel containing all three suits in one package and on one address but no refunding has been done its been 1 month.total cost is approximately rs. 2800 please solve this issue as soon as possible .i have sent them all three suits on same address but nothing has been done

I returned order # M[protected] on 3rd Dec 2015 and got the confirmation of the product being delivered to the seller on 10th Dec 2015 by the courier service. I have been trying to reach Mirraw customer care via email and via helpline but there have been no response at all. No return has been initiated towards the return so far, not sure how to contact them.

This regarding the order#M[protected] I have order the ethnic wear but the order which i have revived is completely different from the website picture. I have mailed to the customer care but there is very slow response and not clear policy. I recommend to you all people PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD...

Dear customer, don't buy anything from mirraw.com. It's a fraud company. They shouldn't refund money. So don't use this online shopping app. It's my kind request. I return back the product but they didn't refund money yet.

We ordered "Blue embroidered georgette semi-stitched salwar with dupatta-party-wear-salwar-kameez" on 27 Nov by cash on delivery mode and Order number - M[protected]. My wife doesn't like the stuff so thought to return the product. I send mail to [protected]@mirraw.com and got the mail on Dec3 with ticket id 360434 and in the mail they mentioned that "A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response (usually within 24 hours)". I didn't get any response any mail or call after that. I sent multiple mail after but didn't get any response even sent mail to anup.[protected]@mirraw.com, shailesh.[protected]@mirraw.com Those people also not respond, trying to connect on customer care but it never connect to representative always says all are busy. No idea what to do next. Should go to consumer court or wait some more time.

I purchased a suit from Mirraw.com but returned that as I didn't like the material. Even after returning the product one month back I have not received my money back. Whenever I call them they tell me it will be credited in 3-4 working days and this is going around since a month. This was my first purchase from this site and is the worst online experience I had. I suggest everyone not to buy anything from this site as they are just into money making and don't care about customers (phones always busy, complaints returned in 3-4 days through mails with standard reply).

I placed an order for which got a mail from mirraw that the order was cancelled. But mirraw ended up charging for the cancelled order. When we sent a mail to mirraw saying we have been charged and if they don't reply within two days we would go for a dispute with Credit Card. They didn't bother to reply. But once filed a dispute they replied to the mail asking for transaction details.When we sent all the proofs that we have been charged for what we didn't receive and mirraw themselves have cancelled that order, they say they would refund if I withdraw my dispute. How is mirraw expecting a customer to do this when they didn't respond until the customer filed a dispute. I sent several mails, but they stopped replying back. I tried to call them to many times to personally solve this issue, but nobody bothers to answer the call. Feels like Mirraw don't care about customer satisfaction.

HI, I had ordered two earrings from Mirraw .com after going through their website but it is really sad to know that such fraud companies do exist.It was stated in the refund and cancellation section that if the item is found to be defective, it will be returned and money will be refunded.To my surprise, I am seeing so many consumers who have had so many complaints about mirraw.com. I have posted this complaint on this website so that some strict action should be taken.If this is not taken seriously it will simply tarnish the company image, so kindly please email me or call at[protected] to resolve this problem. The item which I received is a defective item and mirraw team is hardly responding to any calls or emails. As far as I know the team and the customer care number if provided of Bangalore and I guess its heavy rain fall in chennai area.So Why does it say that we have taken off the day due to heavy rainfall.This is very fishy that the customer care number is absolutely fraud and wrong. I ordered for a dress from mirraw and received it on 03/12/2015 but as i saw the dress it had many faults in it, for example pant piece was not there material was worst not like shown in website one hand piece was also missing order no. M[protected] amount Rs 1082

My order number is M[protected]. I am have returned a product and have not received one product which was ordered on 5-Nov 2015. I am asking for Mirraw.com to refund my amount of 1337/- from long time for both these products (dress 1002/- and necklace 335/-) . I am not getting any replies for my mails or calls . Its really heights of irresponsibility I face. I infact dropped a mail to Anup and Shailesh but still not got my refund amount yet.

If you really refund the amount why are hesitanting to give the bank transaction id. If you are not refund the money with in 2 to 3 days I will give complaint against your website.I have all the formalities details and I will post bad comment on your website every where and in all social medias.I will go to consumer court. Hey, This is regarding order number: M[protected] I placed an order of 1 saree and 1 kurta at 12:53pm today, Both products were added in my cart from few days back. After i placed the order, i realized that the price of the product in cart was not the current one of products. But was the one when i added them in my cart. I didn't notice the amount while doing payment. But just then i realized the bug and tried to cancel the order. But to my surprise there was no option to cancel my order. In your policy it is clearly written that we can cancel our order within 24hrs of ordering. Please have a look and cancel my order. Thanks, Vikas Sharma [protected]
