Worst service that I have ever had in my life. It s been almost one and half month since I have returned two products from the order M[protected]. One product is from 'Fashion Store' costing 1680/-INR with DTDC tracking Number- H62621458 and the other product is from 'Craftliva' costing 1099/-INR with DTDC tracking Number- H62621457. I beared the whole cost of courier for returning the products which costed me of 270/-INR additionally. Both the products have reached the seller on Feb 2nd. And the tracking details were also been updated through Mirraw's Customer Care executive Mr. Ajay Dubey. And regarding the delay in processing my refund amount a ticket 443430 has also been raised by the concerned department. Till now, same thing repeats and I receive mail that there is delay because of Technical error. I am really fed up with the team calling on the customer care number and mailing these executives. And executives don't even reply to my mail and doesn't show any concern at all. Totally Mirraw has lost a customer with poor service to customers like me.
