Please dont buy anything from mirraw.com !!!
I am a vendor with mirraw, they never paid the money to us from the customers they took money and dont reply them on time,
Many customer called us for the fake products which mirraw is selling and making huge profits,

Mirraw .com based in mumbai is the worst site who is making fool of there customer and vendors there owners are same cheaters,

Kindly advice me how to take these cheaters to law before they cheats somebody else.!!

Dont buy from mirraw just ready the complaints before buying from this site

      This is the worst service ever! i ordered on march 26 and i did not recieve anything till today. They dont even pick up the phone and have already charged my order. I dont know what to do i even tried to contact cc avenue the people who they use for credit card services. I need my money back. Beware everyone they are big frauds.

      My order number is m[protected] i need a refund asap. Or i need my stuff because i need it by next week. I paid 200 dollars for literally nothing. Calling these people 50 times a day and no one picks up.

      I have talked to the consumer court in India they are ready with my case and I will definitely be suing them for foreign fraud charges.

          Mirraw- lost money

          I have ordered a saree from www.mirraw.com on 20-05-16. It's been 9 days and the order is not processed yet. I have been sending repeated mails to team but no response. They are not picking up the calls either. I have paid 1439 for this. Kindly help!

            I ordered one saree and it was faded, damaged and not as shown in the image on website. Mirraw doesn't provide return pickup so i sent them back the product on my own expenses of of 140rs. Return reached to them on 07/03/2016. They initiated the refund process and said maximum it will take 20 days to get the refund in bank account.
            They have not even shared the transaction id of refund till today : 2/04/2016, i haven't received my refund. Their customer service is very bad. They give useless replies and never resolve the issues. Their customer care number is never received by anyone.
            They provide horrible e-commerce service to online shopping. They are worst among all of the online shopping services. Never ever shop from mirraw, if you don't want to waste your money. Be safe.

              Ts more than 2 months and my refund is not processed and they are lying they processed the refund when I check with bank they have not recieved any funds from mirraw totally fraud com. Ekta pandya pratik they all are liers always keep on fooling. They will say the transaction id will be shared within 24hrs then next day within 72 hrs but nothing. Pratik always copy the same mail without understanding anything. when i check with paypal today to find they all are lying and no funds have been recieved from mirraw, Please beware of God dont cheat innocent people!!! I would have written thousands of email bu only automated response hardly 10-15 individual emails. Please please refund my money!!! this is for order number M[protected]

                Horrendous service. I am seeking all avenues online to expose the inefficiency within Mirraw in delivering products to end customers. I didn't get my order for a week and I asked them to process a refund. They only processed refund for one product and asked me to return the other product and claim refund. How am I to return a product that wasn't delivered. Mirraw has not been successful in tracing my product. If the product is delivered I want them to provide proof of delivery.

                  Hello sir,
                  My order is m[protected]. I got damaged product, so i returned the product by speed post and i have given the returned item slip of speed post also. They have released the coupon that i don't want. I want my money back which should be credited in the bank from which i have done the payment.Please initiate the return amount as soon as possible.I am trying to communicate through mail and phone but i am not getting any response.Now i am really fed up with your customer service.This is very worst service i have ever received.In future if i wont get money back then i wont recommend any of my friend and my family to purchase any thing through this site.

                        Ordered salwar suit material from the site, got disappointed with the delivered item.. Let me tell u why

                        1. Quality of the delivered item was very cheap, material used is of very cheap quality
                        2. Also it has great level of disparity with what is shown on the website
                        The kurta material is not at all pure georgette" as per mention on the site and duppata material is not even one percent chiffon.
                        Kurta and duppatta material is of cheap quality which we usually buy in 100-200 rs suit from local markt which was not expected from mirraw.
                        3. Lenght of duppata is shorter than the size given in description on their site
                        4. Kurta design is same in lower half and totally different in upper half which looks very cheap
                        5. Received suit material is so much weird in measurement and embroidery that it can never be stitched as per dress wore by the model..

                        It was my second experience of shopping with mirraw and am highly disappointed both time as first tym i could not receive my items till today nor got my money refunded and second time received totally different and cheap quality product.
                        I marked several mails to mirraw customer support team which they do not bothered to reply and also called them twice, while you are explaining ur issues with them the do not listen and totally ignore you and refuse to support.. Requested them several times to take this cheap product back then they totally refused..

                          I ordered one churidar (Order no. M[protected] and paid the amount to them. After i saw the same item in amazon more than 75% lesser. Therefore i sent cancel request to them and they replied if you don’t want the item just return once you received the item. I observed that the item was not shipped and the same informed them via email and after i got one coupon by reply email where mentioned it can be used for next purchase. I believe them and try to purchase other item and put the coupon it was not accepted. Again i contact them but they are send back your ticket is closed and auto generated email which saying within 24 hours we will resolve but nothing happened. Today called to their customer service but my experience was very bad finally they said cannot hear properly then disconnected the phone. Really i fed-up in mirraw.

                              Worst service that I have ever had in my life. It s been almost one and half month since I have returned two products from the order M[protected]. One product is from 'Fashion Store' costing 1680/-INR with DTDC tracking Number- H62621458 and the other product is from 'Craftliva' costing 1099/-INR with DTDC tracking Number- H62621457. I beared the whole cost of courier for returning the products which costed me of 270/-INR additionally. Both the products have reached the seller on Feb 2nd. And the tracking details were also been updated through Mirraw's Customer Care executive Mr. Ajay Dubey. And regarding the delay in processing my refund amount a ticket 443430 has also been raised by the concerned department. Till now, same thing repeats and I receive mail that there is delay because of Technical error. I am really fed up with the team calling on the customer care number and mailing these executives. And executives don't even reply to my mail and doesn't show any concern at all. Totally Mirraw has lost a customer with poor service to customers like me.

                                  This is about Order no M[protected] and M[protected]. I was not satisfied with the products as they were very different from the product shown in pictures on website. I sent the products as asked on my own (paid from my own pocket for postage etc, within 5 days as per the company policy. I sent all the product tracking tracking information as well as the bank details as asked.

                                  I was told that I will get my refund within 2-3 working days. Its been more than 15 days now and i am still awaiting the refund.

                                  I am sick and tired of assurances given and the customer service is also very slow and non-responsive.

                                    I ordered it from there website. I was assured that the product would be delivered to me before 22nd Feb. The product was to reach from Bareily to Faridabad, however it was shipped to Gurgaon and the product is kept there for 4 days. I was false promised that the product will reach on 23rd Morning. i'm still waiting the product to be delivered.

                                      I ordered a pair of bajuband from mirraw.com bt it didn't fit into my arms, also I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. So I couriered it back at the same address as told by their customer care support executive within 5 days. Also the delivery charges were paid by me not from the company. I again called mirraw.com customer care when would my money be refunded back, they assured me this money refund is in process and soon it will flash into your account through which you made the payment. But it has been 12/13 days neither I have received my money back into my debit card nor I have got any answer to so many mails I have written to mirraw.com help and complaints desk regarding my cash refund.

                                      Look into this matter and refund my money back ASAP. M sorry to say but I am really very disappointed with mirraw.com.
