Hi,
I am from mauritius and i had purchased two clothes amounting rs3900 online on mirraw.com. The delivery date was supposed to be on 26th july, till now i have not received my orders. Each time the sales persons mohseen kazi told me that the courrier company has rejected their invoice since there was error. I had purchased it for my brother's wedding on 14th august, i had to spend money again and purchase clothes in maurtiius and till now i have not received any parcel from mirraw. I don't know where my money and parcel has gone and the customer service is the worst i'v ever come across.

Most market places like mirraw, snapdeal (office just opposite to our office who rent chair, printer etc and never pay back), flipkart dont know what is customer service is.

They just happened to be in the big bang of Indian ecommerce and trying to fool around in hope that some one will buy them and they will be millionaire overnight.

I appreciate you took time to leave the review, because only buyers like you can stop these evils.

    I bought some clothes from mirraw and paid straight away with a delivery charge of 7.78 no mention of additional charges to customs was made i've received txt messages from dhl and rang them about the delivery and charges and sent mirraw many texts complaining i've had no reply therefore today i've had to pay an additional 16pounds delivery otherwise the driver would have demanded payment at the door
    I am appalled at this service the clothes haven't even been delivered and i'm disgusted at the service
    I demand a refund at the moment for my delivery charges i haven't seen the clothes yet maybe i will be complaining about this too yr company is a fraud and with evidence and proof i will be notifying my personal solicitor what to you think this is a game

    Following on from my complaint this morning about delivery charges I received my clothes and am not happy with the quality very tacky and look cheap all in all I've spent nearly 80pounds on 2 tacky suits also damaged will NEVER recommend or buy from MIRRAW again rubbish

    The amount of 16 pound charged is not delivery charges, it is customs charges which is charged by your country customs and not by DHL or mirraw.
    These charges are charged by customs department of your country and it is not charged to every one
    It totally depend upon your country customs department .

      Dear Sir/ Mdm,

      We have written two (2) complaints since 22nd July 2016. In which we had received two separate Complaint Ticket ID - 590604; 603306.
      It states that Mirraw will respond within 24 hours which did not happen.

      We had recently made a Full payment for my order M[protected] on 22nd July 2016.

      The payment went through and my merchant bank already confirmed that the amount was charged.
      My bank had even sent us an approval code which confirms the transaction. This is the approval code from the bank 078009.

      Why is it that the status in Mirraw system still states that it is cancelled? Is this a kind of Scam? If Mirraw site linking to Paypal had been hacked. We demand a refund as it's Not our Problem to bear.

      Please look into this immediately as it's been Three (3) weeks and your team has clearly failed to feedback and update the system. This is very unprofessional of you to be holding my items which we had paid through your online platform.

      We demand your team to look into our case and send us our parcel Immediately. We should at least get a refund instead of taking our money and not giving us any items. What's worst, Mirraw status shows Cancelled!!

      How can you take our money and claimed that the order was Cancelled?

      We would like to have our products send to us. However, judging from all the complaints filed against Mirraw. It will take Forever for the refund to be settled, so please send us the product as ordered as we do not want to write another lengthy email and complaint like this. In the event if you Really do not have ready stocks, please provide us a Full refund. But, once again. We Prefer that you send us the goods as mentioned in the Order with the right specification and details as what we Ordered.

          I placed an order in June with delivery expected end July. Its the second week in August and still nothing. I contacted Skynet and was told that they are awaiting documents from Mirraw in order to progress with delivery. No response from Mirraw to date. I emailed Mirraw twice and no response. How much longer am i supposed to wait?

            They misrepresent the products shown in the picture then the one actually delivered to customers. They sell fake products. I received my products which are of poor quality, poor design, poor fabric and poor colour. They are so misleading the customers.

            We have exchanged emails about the refunds many times but cant seem to have a resolution. I am an international buyer, and they asking me to send the products which will cost me the same money which i nearly paid to buy the products. It is mirraws fault sending me fake products hence they should be responsible for their shipping back. I need my full money back.

            Those items I bought were not cheap, I bought it on discounted price due of some offer going on. I did my research on the company and it was not my first time buying from there. I bought one more time and the item looked fine had no problem, just this time all were fake. So I hope you can understand where I am coming from.
            First thing first why you purchase such cheap items.

            We make outfits too, but we still could not find how you can sell something at 100x cheaper rates?

            Use your own mind, be practical. And read reviews before you buy so so so cheap items.

              Yesterday i am returned the product through blue dart courier with ref. Tracking no.[protected] as on 28/07/2016. Myproduct id is m[protected]. And also i send mail to please check it. After one week they received my product on 2/08/2016. Buy still they didnt any response about this.
              I have ordered 3000rs worth saree and got a cheap chudidar material instead.i have tried calling and sending mails to this site and no response. Act sooon.

                  Above order was made on 17 July

                  After repeated chasers, number o[censored]n answered calls I am fed up and still unsure of where the parcel is

                  After tracking Delivey through delivery ID[protected]; got to know that shipping address was not provided to the courier service! While I had already provided everything in the online order itself

                  Calls never get picked up and I do not have any other means to contact these guys
                  Please help facilitate the delivery at earliest as I am waiting for this shipment for more than 15 days now!

                    To customer care support team,

                    I purchased 3 items from mirraw on 21st july, 2016 and i received all of the items on 25th july, 2016. however, i was not happy with the material of the items, and thus, decided to return them. i emailed mirraw asking them on how to obtain a refund and received instructions from them which i followed accordingly. they provided me with a ticket number: 592763 and they said someone will contact us within 24 hours. afterwards, i sent the 3 items out to be shipped back to their senders and obtained 3 tracking numbers which i then sent to mirraw for them to verify. i, subsequently, sent them 3 emails with the ticket number, the tracking numbers for the the 3 items and then eventually, proof that the items were received by the original senders (on 29th july, 2016). i tried calling mirraw customer support and was put on hold for 1 hour but no one picked up. i am still waiting for my refund. i have attached proof below. there is 1 picture of 1 email that i received from customer service. the next 4 pictures are of the 3 emails that i sent to customer service which yielded no replies. i would like to know when i will be receiving my refund.

                        Dear,

                        I booked the Salwar Suit product from mirraw.com on 27 Jun 2016. Within a week i received the product and pay Rs.[protected] product price + 49 Shipping charge). After open the product it was incomplete & i returned the product and informed Mirraw team in call as well email. Mirraw received the return product. When i asked for refund he/she always say we initiated the refund (July 09 2016) & it's refund within 7-8 working days. But didn't received the refund. Again i called customer care & ask but he/she said it will take 24-48 hrs. & i received the email from mirraw like this "We request you to kindly allow us 24 - 48 hours we will send you refund acknowledgement once the refund is processed." But didn't receive refund.

                        Again i call & ask again he/she said it's take time & will refund 3-5 working days. But still i didn't receive the refund.

                        All the support team & member are fraud. Mirraw company is totally fraud. I read lots of complain on internet. Please advice. How this type of fraud company increase their business but no action.

                          It is extremely disheartening to deal with mirraw. I placed and paid for an order on the 29/06/2016 and to date have not received my items. I have a function tomorrow with no clothes to wear! I was contacted by ajay dubey on the 09/07/2016 to confirm that my order has gone to the stitching process and i should receive it in the next 7 -8 days, but alas still no garment. On the 13/07/2016 i get a very general e-mail saying that 2 of the 3 items were defective and now out of stock! I replied and reconfirmed my order with 2 more items on the 15/07/2016. They then on the 21/07/2016 send me tracking information which is not my order number further they omit one item from the tracking information. On contacting ajay dubey, it takes 2 days to get a reply, to find out what is going on with my order. This has been the worst customer experience i have ever had with an online store and by far the most frustrating! I tracked the order on skynet today the 28/07/2016, using the incorrect order number and to my disgust the order is stuck in mumbai reason awaiting commercial invoice!!! Right now this garment is never going to reach me on time - i just want a refund! This has been too much trouble and it is very evident that mirraw is incapable of seamless customer experience - i just wish i read the reviews first, before ordering. I was also promised free shipping if i purchased for more than r2400 which i did, however this is not true on the tracking information provided. I am so disappointed and i feel cheated by mirraw!

                            I have bought a product in mirraw.com via cash on delivery, due to non satisfaction, i have return the product. Its about 2 month but still they did refund my amount rs.1400. Unable to contact their customer support. For last two am communicating with them through email they are raising a complaint number but no other steps forwarded to take action. Kindly do me the favour.

                              I have bought one salwar suit from there website but the product shown and delivered was quite different, so i return to the said address provided by cc executive and also paid the courier charges. But till after one month they are simply giving a fake excuse that we have tried to transfer fund but it bounce and we will transfer again in 15 days. I want to ask you whether they are selling a product or making a people fools. This company is completly fraud please don't buy anything from them also i have initated a legal process agaisnt them now they will realise.

                                I had placed an order in may 2016 worth rs.18000 of sarees, suits and other accesoires. The order should have been sent to amsterdam around 15 june, where i live. It is 21 july today and i still hve not received anything from mirraw. They are saying that they have not received the payment which is not true. I have a verification mail from my bank stating that mirraw has received the payment. Mirraw is also not ready to respond via mail or phone. My order number is: m[protected].                                   Beware friends, the mirraw.com is fraud website, please do not buy/sell anything on this website, i have been trying to contact them from 2 weeks and they do not respond to emails/calls and do not provide. their staff yusuf makes false promises and they stop coming on phone.

                                  I tried to get in touch with them several times, on phone and email, created several tickets but these guys are so cheap, they dont want to talk and provide you the resosultion.

                                  My payment is with them since more than a month and they're not crediting it back.

                                  So guys do not shop from this website - mirraw.com is a fraud company and should be banned

                                    I have ordered a suit from mirraw.com, but its almost 2-3 months i have been chasing them but up to now i have not received any update on it. I have been trying to contact them but they are not responding...
                                    It is the worst online shopping site. Pathetic support. So unethical. A big scam. I really don't know whether the product will be delivered or not. If you (Mirror. Shaw) can't deliver the product gave the money back.

                                    These people show something and send something else which is not even 1% to what you see in pictures and do all the drama when u ask for refund. I am sending email to them since 13 july 2016 for my refund and no reply/No news from them. Never ever order from them. Big time cheaters.

They sent a defective item. now I asked for return they asked me to send it to an address, which I did send to. then the tell me to send it to another address.
